    Next staffing team very patient and was always willing to help. The staffing team was great and the popcorn was always fresh and sodas was always cold. The laundry facility is nice with updates equipment and the options to use card payments.

        There were quite a few issues. Half the apartment had no power. Light fixture in kitchen was damaged, patio door had a gap, bathroom exhaust fan not working. Screws on the floor and carpet throughout the apartment

          The experience to start with was great, but then I had problems with the app to apply. Wasn't contacted in a timely manner to complete it and lost the apartment. I needed a 1st floor for my mom. I wanted her and my sister to be close both are up in age

              Its been a good experience since being here. My major complaint would have to be my outdated AC unit that is pretty loud when it's on and the pretty bad fruit fly pest problem I have experienced in the hottest months of the year.

                So far so good be I haven't had any issues beside the flying nets in my apartment that I can't get rid of. I wish I had more space in my kitchen by the closet and the refrigerator is a challenge for me.

                  My moving in experience was overall Great . Staff was very welcoming and nice, Caleb helped my girlfriend and I move in as quickly as possible. We rented our first house together and had been there for 5 months and discovered a huge mold problem . We informed Caleb about this information and he helped us as fast as he could . Thank you caleb for your Great personality and for helping us as well

                    I'll update a Google review soon. I promise. I moved in middle of March 2023. I waited intentionally, so that I could truly see what this community is all about. My initial reservations were cost for base rent and added fees for Cable, Internet and Grounds Upkeep. I've come to understand the base rent cost - totally worth it. I've also come to appreciate having cable again, even though I don't personally watch much TV. I'm a football fan and will get to watch the regional teams play! I also got to see several awards programs, which I would have been disappointed to miss. Kyla, Lisa, Cassandra, Caleb and Chelsea (miss you much!) are FABULOUS in the front office. Nate, Jim and Zach are EXCELLENT in maintenance. The grounds are idyllic. The fitness room is AMAZING. The laundry room is always super clean. I love having a full car wash and pool right outside my front door. The only downside are the neighbors. There are about 10 that don't appreciate the immaculate ground, and they litter or let the garbage overflow. Management has addressed this issue just today by installing cameras near the compactor and will fine perpetrators $25 moving forward. Make the decision now to move into Lincoln on the Green. You will not regret it!

                      Issues started right after signing the lease. I was told that my apartment was not ready and had to wait two weeks. I had to get and Airbnb since I had to be out of my other place. Once moved in much of the apartment needed work. Biggest issue was Roaches in my unit. Which pest control tried to blame me for bringing them in. They have structural issues with the windows. When it rains water leaks in. And causes mold to form. You are forced to pay internet from Xfinity through your rental portal. This is suppose to be a luxury apartment, far from it. They get you by not viewing your apartment until after you sign the lease. They only show you the model unit. Which is perfect, because no one lives there. Will not be renewing my lease.

                      In a decent area of town. Several cities and states within minutes. Officials in Memephis from these apartments you can be in Germantown, Collierville, Lakeland, Cordova, and in MS you have Olive Branch, Southaven and all are at most a 10 minute drive or less to make it to. The staff here is on top of things from an appearance and upkeep point of view and answer maintenence requests very quickly. Only pit fall is the rent is a little high and goes up every year but inflation has certainly made that happen everywhere. '

                        Lincoln on the Green is a great facility. I loved the exercise facilities available on the facility. The rents and most charges are fair. However, the facility administration has decided to impose an $80 + Internet expense on tenants which I consider exploitative. The internet fees and the fact that living room spaces have carpets are the only reasons why I decided not to rent with Lincoln on the Green. Overall, I had a good impression of the facility. The agents are very courteous and knowledgeable.

                          So far the time that I have been here the staff is really polite. The maintenance crew responds to all my work orders that I have place within a day. Which is pretty fast, considering this is a large complex. Not a lot of people hanging out in the middle of the night, it's always peaceful and quiet.

                            When looking for somewhere to live it makes you feel very welcome when they reach back to you via email or text messages. They reached back to me real soon and made me feel very welcome to their community I really love the apartment and the neighborhood I hope that I will enjoy my stay.                                 My experience has been terrible since moving in. I felt like I was moving somewhere in the hood, not a "luxury apartment." It's expected to clean the appliances and cabinets before setting your personal belongings in..but I don't think you should be cleaning hair(lots of it) and yellow stains (of who knows what) from the bathroom walls of your new apartment. It gets worse when attempting to get my issues resolved..

                                  Please dont get your hopes up thinking your approved. They'll say you're approved and out of nowhere your somehow Denied.i was approved had a move in date and everything. Made plans and everything just to be Denied for "False info" like wtf? May e its hard for you to believe CHELSEA but yes i do make enough.

                                              I toured both a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. Our guide took us in the golf cart to each and talked about the amenities while keeping my preferences in mind. I left the tour feeling like I had a good sense of what Lincoln on the Green offers and felt like I had enough information to make an educated decision about living there.

                                                Moved in complex July 2022, once my lease was up I decided to do a transfer to a smaller unit (May 2023). Pics online shows units WITHOUT carpet, specified that's exactly what I was looking for. On move-in day for BOTH units, found out I had carpet. Staff won't tell you which units doesn't have carpet because they don't even know. Rent is expensive only because of the area. The quality & interior is no different than apartments in Hickory Hill/Hood
