The leasing agent was professional and attentive to our needs and questions. The complex is nestled in a smaller area with not as much heavy traffic aside from the YMCA across the street. The grounds are beautiful. Plenty of trees, sidewalks, and the pool is nice as well. The apartment features aren't anything too spectacular or luxurious but they are clean, new and the appliances work, so no complaints.

I moved here in 2019. I love the area and the apartment complex is wonderful. The maintenance staff is great and very friendly. i have only had to call them about 4 times and the response was great. Love the dog park. Neighbors are very friendly. It is a great place to live.

Pet friendly neighborhood that's usually quiet. If you work from home be mindful of the lawn services starting before 7a. Maintenance responds to issues promptly. Friendly staff and neighbors. The prices were affordable but be mindful of yearly rent increases.

A lovely community! The apartments and grounds are beautifully landscaped and well cared for by the staff and residents alike. Perfect place to take a stroll around the grounds or across the street to the fabulous YMCA!

I have loved living in the Brookwood apartments. It is very dog friendly and had a great area to walk that doesn't get to busy or crazy. The management had always kept us informed on things going o nin the complex such as auto breakings that were occurring. Maintenance has always responded when there had been issues and worked around my odd work schedule when I am on night shift.

Other than noise problem with apartment above me that still is not resolved it has been a good experience. Have met lots of people that have come and gone. Was only going to be here 1 year but have been here 5 due to Covid

Loud neighbors, drug use on property. Pool is nice, we've had car break ins. Apartment overall is nice, but kind of pricey for what it is. Dog park is nice. Not enough parking. Maintenance staff is fantastic. Office staff is pleasant.

Great, I haven't had any complaints. There's been a couple of break in's in the area but the staff has been very quick with alerting the community. Overall it's a quiet area and I have no complaints. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Not kid friendly. aggressive dog breeds who attack other dogs, dog owners don't clean up poop. Be careful at the pool since they allow pool lights to stay detached and float. Keep your car within eye sight due to break ins.

This has been by far one of the best apartment living experiences. The office staff have always been accommodating and the maintenance staff are on it! The grounds are kept clean and it's so quiet. Love living here!

It's been amazing maintenance is really good I have never been to an apartment where things get handled in a timely manor I'm highly satisfied and would definitely recommend this place to others. And it's a beautiful place to live.

The staff at 535 Brookwood is amazing! I am IN LOVE with my new home!! The property is gorgeous and thriving! Thank you all so much for everything you do! Your efforts to go above and beyond are one of a kind! This is my second MAA property that I have called home and I would recommend MAA to anyone! Keep up the superior service!

Very family oriented clean state of the art appliances friendly staff and residents amazing pool area greeting grilling area convenient 24hr gym access the car wash and vacuum is definitely a bonus and the units are very spacious along with the garages

Good apartment complex, kept clean and seem to be very on top of getting maintenance requests completed. Never had any issues with anyone. My neighbor above me has little kids so it isn't the quietest especially after they get home from school, I think they wrestle and jump off furniture.

Knowledgeable and experienced agents that are very helpful in assessing my needs for an apartment. The grounds and individual apartments I saw were in beautiful condition and well maintained. The gym and games room as well as entrance was very nice.

I have absolutely zero complaints with this company.Since the first day I moved in Everyone has been Very nice and helpful any time I have a question or need help with anything . I would highly recommend staying with them if you need a place to stay. The location is very convenient to everything

The property is beyond beautiful with great amenities. Office staff is amazing. Other residents are great, and you really get a sense of community. The proximity to activities and interstates, really make this place a win. I would highly recommend giving this property a try..

The community at 535 Brookwood is extremely friendly and calm. I have had no experiences with unfriendly, loud, or disruptive neighbors. I have had the opportunity of meeting neighbors and participating in small talk around the community and definitely feel like I have been welcomed with open arms.

Amazing, Brookwood has been overly welcoming from my move from Pennsylvania. I love where I live and the community around me. Everyone has been more than accommodating. These aren't apartments, they're home.

Beautiful apartment complex, the BEST leasing consultant (Carla) was there for comfort with answering all of our questions. The apartments themselves look luxury at an affordable price, and they do not look run down like most apartments do. All in all, I fell in love with the apartment we viewed!

I've been here for less than a month, but the people at the front office are very kind and professional. I love how the groundskeeping and landscape look. Whenever I had a problem with my sink and washer, the maintenance crew responded immediately and didn't take weeks to repair my problems, as this was an issue with my last apartment. overall, I'm very satisfied
