Leasing staff. Maintenance and groundskeeper they are Great at what they do. I haven't had any issues so far. Even the neighbors around here speak and go on about their day...And its pretty much quiet here

Wasn't off to great start had some painting issues and pest control issues and just things that wasn't done. We complained and they came and patched up. Still having some of the same problems. Pay way too much rent to be going through this

I think this is a nice community to live and rase your children at. It's quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The office staff are very nice and helpful and they always are available to help with any needs you have. I'm still getting used to the community but as of now I'm satisfied with were i live.

I've had plenty of good experiences while staying here in this community. It's always good to have such a dependable complex that always helps out. I hope that I am able to renew my lease without any additional burdens.

Great community! Wonderful amenities, and wonderful place to stay. Safe neighborhood and exceptional location. Extremely close to all of your need, school, grocery, shopping, fast food, restaurants..

Decent community so far haven't had any trouble and the people seem nice. only problem was after a few days I already had a door ding on my new car. There has been a few times when music was on late at night however most of the time that's on weekends so it's fine. I don't like how the workout room is only open on normal business hours because I work normal business hours so it is kind of a wasted resource for a lot of people.

TERRIBLE APARTMENTS BAD LEAK ISSUES THINGS NOT FIXED IN A TIMELY MANNER They add additional fees, they tell u your monthly rent is one price but they add additional hidden fees... Trash is always overloaded... Community appearance is not up to part

The Leasing office staff Lisa was very helpful in helping us with the registration and tour. It's obviously a bit old apartment but pricing is considerable. I am new resident so i probably got to update the review in future. You got to take the community provided comcast, which is good for the price. Its not a gated community, all others around the area are gated.

There have been way too many issues residing here. No wonder tenants move out fast! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Can't wait until my lease is up to move out! This is unacceptable and I am not for it.

Overall moving experience was excellent! Staff was helpful and paid attention to detail. Questions and concerns were addressed promptly. Neighborhood grounds well maintained. Good selection of retail stores and restaurants nearby.

I really enjoyed my time at the apartment. My neighbors where nice, very respectful. Easy access to anything. Would love to be able to stay. I would definitely recommend the apartment to family and friends.

Not well taken care of, people leave trash bags next to their doors, sometimes for 2-3 days, numerous occurrences of trash compactors overflow with garbage all over and blocking the vicinity, breezeway is filthy, ceiling is extremely thin, people above have had numerous knock down, dragged-out fights, no response when calling after hours security, trash through into the parking areas and driveways, all the result of lackadaisical management. Not a pleasure living environment.

It's a nice area but the rent is very high and there are fees added without notice or warning. Overall the area is nice and the neighbors aren't an issue. Only problem is the dog poop. Neighbors don't clean after their pets.

Good community, office is very helpful but maintenance has been a miss. Had to call them back a couple times for the same thing. Parking can be a hit or miss at night. Other than that community is quiet and relaxing.

This is a great place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is great. They always complete a work order in a timely manner. I have lived in this community for 2 years. I highly recommend this complex to anyone.

I enjoyed my new apartment and the staff is very friendly and helpful and your why live there because it's very close to nearby stores and restaurants and department stores very good school systems very close to Collierville an Germantown easy access to the expressways a very nice neighbors I have not had any problems.Maintenance is very efficient quick I haven't had any problems

Great experience but issues with pest. I would suggest removing carpet Out of living area and adding more light. My guest bedroom do not have a light the light is only in the closet. My living room also does not have a light only the light that comes from the kitchen.

Conveniently located. Very friendly neighbors. Although there is no gated entry or security, I did feel safe. Grounds are well kept, with the exception of the garbage dumpster but I am seeing effort in that no longer being an issue. All is well except for the pest. Which is a huge NO for me.

trash is an issue people just drop it there are no way to access the trash compactor for two weekends it us like being in a third world country and it is disgusting. why does the office allow this practice?

We have no complaints with Lincoln on the Green as a matter of fact when we first moved to the complex , we did not realize that this was an apartment community because of the privacy and the tranquility of the complex. It is in a great little hidden spot which we love....Keep up the good work!!!!

My experience has been okay. I feel more security needs to be around. There have been some incidents and more security can help. Pest control should come out more regardless of us requesting it. More amenities could be included with the rent.

Office staff is friendly and helpful. Worried about safety with recent gunshots being heard and seeing several cars with bullet holes. There has been several men hanging around in the evenings and they stare at you while you are walking from the car to building.

Tenant's have company & take up all the parking spaces, apartments grounds are not keep clean as needed, garbage combine is trouble, Tenant's have animal's and use the bathroom where ever & they don't up. Management don't follow up on calls, issues, or concerns Tenant's have. Tenant's vehicle not driver-able holding parks should be asked to move. Walkways, doors, & outside lights are very nasty. You pay to much money per month not to reside somewhere clean, neat, & have your needs taken care of.
