Great place to live! We have been here three months and we really do love it here. The area is great, downtown Simpsonville is awesome. The apartment itself is quiet, we have not heard any of our neighbors, spacious and well maintained. The grounds are well maintained. Staff is excellent, maintenance is fast and efficient. My only complaints are just personal pet peeves, the kitchen sink is small/shallow, and the faucet is short, makes cleaning larger pots/pans tricky and you get water all over, and the fridge is also on the smaller side, as I said those are personal pet peeves. Other perks, pool is open year round. Pool table in the club house, gas & charcoal grills, two dog parks, and you're really only like 10min from anything you could want for food or shopping.

Great, I have met so many genuinely nice people. I haven't had any complaints about noise or anything I can hardly here anything when i'm in my home. I feel safe walking around at night & during the day & feel as if i'm cared for. Work orders are taken care of immediately!

535 Brookwood is really a pleasant place for a family, singles, and everybody can fit in. Great pool, location, grounds, and staff members. The apartment homes are very spacious, great appliances and well kept.

The maintenance team is great. When you put in a request they come right away. The community is very well kept up. Neighbors are friendly and quiet . It's nice to see alot of different animals here. Glad Maa does not discriminate against breed types

I have loved my experience at 535 Brookwood so far. The pet friendly, neighborly, and open atmosphere of the complex is what I was really wanting and looking for. It is very convenient to the new job I have and also extremely close to my parents.

Beautiful for the first 3 of the six years I've been here. Not a gaited community so anyone can dump trash and use the pool and car wash that we pay for. Stray cats roam all day and night. I am an animal lover but not this much. Rent is also too high.

We love the facility, amenities, and location here at Brookwood. The staff is friendly and responsive when we submit maintenance requests. Our neighbors for the most part are friendly and considerate. There are several great churches nearby too. Rent is appropriate for the facility, amenities, and location. The grounds are very well maintained.

Everything has been good here. The apartments and common areas have been well matianed. So far have not had any issues. The maintenance request have been minor and handled the same day. The only problem like at other apartment places is the parking. People park in the handicap spots that don't have a permit and just park there because it is open and in front of the building. Some have 2 cars and use one most of the time and the other sits in front of the building doing nothing and making others have to find other spot away from their buildikng. It is bad coming home and having to park in front of a whole nother building and haveing to walk all the way back to your own building late at night.

I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and I am very satisfied. This is a great place to live and the location is great. You can walk to the YMCA and Brookwood Church. You can get to downtown in 12 minutes. The staff is very nice and responsive. It is also surprisingly quiet for an apartment complex.

Everyone is so friendly! I dog sat for my brother and sister-in-law and meeting people that live here is what made me decide to move in. Everyone has only been kind to me. I'm very happy that I chose to move here and not somewhere else. The apartment is beautiful and has phenomenal natural light. Plus, I feel safe walking my dog at night.

everyone has been really helpful and understanding. we have a 3 month old puppy who is currently not crate trained. our neighbors have been understanding and have told us not to worry about it. they have been so nice to us.

Great atmosphere, very little communication from leasing office, and having trouble getting a call back. There should be 2 dumpsters to make it easier on residents taking trash out. Maintenance should inform you of entry to your home.

I've only been here a week but so far everything has been great. The application process was very fast. My apartment is fantastic. I love the sunroom. The maintenance men are outstanding. Everything on the property is well taken care of. Also the location is convenient to everything.

Pretty upset it took us a week of arguing to get them to do something about this disgusting carpet which was covered in some disgusting smelling substance all over. They did replace the carpet, but management has not been too helpful it took arguing to get them to come look at the carpet because they didn't believe us. It really is a nice place and would be much better if the management could step up a little.
