    Lots of crime No security on site, loud music late at night, lots of noise at night time from non residents able to freely come in, office shuts down early consistently. Plenty of emails from office about security. But nothing on what they are doing about it that is proactive to help us

            The apartments are in a good location, clean, and have security at the entrance. You see people walking around with pets or each other all hours of the day which speaks to the safety of the community.

              Great experience and very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and competent. Helped and worked through every question and concern I asked her. I accidentally chose the wrong floor plan and they let me switch with no problem. Definitely would definitely recommend to someone searching for an apartment

                The leasing agent never showed for my 1pm appointment . I wait over 20 mins for her to return from her 12pm lunch. Felt like it was very unprofessional and didn't even have the courtesy to call once I had left and waited for that long. Also the other agents didn't even care to step in and help once they saw she was late.

                  Lincoln on the Green and MAA have been the absolute worst group I have ever dealt with. False advertising, lies, accusations, and total lack of professionalism. They will mislead you when they do respond, which is rare. Instead of fixing issues, they either do a temporary patch and close the ticket or reset the sensor remotely and close the ticket.

                    In many respects, this is a great place to live. Rent has increased by over 50% and my apartment has never been updated, so that's not awesome, but the biggest complaint I have is residents not cleaning up after their pet (so when you walk the GORGEOUS grounds you get to experience quite a lot of feces in various stages of decay) which in the grand scheme of things isn't the hugest issue. The apartments are relatively safe and I've never seen any bugs in my apartment, which is amazing since the ground are so lush. There seem to be quite a bit of staff turnover, and for the most part everyone who works here is pretty friendly.

                    The overall move in process was smooth and easy. The only thing I didn't like was communication with the office prior to my move in date. I applied and got approved did all the steps and was just waiting on my welcome letter which took me calling multiple times and going up to the office to find out the apartment I applied won't be ready so they moved me to the third floor . It was inconvenient bc I didn't want to be up tht far and no one called and told me the changes and when I found out it was a week before move in.

                        Overall my experience has been good with this community I have nothing bad to say. I haven't had any problems with crime or any threatening situations. The office staff are great at doing their jobs and with helping us with whatever issues and problems we way have. So far I am enjoying my experience with this community.

                              Very disappointing . It was nice when we first moved in now the management and staff are rude and unhelpful if even available which they rarely are. The neighbors hangout their clothes outside to dry. Things have gone downhill very fast here.

                                The professionalism needs work more than anything. Their lack of follow through with work orders is ridiculous and frustrating considering how much rent is per month. I was hoping that they would fix the issues but it seems like each time things take longer and longer and longer or they just never acknowledge them at all.

                                  Customer Service is lacking. Office rarely answers phone. Maintenance requests take a few days. Rent is super high for the awful attitudes given by office. Sauna does not work, gym is outdated. Pool is always out of service. Garbage is always backed and office staff are rude.

                                        Awesome experience. Love where I live. Need gated entrance and more cameras. The only thing that scares me is cars being broken into and cars being stolen and not enough cameras to catch the. Be helpful

                                          Moved here quickly in the fall after living in a place infested with bugs. This place has been much better than the last, but still has some major problems. First, the cost per month is excessive for a 1-bd apartment. That's the worst thing. Second, I have had several issues with pest control not showing up on the day they were supposed to and then having to put up with another few weeks until they were able to come. Office staff, while they may have been low on staff from time to time, seems like they have difficulty communicating and fail to provide a 24 hr notice before entering an apartment to change all the locks, switches, and thermostat without my consent. And finally the exterior spaces are nice, but some residents take advantage. There is a pile of trash in front of my apartment building that has been there for about a week now. And nothing has been done. I would consider living here if the price wasn't so high and the staff/grounds were more on top of things

                                          The apartment are great nice remodel and very modern.Need a little work with the AC in the master bedroom pay to much to be hot. But the apartment very roomy. The staff in the office very helpful. Maintenance come on time and do their best to fix the problem.

                                            It's okay maintenance do not respond like the use to 2 years ago. Please beef up the security because these young south Memphis and north Memphis people is taking over our pool we can't even take our babies to the pool because it's a lot of dope smoking going on at The pool and the raise my rent tremendously and I don't think that's fair to us as residents.

                                              Lived at Lincoln on the Green since November 2021. Staff respond quickly and efficiently to request I have submitted. I have met most of the staff and have been impressed with their professional, friendly manner. All repairs to the unit were completed in a timely manner. The grounds are clean and kept up. So far all neighbors have been friendly. I would recommend Lincoln on the Green if you are looking for a new home.
