Felicia and the staff a Lincoln I. The Green were awesome. They made my transition easy and wonderful. The apartment is nice and cozy...I really like the location.Tge surrounded area is just what I needed.

Community is nice & maintaince comes within a day of placing workorder. Nice & Qiuiet community to live .The leasing office provides with necessary information & very professional. I defenitely recommend this place

The upkeep in the stairwells of Lincoln on the Green are dirty and contains garbage placed outside the doors of some of the residents. Old appliances are kept in the stairwell and it took over a month of ongoing complaints before it was removed. There is an overall lack of enforcement of requiring tenants to keep their front door and hallway spaces free of garbage. It is common to see automotive repairs done on the lot. The office staff are courteous and friendly but lacks in accountability. It takes weeks to get simple maintenance requests completed. The rent price is not commensurate with the level of service.

Well I just moved in and it's too early to say anything but So far so good they fixed my problem am happy and staff is very helpful hope they will always help their people like this?????..,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I love it over here, the complex is nice, friendly quit and a great place to live. I love to walk the neighborhood and see the amazing landscape. the amenities are great and always functioning. love the area.

Like it so far. Everyone is super helpful. Utilize all of the utilities. Common spaces are pretty clean. Laundry situation is not ideal, but that's the only downside. Laundry machines are unoccupied 90% of the time.

Nice quiet place to live. Staff at the office are greate to deal with. Getting the leasing information prior to moving from out of state was a breezing for me. The staff went the extra mile to allow me to be able to move in on a weekend since that was my only availability.

Nice area and staff. Apartments need work done. The property needs a deep cleaning overall. The garbage area, car wash area, and mailbox rooms all need to be cleaned. Other than that I haven't had any complaints.

I am satisfied with this community, however, I would like to see residents held more accountable for litter/ trash which is sometimes improperly discarded. Also if residents would take more pride when using laundry facilities.

The experience I have with the apartment were awesome, it very quite over here & there are no loud noises and everyone is friendly. I was definitely recommend someone to stay over here. The ladies in the offices are very helpful as well.

The staff has been extremely helpful and welcoming. I really like it here and have settled in nicely. My neighbors are peaceful and my dog enjoys walking the grounds. The customer service and the maintenance crew was extremely respectful and answered all of my questions.

the MAA community is a great community to live at and work with. this is my second time living at an MAA community and i highly recommend them. the staff at the office is very helpful and thorough in what they do.

Good place to live helpful staff mostly clean quiet and plenty of personal place. Pet friendly. Amenities plentiful but some closed due to COVID. Enjoy the landscaping. Trash service has been improved.

The leasing staff was very helpful. Ms. Lisa was great in making sure I had a smooth transition as far as moving into the residence. Her positivity and uplifting spirit was great!! She ensured everything was taken care of prior to my move in.

So far my experience here have been great so far... Peaceful and quiet in the area I stay in no problems at all...I have never bad experience at Lincoln on Green..Staff have been friendly and polite...

After a lot of researching and looking, I decided to make a move to LOG. The entire staff was very helpful and thoughtful. Specifically Priamka did an exceptional job answering any questions and making my move in experience as seamless as possible.

I moved in 21,2012. Staff especially Felicia and the leasing manager were very Prompt, Professional, and Personable. I've lived in Lincoln on the green previously and loved it so I decided to come back. It's in a central location close to numerous stores and food places. I have never had a problem with safety or noise. Only downfall is the parking. They need to get more assigned parking close to people apartments.

The customer service at this property is outstanding. Everyone is friendly and helpful with all your needs. They make you want to live at the complex because of their friendly service and the experience of explaining everything every step of the way. Thanks for everything Lincoln on the Green and especially to Mrs. Felecia Newell.

Staff is so nice and helpful ! Apartment does have upgrades(some first floor have hard wood floors a big plus They have ONE trash compacter in the whole apartment complex so you have to drive to it if you don't live near it . Parking can be a hassle but overall good so far .

Mrs. Felicia Newell was very kind and efficient in helping me to get what I needed to become a tenant at Lincoln on the Green. She was always very professional and welcoming in her telephone etiquette as well in h response to my email. I would recommend that Mrs. Newell be everyone's contact person when applying for their new home at this apartment community. Keep up the outstanding work Mrs. Newell we need more individuals like you.

I love this community it's quiet and no one hang out around in the parking lots and on the stairways the kids stay in their own area and the compound is clean and the trash area is clean no pets running around

The community is nice, the apartment itself is nice and the staff is friendly. I enjoy everything about the apartment but I am not satisfied with the quality of the appliances and the quality of the interior as well.

My experience thus far has been great. It's quite and I can study and sleep without loud neighbors. The complex is clean as well. Compared to were I moved from these apartments are wonderful. I do however wish that they were gated in.

It's nice but I never got a carpet cleaning coupon when I resigned my lease these last few years. I need that badly. When will total use of the work out facility be open? The sauna and the pool? Other than that I'm content.

It's been good. Most maintenance requests are promptly taken care of. The office staff have always been helpful, friendly, and accommodating. There are some community members, however, that have a tendency to leave trash in random spots. Other than that, my stay here has been great!
