I absolutely love living here ! The staff is friendly and the apartments are well kept ! My only complaint is how dim the lighting is at night . And a lot of lights are out through my building sometimes & automatic timer should come on sooner than it does

Staff is top class and facilities buildings well taken care of. I liked the general location being close to major highways. Building and grounds very clean. Apartment its self very well maintained and cleaned ready for move in. Would recommend to friends.

Lovely floorplans and attractive apartments! But management does nothing to address or correct tenant concerns. Our AC went out six times and every time we requested service management brushed us off despite it being 90+ degrees outside! Absolutely nothing got fixed and we were treated like outsiders instead of tenants that paid on time every month. We had black mold growing in the AC closet due to the water leaking from the AC being messed up. This is unacceptable and hazardous!

Pros: With the sun room the apartment is fairly large, it is pet friendly, ceiling fans in most rooms, large closets Cons: Shallow sinks, not a lot of cabinet space in the kitchen, shower heads are pretty bad, walls and ceilings are outdated style

It is very friendly. Everyone here is very nice and the apartments are super nice. I love the convenience of everything. Living here puts you right it the middle of everything. The schools that are close by are great schools with good ratings.

Just moved in about one week ago. Has been a good experience so far and the community is well maintained. I like that it's located between Simpsonville and Mauldin and provides easy access to work, school, etc. So far, the community seems quite and everyone has been friendly.

The community is quiet and aesthetically pleasing. It is convenient to everything, and the ladies in the leasing office were very patient with my scattered, haven't moved in a decade brain. The apartment was also quite clean when I moved in.

Moving from big city Orlando to small town Simpsonville, I wasn't sure where to live. I love the location though, very easy access to the highway and main roads and shopping. They have beautiful curb appeal. Professional staff. Fun amenities w/o the huge price tag. I love where I live!

Very beautiful property and friendly staff. I am happy to call this my new home! The facility has the feeling of a resort with the neighborhood feel. Very close to many stores and 385 make it accessible to anywhere in Greenville! Make it your new home too you will be happy you did!!

I love everything here except for the rooster that crows all F@%*(ing day behind building 8. The apartments are beautiful, it's close to everywhere, the staff has been fantastic, and I love the pool. Honestly, that rooster is going to devalue this property greatly and I can't believe nothing has been done about it to date. 6/22/15

My experience at Brookwood Point Place has been hands down the best experience I have ever had renting an apartment! The staff is amazing and I believe I will be staying here for many years to come! The staff is very friendly and never before have I had such a fast and thorough response by a maintenance request! Julie was polite and very good at her job ! Thank you all so much for everything!

Love this apartment complex it is very close to everything I would need. And it is very close to the interstate. The outer appearance is very well kept and the inside of the apartment is very large for only a one bedroom. My upstairs neighbors are very loud but it's something I can learn to deal with bc I am living in an apartment lol

The moment I drove through 535 Brookwood, I knew that I could see myself living here. The atmosphere is very homey. The staff and residents are friendly and considerate. After a week living here, I am very satisfied and feel blessed to be a part of such a comfortable and peaceful place.

The location is great and for the most part is very quiet. The apartments are modern but are starting to show age compared to the new communities going up around it. The community does tend to be geared towards kids and retired families.

Like living here with one exception. Management can not control the people that do not clean up after their pet. They make threats but never follow up. I walked my dog this morning and there was dog waste everywhere and so hot there were lots of flys. Pretty disgusting when you step in it.

Community as a whole is very nice with good amenities. The front office staff are friendly and helpful. They keep the grounds well maintained and respond quickly to service requests. The rent isn't the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for.

The place has gone downhill in a year. They used to let you use the clubhouse for free, suddenly they changed the office staff and started charging $20 or $25 an hour!!! The rent is ridiculously high. When we moved here the carpet had stains, the office never did anything about it. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do, and if you call and leave a noise complain the staff is rude and they will make you feel uncomfortable. The new office staff is horribly rude! People don't clean after their dogs so there's poop everywhere and the smell gets worse on hot days. The landscaping is none existent nowadays, they chopped off all of the trees in the middle grounds and there's overgrown grass inside the area surrounding the pool. People also take the liberty of taking your laundry load out of the washing machine and put it on a corner of the laundry room. Gym machines are always broken!I just can't wait until our lease is up, I can't stand this place.

I love living at 535Brookwood. The staff is so friendly. I enjoy the amenities. I love the outdoor spaces. The pool is my absolute favorite amenity that is offered. We plan to live here for years. I am so glad we chose 535Brookwod as our home!!!

Very quiet, clean and safe community. Sound insulation is good. I hardly ever hear anything from my neighboring apartments. The community is well maintained and staff at leasing office are very professional and maintenance requests are addressed promptly.

The only other suggestion I have is that I'd really like having a washer and dryer included in the apartment and in the rent. I had a laundry room in my former apartment, so I guess I'm used to having that and really miss it now. Otherwise, I'm very happy here.

Everyone has been fantastic! I greatly appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of the leasing agents and the maintenance staff. Everyone has been extremely helpful. Any time we have encountered an issue, they are quick to react, and those issues have been very minor to begin with. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a great place to live.

Love the community!! The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The location is great as well, convienent to all nearby towns. The apartments can be a bit pricey but other than that, would definitely recommend! I previously lived in another building and wished to stay with the community.

I have only lived here for about two days. However I do enjoy it so far. It was very clean upon move in. The grounds seem to be well taken care of. The office staff was nice and helpful when I was looking for a new place to live. I feel safe being here at night.

It was a great place to live, just be careful when you move out. I tried to work with management on a single line item on my closing statement from when I moved out in January. Instead of working with me, they closed my portal account and handed me over to a collection agency. The unit above me had problems with water leaks 3 times in 1 year... and we had good service from them when we opened service tickets. After moving out, I was told there was some water damage and that was why the linoleum was replaced and charged to me... even though it was not water leaks originating from my unit. The fact that I was promised a return phone call and got a collection agency instead has cause me to advise my company to remove MMA from relocation options for other executives. Customers are still customers after they have moved out. They should be treated with more respect that what I received.
