Overall it has been good I enjoy living here but I'm a little annoyed that I can't fully use the smart rent features. I can only use the lock but can't use the lighting or heating and cooling options.

The place is nice but manager -------- is rude and abuses her title
I know How to professionally communicate with people and I also Know how to record as some people stretch the truth. I will Use my platform to show how -------- the property manager retaliated against a google review of her rude behavior threatening me with eviction if myself or guest have another incident. Let me remind you the incident is recorded. There’s no profanity, no yelling, I simply Asked her for the number for corporate and she looked at me like how dare you, and informed me not to interrupt her. I made A review as I am Free to do so. I only Spoke facts in the review. I have a signed lease to move into my new unit tomorrow however she refuses any communication to ensure everything’s good to go in the morning. I’ve called and left a normal voicemail mail at the office that corporate can check. You can also check the security cameras and see my demeanor, I wasnt Threatening, I was only asking for the number to corporate. South Carolina law says landlords can’t retaliate against tenants who exercise their legal rights. I have Freedom to voice whatever displeasure with mistreatment in whatever platform I choose. However, I will not be bullied.

Very punctual, kind, courteous, knowledgeable,listens and understands. Once I submitted the application and followed up, things were completed in no time, that's very refreshing. I feel the fees were a bit much in the beginning, and I didn't experience those fees when applying in other facilities.

We just moved in and honestly we love it already, quiet calm clean, when theirs someone outside their super sweet, we can't wait to use the pool. And excited to make friends in our new building, thank you

Our experience was not the greatest. Others may have had a better initial experience, but ours did not live up to what we were expecting based on the referral from their higher end sister community. Things could've been handled a little more efficiently. Towards the end of getting in it felt like we were a bother to them and was not very welcoming. Our apartment on the other it seems like the painters got lazy and never finished painting the apartment. We noted that on our walk through but I don't feel like they really care. I understand that it's apartment, but the condition of things are off-putting. I won't be recommending this place to anyone else.

Touring was a smooth and easy process. I was able to apply and move in to my unit within a week. The unit was thoroughly cleaned. There is ample storage and the fixtures are nice. Overall, I am happy with 535 Brookwood.

I love this community. It's friendly, safe, quiet and clean. The location is absolutely wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. My neighbors are friendly. The property stays clean. I do not have any complaints about 535 Brookwood Point Pl.

The front office staff are very friendly and typically have answers to your questions and if not they find the answers for you. Maintenance is prompt and professional. Location is close to the interstates and downtown restaurants and entertainment. I moved here last fall from upstate NY and have fallen in love with the area.

Very nice . Quiet with lots of walking trails, ymca, church.Fitness room , pool and grills. Friendly neighbors, various events and activities for all residents. landscaping well kept, and cleaning of building stairways.

From the minute I walked in to apply For 535 Brookwood I felt at home. The ladies in the front office are so welcoming and sweet. Maintenance team is ready for whatever is needed. Yard upkeep is immaculate.

535 Brookwood is by far the best apartment community I have lived in. The maintenance staff is phenomenal and deserve much recognition for their work. It's great location provides easy access to all major cities from downtown Greenville to simpsonville!

Just moved in and I am disappointed in the quality of the apartment. The inside of the apartment does not align with the online images. The outside grounds are very nice but I am disappointed with the apartment itself.

One major decision for me moving here was the home feeling I got as soon as I toured the place. Landscaping is top tier and the team is very helpful. Honestly I think if you are looking for some where to move then 535 Brookwood should definitely be on your list!

Community meets expectations and is very satisfactory. Getting a garage for the car was easy and a very good idea because then it is not necessary to look for a parking space. There are enough parking spaces, but you may have to park a little further than you would like to.

It's been great! Haven't had any issues with noisy neighbors, the grounds are kept clean, and maintenance is always swift. I work from home and it's been pleasant experience with it being quiet outside. I'll definitely renew my lease in May.

It's a great environment for walking and other exercise. The landscaping around the complex is beautiful. The tenants are friendly. The management is responsive and helpful. The apartments are lovely. Truly I couldn't be happier with my decision to rent here.

apartments are nice & they have nice amenities. But infested with bugs , you can see them running around in breezeway at night. Employees will tell your business to random strangers. won't be renewing here.

Safe environment, well maintained facilities, staff are responsive to renters concerns. I would recommend Brookwood Point Place to friends and others who are interested looking into a move. I like the nearby shopping and close interstate access.
