Disappointing considering the noise and pure filth I have endured from upstairs neighbor. Throwing dog feces over her balcony into my bushes. Dog peeing on porch and down thru onto my outdoor furniture and me when I am out there! SICKENING!

Nice Place to live. Everyone is friendly and wants to get to know you. Office staff does everything they can to keep the residents happy. I have been here 16 months and we enjoy living here. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

We were referred to this community since it is regarded as being pet friendly, and well-kept. We have certainly found this to be the case, and the community staff with whom I have interacted with have been extremely friendly and helpful to work with.

This complex is very clean and quiet. Its location honestly cannot be beat; numerous grocery stores are within 3 minutes from here and downtown is 15 minutes away tops. 85 and 385 are easily accessible from here as well. The appearance of the buildings is somewhat modern and they keep up the grounds pretty well. If you're looking for the Ritz and glam of granite countertops and state of the art amenities, you can expect to pay more. If you're looking for a comfortable, safe apartment that sets a standard above other complexes you'll love it here.

Very quiet apartments. Layout is great. Office staff is awesome! I had to do most things via email and they were very prompt and helpful! Close to grocery stores but is a little ways away from "busy" areas, which is good and bad. I have an "banned breed" dog and they are one of the only places that was more than happy to have her.

Great community, very quite and well maintained. This is a newer facility very convenient to YMCA facility and all sorts of shopping, restaurants, and churches. It is a pet friendly community and has a diverse population with young kids and professionals who are very respectful of each other and friendly. I would highly recommend this facility.

I'm extremely happy with 535 Brookwood Apartments. Kayla Erickson is awesome. I made a right decision moving here. Everything until is perfect. I will be glad to recommend it to someone else. I don't have any complaint about the community.

A beautiful well-kept property. I like the ammenities offered. The staff are friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with the overall condition of the apartment itself. I like the fact that these car wash bays are large and well-lit. To the laundry room is very nice and clean.

This community is a nice complex. The parking could be improved. The walls are very thin. You will be able to hear everything in the apartment above you. Ex. when the toilet seat is let down, blenders running, exhaust fans running etc

When we walked into the office we at once felt welcomed and at home; which was a very important aspect on deciding on Brookwood - we were moving from out of state. When moving in there was prompt attention from the office - genuinely friendly and helpful response to your needs.

overall the community is fairly quiet and people tend to be very polite. Easy access to 385 and several grocery stores nearby. There is a nice pool with ample seating, as well as a small gym which is nice to have close by. Maintenance is also done in a timely manner.

The office staff here are extremely friendly, well organized and efficient at their jobs. The property is well maintained and the apartment is spacious with upgraded finishes. For the area, the apartment is great for the price! It is a must see!

535 Brookwood is a wonderful place to live! The price I pay is so reasonable compared to the beautiful, exquisite grounds and property. I am very happy with my apartment and community. The staff is extremely helpful, kind, and available. I would (and have!) recommend 535 Brookwood to friends or family.

This property is professionally managed and maintained. I am impressed by the focus on customer satisfaction. Before move in they made sure that my apartment was in tip top shape. I am so much happier living less than a quarter mile from my old apartment.

I love living in this community mainly because of the location and upkeep of the grounds. The office staff helps out anytime there is an issue and they are easy to get along with. I would recommend this property to anyone that I knew that wanted to relocate.

I live here since April 2015 and I like it.My apartment is nice and clean and it is actually very quiet in the building I live in.I feel safe and my neighbors are friendly.The Gym and the pool area are very nice and well maintained.So is the entire complex.Once thing I would like to see is a second dumpster since I live at the other end of the complex.I had a few questions for the office staff since I live here and they are always friendly.

Very poor experience. Was blatantly lied to by the property manager on multiple locations. Eventually had to take the matter to small claims court to resolve. If you don't like roaches (palmetto bugs) in your living space, do NOT live here.

535 Brookwood is a beautiful "resort-like" community. The courtyard and grounds are beautiful. The staff are great to work with and always very pleasant. I enjoy living in the community and I would recommend 535 Brookwood to anyone relocating.

We have only been here a week but this community is very nice. The pool is beautiful and the free car wash with vacuum is great! Love that we are always meeting other neighbors and my kids love that the YMCA is walking distance. Our unit is the perfect size for our family of five and I love our patio. My kids are enjoying Bethel elementary school and the Brookwood church nearby. We are in great location if you enjoy a quiet area. Also like that we are only a 20 min drive to Downtown Greenville.

Moving into Brookwood Point Place apartments was a new experience for having always lived in a private home. The newness of having other people living under the same roof was somewhat unnerving but over time i've gotten use to it. Other than that, I'm beginning to enjoy the community very much. As for as living in apartments this is as good as it gets !

My overall experience is excellent. The community is quiet and well maintained. The location is perfect for my job, my daughter's school and our local friends and family. The office staff is prompt in dealing with concerns and/or maintenance calls. The parking lots are clean and well lit for safety.

Beautiful clean community. Just took to long to get handicap toliet after requesting it when I tour apartment because of 2 knee replacement. Not a want but it was a need. To many excuses as to why it took so long to full request for my need. Hope things improve now that you hire maint nce
