The community was very calm and safe when I moved in 2020. When the rent increased exponentially and the maintenance staff were liquidated, the complex started to show signs of wear and lack of cleanliness. The trash cans were rarely emptied, the trash compactor site was a mess of bags that irresponsible residents left on the stairs (which I cleaned up more than once), and appliances from abandoned apartments were left to sit in the elements until the complex was notified. The lights in the breezeways didn't work and the lamps in the parking lots were slowly fading. The new property manager seems to be working on returning the complex to a better quality, but some of the new additions worry me due to the new fee that is being added. We already have a service that is non negotiable on our lease and this new one is still a question mark in my opinion.

When I first moved to Lincoln on the Green, everything was great. Over time, I've noticed that it takes forever for the office and maintenance staff to actually FIX issues. I have had several issues that had to be patched several times before actually being repaired. I still have an issue with my windows that has not been fixed. Insects are getting inside of my apartment through these worn windows, and I have had to go to great lengths to capture and exterminate these pests. In addition, my rent has jumped over $200 since I've moved in. I cannot say that my entire experience has been negative. My apartment is nice aside from the insect issue, and I've been safe so far. I think the office staff needs to take every issue seriously, and make the rent increases more reasonable. Profits are being placed over customer satisfaction. Issues that need repair or replacement are patched up to save money. I can understand that in some situations, but when it is not working the office staff shouldn't hope you just stop complaining. Hopefully this survey won't fall on deaf ears, thanks...

I love living at this community. I feel very safe. Any time I've had issues, the maintenance crew has been pretty prompt in completing my work orders. Lincoln on the Green has been a great place to live.

I love it people friendly they keep the Property clean and neat for my apartment was neat and clean ms Lisa was so nice to me she welcome me and she told I hope I enjoy my apartment the ground keeps the place look so nice

Great ! I've had nothing but support throughout my stay. I moved here from a bad neighborhood that was unsafe. I feel safe here. Miss Felicia is extremely nice , welcoming , and helpful. She helped me so much with my transition.

1st year was great. Mind u my section still have most of the original residence. But this year has been awful TRASH and NOISE is my problem. WE AS RESPECTED RESIDENTS CONPLAIN BUT IT SEEMS LIKE NOTHING US DONE.

The apartments were very nice when I first moved in (2018). Since then, it seems as if management has allowed the value of the community to go down. The grounds are not being kept up, among other things

This is a peaceful and diverse community. I haven't had any issue with neighbors nor have I had issues with staff. However I have seen some issue moving into this new unit that could have been resolved before I moved in, and it has taken time for those issue to be brought to my attention. Still a nice community.

Worst experience I have ever had! Dirty, unkept grounds, insects, terrible cell phone service and shotty internet/cable service , and no communication. Slow maintenance and way overpriced for what you get. I do not recommend renting from this place.

The buildings need to be painted, power washed, sidewalks need to be cleaned, trash outside, and the pest control should be monitored monthly. There is trash out in the parking lots. The mailbox walk ways need to be cleaned as well.

I am disappointed with management. Garbage across my walkway has been in front of my door for 4 months and no one will remove. A bbq pit, bag of garbage, microwave and other. The last tenants left the mess outside their door when they moved. So it is safe to say that in 4 months management has not done any walk throughs on this side of the property. This place is going down, down, down. I sent temp manager another email about the garbage just this week and she never responded. Yet she is excited about a promotion within the company. Wow!

Property Management usually responds within 24 to 48 hours of any inquiry. That tells you that they care about the residence. Some things can be better, but overall it's a good place to live..........

It was an ok experience. We'll be moving out in July. The area is getting high in crime. Maintenance are good with responding to issues within your apartment, but not so good with completing the job correctly. Most of the time the dryers don't work and it's always a issue with washers. There is only one function car wash sprayer but neither of the vacuum doesn't work. It's been a year now. My car has been towed in the pandemic for not having tags for a month and I work from home! Only because they allow repos to come into their apartments without permission or reports. So be mindful of that because you could be out of $400 because of it!

There does not appear to be a real sense of urgency resolving issues. I recently moved in and have encountered several issues from access issue to my apartment to issues with my refrigerator and dishwasher both that were communicated as brand new.

My roommate and I have stayed here going on 2 years and it's been one of the best apartments we've stayed in together. It's been a great experience living here besides the issues we've been having with the water and MOLD all inside our apartment.

I love the staff, very respectful, nice and friendly. Love my apartment the layout, very spacious. I know apartment living dealing with neighbors can be rough. Sometimes neighbors can be disrespectful, loud music, w alking real hard up stairs(STOMPING) But I try not to complain .I pray that the neighbors try to put other people feelings in consideration. But other than that I love living here.

My overall stay was good. There were a few plumbing issues but maintenance was always on time to fix the problem. My neighbors were my main issue but the community was always vocal and there to assist.

I have enjoyed my time here. It's quiet and I feel safe in this area. I don't know my neighbors well in that way but if I do see them, it's always a friendly hello. I would recommend this area to anyone who is looking for a new home.

No issues . Been in the community every since 2017 , this is my 3rd unit but it is my 4th year . It's always pretty peaceful , neighbors & office staff are nice . Maintenance is always handled quickly .

So far my experience has been great!I would definitely recommend this property to future residents. Leasing staff are nice and very professional. This community is near everything you would need in terms of shopping, restaurants and schools.
