The office staff were very professional and helpful. The grounds are well kept. The issues were fixed in my apartment in a timely manner. I highly recommend Brookwood Point Place apartments. I happy I moved in to this community

Great community to live in! Really love the location. It is convenient to the freeway and to local shopping as well. The staff here is amazing! They are available anytime I need and are always friendly!

I love it here the grounds are always kept clean well groomed the pool is nice the staff is friendly when you have a maintenance problem they come out the same day it's quite and I feel safe here the neighbors are friendly

I first moved in thinking I would be here for one year at the most and I'm now getting ready to sign yet another lease making it eight or so years that I've lived here. The convenient location and the fact that the complex still looks as good as the day I moved in, make it an ideal place to live.

This is an amazing community! The buildings are well maintained, the maintenance and front office staff is always professional and timely. The only draw back is if the tenants above you are heavy footed you will hear them. This really isn't something I can complain about because I choose a first floor unit.

Grounds are well maintained. Office personnel nice people. Neighbors not professional which would be expected in area. Very loud. Ltd parking and have a handicap to which cannot get to due rude tenants

Quiet place and enough space for my daughter and our dog. Everything is well kept up and maintenance is on top of things and office staff is great. Love being here and glad we were able to call this place home

I've been living at this property 6months I must admit Christna has been very helpful every step of the way since I moved in she has made my transition very easy, She should be a manager!!!!!!! This is a very laid back property I would definitely recommend 535 brookwood to

Living here at 535 Brookwood has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. The property is always well maintained and the residents are friendly and courteous. The 535 staff is one of the best and they go the extra mile to make sure you call 535 Brookwood home.

My experience has been beautiful but the method at which neighbors packed their cars infront of their apartments has not been encouraging and has made living in the apartment with sad experiences all the time.

Community staff is amazing and always available. Work requests are completed in a timely manner. Kitchens are a little small but the overall apartment is spacious and homey. Conveniently located between 2 main roads. YMCA across the street and other fitness centers and walking paths in the immediate area. Bowling alley within walking distance.

i despise this community because, the poorly built buildings is then reason the noise, door slamming and stomping can be heard throughout building 7. building 6 was ok building 10 was ok also. the rent is too high for this property. iv have asked to be moved to a different building because of the noise issue. nothing can be done. 6 years and 70 thousand dollars later i am finally done with 535 Brookwood. cars speed through the property, neighboring complexes use the pool, car wash and trash compactor that we pay for. very dark at night, 4 cars have been broken into.------ the apartment MNGR is selective with whom she accommodates or have the property issues rectified. -------- the office assistant is a gem. she deserves a pay increase and a free trip to Hawaii. the maintenance team is good.

The people that live across from me stomp up and down the stairs and other people slam their doors and it shakes the whole apartment, people need to be considerate of others living here. Also people need to clean after their pets.

Too much trash and dog feces around the community grounds. Too dark at night especially when walking a dog. Can hear everything from upstairs neighbor. Singing, music, pacing, dog jumping off furniture, etc. Rowdy people at the pool. Kids doing flips and jumping off handrails, multiple people blaring music at the same time, outsiders using the pool since nothing prevents them from coming.

Beautiful complex! Staff was very helpful and welcoming from the start. The move in process was painless and efficient. I had a small issue with the the toilet when I moved in. I contacted management and maintenance fixed the problem in a timely manner.

I work nights and when I get off the next morning and try to get some sleep the neighbors be making loud noise and they be cutting grass on certain days making it hard to get some sleep. Pet owners letting their animal poop on sidewalk.

Everything has been wonderful. The front office is very professional and educated. They do all they can to see their customers happy. Maintenance is also great. Everything is clean and nice and well taken care of.

Move in was a little rocky but overall it was a great experience. The property manager did such a wonderful job correcting the issues I had at move in. Maintenance was on top of everything that need to be repaired and fixed!

Very friendly staff. Pet friendly was one of the biggest reasons we moved here. We had an issue with a faucet when we first moved in. The next morning it was fixed. So far everything and everyone here has been great.

From the first visit and subsequent move in, the management, staff & maintenance people have provided excellent service and support. It is a pleasure to come home to 535 Brookwood from the beautiful entrance landscaping greeting you and other amenities for residents throughout the community it is a well maintained property.

Totally dissatisfied with our move in. The apartment steaks of smoke, even after having the air ducts cleaned. The sink was clogged so badly it didn't drain. Maintenance came in and assumed it was from us, even though we had jut moved in two weeks prior. He toilet had a malfnunction and needed fixed. All things that should've been addressed before a new tenant moved in.

Very prompt service whenever I put in a maintenance request. They team is very professional and courteous. I have a lot of confidence in what they do. They have the best grounds in the area. They allow big pets but I never feel unsafe with my children at the complex. Especially with my 3 year old who is afraid of dogs.
