We moved in less than a week ago, but the staff has been great so far, the apartment is very clean. As of today we have nothing but positive things to say. Though we have not had any issues to deal with yet either, I guess only time will tell, but again so far so good!

I have lived here for two years and love it. Great staff, clean and quiet apartment. I've had a few maintenance issues over the years and they have been fixed immediately. The only con is that parking is scarce after a certain time and on Sunday.

Two words..."LOVE IT!" I will highly recommend this Community to friends and family. The maintenance of the building, guest grounds, Guest house and pool are always looking nice. I'm not anyway embraced about inviting guest over. My guest always have good words concerning the outlook of the Community.

We enjoyed touring the complex and were very excited to move in. However, when I came to move in I was upset to find my $900 deposit had been misplaced and they could not find record of it. Finally after digging for a while, it was found to be posted on the wrong account and the amount we were told to write was not correct. But the manger was great in helping us out and apologized for the mishap, mistakes do happen. We proceeded into our new unit to find it was not finished and there was evidence it hadn't been cleaned well. Plus the maintenance man broke our light after repeatedly shoving it into the ceiling when it was disconnected. He simply said that they were on back order and he couldn't get another. Love the complex but was disappointed in my first impression.

The apartments are located in a great location right off of the highway. Customer service is great and the apartments are very nice and up to date. 535 brookwood is a great place to live if you want to come to the simpsonville area. I hope you enjoy your experience as much as I did!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the apartments and property are very clean with a lot of great amenities. The tenants I have met so far have been very friendly. If you are looking for an apartment in the Simpsonville area, I would recommend 535 Brookwood!

very nice amenities and my favorite are the large dog parks for our puppy. staff here is very nice and welcoming as well. orginially when moving in there was an issue with carpet but it was corrected very quickly and with ease. friendly neighbors.

Very nice community that's well maintained and pet friendly. Grounds also are kept in good shape. Staff is friendly and quick to fix maintenance issues. Wish it was closer to stores but surrounding area is quiet thankfully which is nice I think.

I I really love living in the community. The office staff is so nice and very helpful. They take time to get the issue resolved. maintenance is very diligent, and fast. I have had no issues at all with this apartment. The staff is very responsive. Victoria has been an amazing person to deal with and really cares about things that I have required help with. I feel safe and comfortable in my Brookwood Point Place apartment.

Beautiful and well maintained grounds and buildings. Management is responsive to requests and make good effort to monitor the grounds and make sure the rules are followed to keep things peaceful. We don't have a pet now, but did and it is a pet-friendly facility with ample dog walking areas and dog parks so the pups can get some exercise.

I Love the convenience of having my delivered packages being dropped at the office and if anything needs re-fridgeration, the office peresonnel puts it in their refridgertor. I also like that the personnel knows and calls me by name. That means a lot to me, as I am new to this area and I don't have many friends here.

The community is a beautiful setting. Beautiful landscapes and the buildings are very nice. The area is a great location,close to highways and an easy commute to grocery stores,banks and Greenlink bus. The staff are very nice and quick on repairs.

I have always enjoyed the personal ness of each of the permanent teams/staff. Maintenance requests are handled well and quickly when they are necessary. Being non gate controlled sometimes creates questions/challenges about who is accessing the community, using its amenities etc. From my experience, it's far easier for the residents to help the management and on site security control things with an operational gate system such as they have next door.

I love 535 Brookwood!! It has stunning landscaping and a cozy community. Such close access to the highway, yet tucked away just right. The staff are so welcoming and the property manager knows everyone's names, they're sure to take are off all your needs! Fantastic place for families and singles alike.

Great place to live. The landscaping is beautiful and enjoyable to view. This location is in walking distance of a wonderful church. Which is rather larger. Also in walking distance is a new impressive YMCA facility. The pool is a wonderful feature as it is open year round.

I am putting in a 90 day notice to vacate my apartment, 1223, due to all that I dealt with from Apt 1233 with extreme noise all hours of the day and night for 2 months, the domestic disputes in apt 1213 for the last 2 months, in addition to learning about two other residents with long criminal histories. I posted all of the information below regarding all of the past and current arrests of current residents. After 7 years of living at this complex, I no longer feel safe living here. I signed a 1 year lease that just started April 7, which I signed early and previous to all of these issues. Today is just 4/19/2015, so I trust that you will do the right thing, considering the circumstances and back my lease out. I am only 12 days into the lease and was doing the complex a favor by signing early. This is a Wonderful apartment community at a great price! The Facilities are well maintained and the staff is very friendly. Megan in the front office is the best! And the location is great. I'm minutes from downtown Simpsonville and easy access to I-85/I-385. And the YMCA is right across the street. Love it!

Although I had an appointment to move in I was left waiting 45 minutes in the office alone. Only when I searched for a member of management did I receive attention. Air Conditioning did not work upon my arrival. With in a couple weeks refrigerator temp probe failed causing me to lose frozen food. Toilet seal leaked and when Julie resolved the issue she made little or no attempt to clean up after herself, Disgusting to say the least! . The "maintenance man" that replaced my air filter has a serious personal hygiene issue. Forced to leave an over priced, under valued situation due to poor communication on "Managements" part. I shared with management I wished to stay an additional month and when I confirmed my verbal request via email I was informed my apartment was already leased to someone else. Then informed if I wished to stay I would have to move to another apartment, sign an additional minimum 3 month lease and incur a 14% increase in rent for the same apartment configuration. Worst customer service I have experienced to date!

We have loved living at 535 Brookwood. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the grounds are beautiful and we feel very safe. It has been a pleasure living here for the last year. We have gotten to know our neighbors, it feels like home here. We have also enjoyed using the grill and pool and gym. All of the amenities at this complex are top notch!

Love the complex, clean, safe and resort like. There are things that could be better like the lawn maint. sprinkler system, it sprays at times when we sitting out in the evening, this should be later at night when no one is around. The common halls and areas around the fire pit and grills need to be powerwashed better and more often. The management staff needs to be aware of dryer lint in the halls, possibly talk to renters about being sure lint is cleaned out of their vents, this is a fire hazard. Last is Communication, Communication, Communication.... there is a lack of Communication! IE, the new manager came but never introduced herself to the residents.

Very beautiful complex and nice amenities. The weight room with treadmills and elipticals is awesome! The staff responds quickly to any maintenance issue. One of the best things about 535 Brookwood is that they accept pets. The apartments are very modern and elegant!

Overall, I think this is a great complex. Great apartment for a great price! The size and price does not compare to any other complex! I would recommend this to anyone wanting a luxury apartment for an affordable price! It's also very close to the YMCA which was very convenient for me.
