Living here has been great! The neighbors are nice and respectful and the staff have been very helpful. I also love the location and proximity to my work as well as to things to do in town. The upkeep on the exterior is also amazing and the timeliness of the maintenance has been really good

It's been nice so far. Really good neighbors and it's very diversified. I really like that. The grounds at immaculate . Only wish we had reserved parking for residents two parks per tenant in front of their own building.

More or less fine, but some issues. The pool when we moved in was pristine and beautiful but has fell into being gross to the point we won't swim in it. It's like pulling teeth to keep everything up to date and upkeep if you plan on living here multiple years. Service has been mostly good, but when problems arise they are often brushed under the rug or dismissed. The price when we moved in was amazing, but now it feels not really worth it, despite being mostly satisfied with the apartments.

The community and facilities itself are great and maintained well. The dog parks encourage pet friendly environments, while the car wash w/ vacuum is another great perk. I like the landscaping and yard work that is maintained through complex. On the other hand, Management attitudes and policies are awful. They appear friendly but show that they are unable to work with residents. Their actions display that they don't care. They expect you to pay the high rent and fees without explanation. The fees they charge are automatically loaded into the portal, and they've set the portal up so you can make NO changes to how much is owed (requiring you to contact rude management ). It's all a control scheme to weed out people unfit to afford their " high" end/luxury apartments.

I have had a great experience living in this apartment complex. The care to the facilities, apartments and landscape is really incredible. I also have been so pleased with the maintenance staff in their addressing of any issues in requests. I also have appreciated the promptness of response of the office staff.

This is probably the best apartment living experience I have ever had. Front office staff is amazing. Very professional. The maintenance staff is professional, knowledgeable and they communicate with you. The amenities are nice. We like it here!

Clean, well maintained apartments and property. Office staff are friendly and accommodating. Maintenance team responses quickly to any problems that you might have. I feel very safe living in this complex. It has a nice family friendly atmosphere. Shopping and entertaining are minutes away..

Point Place has gone above and beyond to make my move in satisfactory. I would recommend this apartment to everyone! It's super close to grocery stores and you can hop on the interstate in no time. I give them a 4!

I applied for an apartment got approved but staff never had time to talk about my pricing in a timely manner then they rudely text me and they are hard to get in the phone and barely call people back. Then I applied for an apartment on Friday and the bank closed on the weekend all I knew was I was approved but I decided not to move and they text me and tell me I'm outside of the 48 hour mark to get my admin 150 fee back . Now you can keep the application fee for 60 but that admin fee is not outside of 48 business hours if the bank wasn't even open on sundays and the guy kept saying he working on pricing but haven't got it yet. Seem like they stealing money in that office or getting over on people

My experience touring this community was awesome! Howard was so friendly and seemed very passionate about his job. He was very informative the entire time and was able to answer very question and/or concerns we had. This is one of the most beautiful properties I've seen. The grounds are so well taken care of, and the units are very spacious & beautiful!! If it wasn't for me staying where I currently live, these would be my first and only choice. They are in a great location as well!

Nice community well maintained and maintenance staff are prompt and friendly. Don't have much interaction with front office other than when I do call and leave a message for the property manager to return my call she never did. I called back and talked to Jessica and she was able to give me the information that I needed.

The apartment complex is well kept, a nice gym and pool and 2 pet parks! The unit is cozy and spacious, had to do some additional cleaning on move in day, but other than that I love my new home. Close to downtown Greenville and plenty of restaurants and shops too, overall nice place.

Apartment complex is well maintained. Maintenance and office staff are professional and personable. Any concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Community is quiet. Location is perfect for my needs as the highway is just a few minutes away, but yet far enough away to enough the quiet setting the community provides.
