The people here are really nice. The grounds are well-kept. The neighbors are respectful and you never see anybody just hanging out loitering anywhere. The location is wonderful. I in particular love the dog parks.

I love the experience at Brookwood. Everything is clean and well maintained with a fairly quite atmosphere. At night you'll often see residents walking their dogs or heading over to the gym across the street. Everyone is pleasant and comfortable to be around. I would suggest this to anyone looking for a nice place, in a nice location, with reasonable rates.

The staff here is nice. I love the pool and grill area. The child's playground could use more equipment and it would be nice if the apartments were gated. The Clubhouse is beautiful and the gym is nice. The landscaping is beautiful.

I enjoyed living here so much that I have renewed for a second year. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. The maintenance team is AMAZING and so fast to both coming to investigate the problem and fixing the problem (minimal problems and very small easy fixes). Maintenance is also very friendly even when driving by in the complex. The grounds are well kept and very neat. The apartments are nice and the amenities are great. My only small negative is that the dog parks are mulch instead of dog prefers grass, but has come used to the mulch!

The staff are great and very accommodating as well as all the neighbors we have met thus far. We are only here a short time but you definitely get the sense of community. I also cannot stress enough my love of the flexibility of pet was my deciding factor on moving here.

Apartments and grounds are well maintained and service handled promptly. Have not had issues with noise, but I don't live in a family building or party area. In general apartments are priced in the same range as other similar apartments. I do feel the garages are overpriced.

I love where I live. I'm always very proud to say I live @ 535 Brookwood Point Place. I'm always bragging about how nice the Apts are, how much I really love mine. Especially the kitchen, I have an open kitchen w/what I call an island counter. Not a shoebox like some of the older complexes. Everyone is soo nice here, from the management to the other residents. I came here after downsizing from my large home after my kids graduated college & I don't miss it. I've made more friends & have met soo many nice people than I did in my 14yrs in my past neighborhood!!!?The property is always emaculant, very clean. They charge my filters every 30 dys, and even my light bulbs if I ask! And location, location, location!!! Right here @ 385, and the toll Rd. Less than 5 min left or right, I can be in Mauldin or Simpsonville!!!?Oh, 1 more little added bonus, I have a huge storage room that came with my apt, not on my deck either. Which is as big as the one that was on my house! Plus, I also have a full size garage, those are extra, but not locked in ur lease. So, I can use it as long as I need it! Trust me, not expensive compared to price checking & the space plus the convenience of it being right here!! ? Don't forget ur furry family members! 2 very nice dog parks. My boxer, Ms Dixie Belle & I are always glad to be coming home, Good Lord willing, Brookwood Point Place!?

Just moved in yesterday, first impression is a good one! Very clean, new stair cases in my building along with new carpet throughout my unit! The complex is large and extremely pet friendly. Parking is not an issue (first come first serve)..

I have never had a bad experience at 535. Customer service is always wonderful and maintenance issues are always handled in a timely manner. I am only worried about rent going up this year when my lease is up. It went up a reasonable amount last year, but I won't be able to afford any more than I'm paying now. Other than that, I love 535.

DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU HAVE A PET!!! sure they have great big dog parks, and allow any breed, but if anyone says anything about your pet, even if its a lie, they will belive it and they will kick out YOUR DOG. NOT YOU!, YOu will still be hold to the lease!!!, you just have to give up your dog to the pound because they said so. They dont even bother with discussing the claims with you, they just up and give you 48hrs to remove the pet. But you are still hold to the lease. And then... when you are trying to come to terms with them, they NEVER ANSWER YOU!. You can call, and call and email everyone, but they will still not respond. Really poor management. The person across the hall from me hated dogs, and started saying these lies that got my DOG kick out. A pure breed border collie that belongs to my autistic son.

So far we have had a great experience living at Brookwood. It is clean and management seems reliable and fast. I would definitely recommend it to a friend in search of a place to live. I think the only suggestion I would give is to have more chairs available for sitting in the swimming pool area.

I researched several apartment complexes and can say that these were by far among the nicest apartments I saw in this area! The 9 ft ceilings and ceiling fans really made the apartment feel light and airy. The location is ideal - halfway between Fairview and Woodruff roads. The grounds were immaculate, there were lots of really nce amenities, the residents seemed very friendly and the office staff were all professional and patient. I would highly recommend Brookwood to anyone seeking a nice apartment home!
