I've lived here almost 2 years now and so far, everything has been easy. I don't often have maintenance issues, but when I do, they're usually done within a few hours. We love the amenities and the distance to everywhere we would need to go.

Really love living at Brookwood. After moving often early in life this apartment complex feels like a home. The grounds are beautiful, maintenance and office staff are wonderful, and other residents are great.

It's very clean, people are friendly, the apartments are up to date. The staff are very nice and professional as well. I love the fact that there are sidewalks and dog parks so that we can walk our dogs.

It's been great. They were very helpful when I first was interested in viewing apartments. They were quick to show me an apartment that fit the description of what I requested. I moved in almost immediately. The neighborhood is nice, clean and quiet.

I liked the way the premises/grounds were kept. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff, comfortable feeling, pool, fitness center, pool table. The ability to fill out an application out of town was easy and convenient.

so far so good. a number of issues that were addressed in a timely manner. Everyone is professional and the grounds are very well maintained. wish there were more shade in pool area . Other than that everything is great.

Well managed and well maintained . Staff is pleasant and always helpful. The grounds are beautifully manicured and any service requests are met in a timely manner and always resolved quickly. The management is wonderful. There are no negatives here. It's a great community all around.

great experience. wish people with pets would pick up after pets. put lights by building numbers on buildings. creepy when a car pulls up to u in the dark and asks where such and such building is at night.

Beautiful community, the only problem I deal with is there is no assign parking and neighbors love to have more than 3 cars all the time and park up front. Not enough parking for everyone, not other issues than that.

I would absolutely avoid Brookwood. The manager Janice is awful, very unprofessional. 3 days to pay rent with no mercy and 225 late fee including family medical emergencies. Terrible neighbors run the apartments and leaves new comers helpless. No one ive met is happy here. Demeaning Rent Due signs every where. Community vibe in general is bad. Needed moved from the downstairs neighbors and was granted the opportunity but wasn't fulfilled after many attempts. They do not care about much other than making sure you pay rent on time. 1 day late due to family emergency, called to advise them on my situation beforehand but still came home to an embarrassing note on my door that wasn't desecrate at all. Humiliating to say the least. Begged for mercy and was told if rent wasn't paid by the 9th then I would evicted. They are not personable and would benefit by losing Janice. Research and you will see a lot of comments on her. Cars are broken into a lot also with limited surveillance

Great place to live priced competitively. Love that people that run the place. Parking never a problem. Can't wait to use the pool or the pool room extras. Carlos, the maintenance man is professional and works great when called upon.

Quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly, neighbors fairly friendly and the office staff are decent. It's best to not call but to go to the office ( I don't think the ringer is up) maintenance is pretty much on time. I didn't have the best experience moving the second time with the lack of unfinished mini projects around the apartment but with 4/5 visits, maintenance got the job done.

It's a nice enough community with no pet restrictions which is nice for larger breed dogs. The people that live here are friendly, the office staff is hit or miss, the mail carrier for this location is horrible and the rent is high.

I love this complex and appreciate the maintenance staff and manager. I am experiencing a problem with upstairs neighbors with excessive and relentless noise which is hopefully being addressed at this time. The manager of this complex is trying to fix this problem so the jury is still out on this one.
