It is a great community with great people, it is also in the perfect location. The staff is great they are always very professional and helpful with any problem. The amenities are great the pool is beautiful, the weight room is very nice, and the car wash is just amazing.

This community is very quite. They keep it very clean and the maintenance provided is alot of hell. I am very impressed. The pool area is very nice and relaxing. The cook out area is awesome. I'd recommend anyone to this community. You definately pay what worth.

I absolutely LOVE this community! The leasing office and maintenance staff are super-friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. The neighborhood is always very clean and well kept, and all the residents I've met are so nice and friendly. The pool is absolutely perfect and always so clean. I love spending weekends out there reading, talking to the other residents and swimming. I love the fact that the complex is super dog-friendly. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

Great place for our big dog that has restrictions at other places. Most of the staff is very nice and responsive Grounds and apartments are very well kept. The outdoor heatpump units are very noisy and are positioned outside the bedroom windows. Sleeping on the first floor it's annoying.

So far the experience has been really good. Everyone has been pleasant and all requests have been performed up to expectations. I know I made the right choice when i picked Brookwood Pointe Place. Look forward to living here

Great place to live. The person that live above me is very loud all time of day and night, there is dog there as well. I dog should go outside to play. That is the only thing that bothers me. Love the apartment.

I love my apaetment but I hate the fact that the staff does nothing when it comes to other residents ruining my enjoyment time. I pay too much not to have a parking spot in by my apartment. It is completely dark outside when you have to walk to your apartment, due to not having a parking spot. That is completely dangerous, especially people with kids. I regret ever moving out here and I can't wait until my lease is up.

Very good landscaping Quiet and pool is very nice outdoor gas and charcoal grills for your personal use car wash with vacuum for residents two dog parks and lots more amenities. Everyone is like family ! Love it!

We love this community. It is so nice and quiet. Our neighbors are wonderful and the location is outstanding. We have only been here 5 months, but we plan on making this our permanent home.Another great feature is the church family, just down the street.

Everybody has been extremely helpful! I chose 535 Brookwood due to location and quietness but also the amenities. Everything seems to be upkept and clean and even though i just moved in, I have not had any complaints!

The staff at Brookwood community are very helpful. With a nice gym and other amenities at the facility, I am very satisfied with facility. There are gas grills and a fire place that we use often. The residents are friendly and the location is really nice as well.

Clean,spacious and updated apartments. Dog friendly community. Residents are nice and respectful for the most part. Super convenient to everything. Apartments do not have great sound cancelling insulation

The apartment has been okay, but the smell of the neighbors cooking through the walls is very strong, some neighbors smoke in the breezeway which greets you when you open the door, and too many dangerous dogs.

It is very up kept and nice . One bedroom is very spacious and has all the amenities that I was looking for. Close to everything , only isssue is parking seems to have a lot of parked cars that don't move for months.

Really quiet area. Even on the days most would expect it to be extremely loud and busy, you could hear a pin drop. Nicely maintained grounds, and friendly office staff. This is my first place and they've genuinely made it a good experience for me.

Very pleasant to stay in, overall clean to stay, very nice staff, nice neighbors, fully protected. Slightly noisy neighbors above me but easy to overlook. Overall a very nice complex to move into by far.

I love living at Brookwood, i have had no issues and its a safe and happy community. Everyone is really nice and helpful. I love how quickly maintenance fixed in home issues and i would definitely recommend other people to live at this apartment complex.

It has been great. However I can't believe I have to pay the 2 Month penalty for breaking the lease early after 7 years and no upgrades to carpet or anything. Someone should be able to abate this penalty. I am a CPA and even the IRS abates penalties.

Love it! Leasing staff is friendly, kind, helpful. All the neighbors I've met are extremely nice & friendly, & a few offered to help me move in. Great amenities! My dogs love all the places to play!!!!

I love living here. It's been 3 months now and just feels like home. I don't have much contact with the office staff anymore because I never have any problems. If I have a maintenance request then they fix it while I'm at work and I barely even know they came except for the work order on the counter. It's a great place to live.

So far this has been a great experience. We have not rented for some time and have been home owners. We were made to feel that the apartment was our home. limited restrictions on many things. We can even paint if we want! I did not even know places allowed such things!

Maintenance requests are always completed within the next few days, typically just one, especially if urgent. Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful, apartments are really nice and priced well especially for the location.
