The amount of cars stolen is really alarming. Also when I moved in, we were able to have packages delivered to the office. Now we can't and they get stolen. Also they do not clean the dryer vents from the units and it is a major fire hazard. Maintenance is usually very prompt though, but I wish there were perks to living her for so many years and never being late on rent. I'm a good resident and hate the rent increases.

    Moved in and it's an okay experience. Keep moving loud neighbors around me , and dogs that stay home barking all day. I am very quiet and have to work peacefully. Needs a lot of work outside my door and stairs. Deep cleaning hasn't been done even though requested two years ago. Constantly concerned on the amount of water shut downs that occur.

      Very clean and quiet place with professionals on duty that look after residents. I adore the facilities provided at no extra cost and feel safe and secure coming and going from the community. I have had no issues of note. Very happy to be living here.

        Decent experience aside from the several maintenance issues I have had during my time living here. All maintenance issues have been kitchen plumbing related and the dishwasher issue specifically has had to be addressed 3 separate times as of April (I moved into the apartment in September).

          Too many water problems that require shutting off the water for the whole complex. Other than that it is a nice community. I'm he grounds are well maintained and the staff is very helpful. You do wish they wouldn't send out mass past due and eviction notices to everyone, so ncludingnthisenofnus that pay on time.

            This was my first apartment after moving out on my own, and I think it's a great starter apartment. My unit is spacious includes several great ammentities. My friends who pay higher rent are jealous of the amount of space I get for what I pay. If I ever have any issues, the maintenance team has always been very prompt and effective. We do experience the occassional power or water outage, but that is usually beyond the complex's control and in the hands of the city. Some of my neighbors could be quieter, but again, that's their issue and not in the control of the apartment management (although they have responded to my noise complaints). No place is perfect, but I would say this a great place to live overall and I've had an all around good experience here!

              I have enjoyed my time living here. With very little to complain about except there have been many times where water is shut off for repairs. It can be disruptive especially without warning but it's not enough to make me find somewhere else to live

                The community is good but there are a few problems. Sometimes it takes maintenance too long to even respond to requests or you have to reach out multiple times and the trash bins are always overflowing.

                Here is my experience. I am a somewhat satisfied customer. I think it is ridiculous that I have to pay for cable that I do not use and did not want. Paying for something I do not believe in. Some things should be the option of the tenants. Then on top of that the trash bin has been broken for over 6 months and I know with all of the rent money that you all receive from tenants the trash compactor should have been repaired. I can understand that it may be a time restrain or scheduling, but we should not have to endure trash sitting outside of the bins. I just pray that the rodents do not start to show up.

                  We have requested do some fixing in Kitchen during renew but they accepted it but not done the work order. Need to patch up the pot holes on the streets. Dogs poop in the lawn around the building being not picked.

                    I've had good experiences and bad. Rent is extremely high for the outdated 1 bedroom. All the extra fees you pay with your rent and the audacity to charge you to pay your rent on an app you already pay for .

                      Overall I have not been happy at this location. The area has been challenging. Since 3 years ago . The upkeep has lacked curb appeal. Not going to renew . The amount of rent one pays does not reflect the property.

                        The day before I was to move in, I noticed that the neighbors were extremely rude. Trying to park your car while the next car is riding your tail should had been a red flag. They speed through the parking lot. This neighborhood is not family friendly. This apartment complex is filled with pets. My neighbors do not clean up after their pets. I have cleaned animal throw up and poop from infornt of my door and walkway I should not have jump over animal feces to keep from walking in it to get to my door. This is ridiculous. The grass is filled with poop. They do not have a dog park so the pets owners use the tennis court to play with their dogs. Where they also do not clean up after their animals. When I first moved in my unit was extremely dirty. Dirt in the corners, cabinets were dirty, walls had a bunch of dirt marks and grim on them. The carpet was horrifically dirty. I've had my carpet cleaned twice and still heavy dirt comes out of it. I've had roaches from the beginning and I have to continue to get my unit sprayed to keep them out. I truly wished I had not signed my lease for 14 months. During my walk through the Agent ---- -. wrote my complaints on a posted note instead of the walk through document. I felt that was very shady. My first month staying here my friend had his truck broken into. Cameras were not active. In August i paid by money order and had the receipt signed by ----. Well the document was somehow lost. That caused me so much stress trying to get that ordeal straightened out. The last person that lived her moved out and I moved right in. There was no preparation for a new tenant to move in. My unit was 100% un cleaned, not properly kept and maintenance. I've had nothing but trouble since I moved here. I have never been able to feel at home in my apartment. I've recently had a promotion at my job, I will stay until the end of my lease. I can't wait to leave here. The only good thing about this apartment is that maintenance men and office management and agents were really nice.

                            Thus far, things at the L.O.G. apartments have been good. My neighbors are friendly/cordial. The leasing office staff are kind and understanding of most things that may happen on a tenants end. The maintenance team do a good job of responding to my requests. The L.O.G. team members are professional and I appreciate that most.

                              Luv the location convenient to Germantown Collierville shopping the problem is getting things fixed replaced etc refrigerator rusty months to get it replaced contact on kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets coming off cabinet wood horrible my screen to patio taken by maintenance I called office and they brought on that was worse than the one they previously took once in the apt they will go up on rent every year but will not fix anything upgrade anything This would be a great place to live if they would fix things repair things correctly. Maintenance has always been a problem here. Some maintenance people not qualified to be maintenance people Begged for a dishwasher as the one I had stopped working flooring in kitchen and bathroom horrible fake wood looking.

                                        Incomplete! Left wholes in the wall. I made two work orders and went into the office they sent somebody back out. When I got home they screwed the fixture back in but they never fix the hole that was left from them fixing the water leak.

                                              This complex came recommended by a friend who used to reside there so I was eager to check it out. Scheduled an appointment for a virtual tour and never received the zoom link. Called the national office (the number provided when you schedule) and they said they would contact the leasing office to let them know I haven't gotten anything from my leasing agent. Received no response. After about 30 minutes I called the number on the website and the woman who answered informed me that they were too busy and that's why they didn't show up for my appointment. I informed her I had a meeting to go to and could not wait for the person who was already 50 minutes late for MY appointment to get back from the random walk-in's' tour. The customer service was atrocious and then they double downed and sent a video (that looked like what you find on websites) via text with the leasing agent's name. No apology or "hey can we reschedule". I -obviously- did not lease from this complex, as I found a different complex that valued me as a potential tenant
