My move-in process was immaculate. Ms. Felicia made sure I had everything I needed and assured that I had every piece of information that was beneficial to me upon move-in. I moved from Atlanta, GA, so I was a bit nervous on how everything would go. My apartment was everything I they told me it would be. Great for the price and the area. Staff is to be trusted. Maintenance is good, work ethic is a bit sketchy, but that is the only thing I have negative to say. Other than that, I loooove it here!

    Community wise: beautiful complex, diverse, upkeep well except when trash gets filled and left out until maintenance use their key to compress the brand new trash compactor. Apartment: I liked my apartment but rent was pretty high for a small one bedroom. Love the balcony.

        A very nice place to live I would defiantly recommend the staff or very polite and if u need something fixed they've responded within a day to fix it and so far all the people in the community are very respective and nice no drama

          The apartment complex tenant base seems to be declining. Issues with non permitted tenants parking in other tenants permitted covered spots. HVAC cooling is inadequate and hasn't been repaired even after 2 maintenance calls.

            Community is nice/clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Residents trifling and try so hard to make it hard for the other pleasant residents. They dogs poo wherever they want and every since the trash been getting fixed trash been everywhere

              First off, let me say that Ms. Felecia that works in the office is amazing... She's helpful and follows up with her tenants. As far as the others go I cannot say. The trash compactor was just completed but it took 5 freakin months. Parking was already terrible but fixing the compactor took away so much parking. Everyone were getting tickets parking in the handicap because there was absolutely nowhere to park. And course the office couldn't help nor returned calls. Then they make up their own charges. I did not know after the 10th if each month there's an additional $10 fee added to rent. Keep in mind it's nowhere located in the lease. Just imagine if 1000 tenants had to pay $10. Now they are raffling internet to the lease just so we have to pay more money with our rent. These apartments are not worth it. We are charged for pest control monthly but still have to call and get added to the damn list. They promised to power wash all of the buildings but only washed the first few in the front and stopped. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. Overrated and not gated and the crime is ridiculous....

                  Overpriced. Subpar upgrades that are poorly executed. Safety issues, no gated community or useful cameras. Trash situation is illogical and constantly overflowing into a disgusting mess. The walls are too thin.

                    I love everything except the trash compactor. They need a resolution for this . Other than that, I love it here! The staff is friendly, the pool is open, my kids love it here. We're good. If the rest of this year goes well, I'll renew my lease

                      Nothing works properly at this apartment complex, and you get overcharged a ridiculous amount. My neighbors are very loud and you can hear everything. You will also get charged for things that dont even happen, like pest control is supposed to come into your apartment each month, but they never do. Also there's a charge for trash, but the trash unit has not worked since before I moved in 9 months ago.

                        Every since I moved here at Lincoln on the Green, I have enjoyed my stay. It's very peaceful and clean in this community. When I need maintenance, they come and get the job done swiftly. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay in these apartments.

                                The community is very quiet and the staff in the office are very sweet and professional. This is my first week staying there and it has been a joy. I love my apartment. The upgrades are wonderful for the price. I have the smallest two bedroom and it is very spacious for me and my kids.

                                  Maintenance team is awesome except I do have one ongoing problem with a critter on top of my roof making noises from time to time. Other than that apartments are nice and quite neighbors are friendly. The apartments are well kept and Management and staff are welcoming.

                                    Was attacked by girl on drugs first month l was here needsa gate and better security. Trash area needs to be fixed and cars with flat tires need to be towed away. Place isn't bad for the price don't like the part that cable is included in your rent

                                      The walls are entirely too thin. I can hear everything that my upstairs neighbor does, everything that he says, and every step he makes. I can hear him snoring, turning over in his squeaky bed, dragging things across the floor (daily). He is constantly keeping up unnecessary noise and I hear it all. No rest, no peace, no sleep!!!!!!

                                        Nice agents in the office. The apartment that I live in seems to be an older unit. The parking is good so far. I like the fact that they will accept your packages in the office, that's always a plus to have your package secure.

                                          Community was once a great place to live but seems to be downgrading in the past three years. The office staff is very pleasant but the lack of selection on new tenants and trash issues has made this a place I really wouldn't recommend to others.

                                                The leasing office staff are very cordial and knowledgeable. They've been a great help in getting any issues sorted out. A few gripes are upstairs neighbors with lead feet and some residents with large dogs not on leashes. They laundry site is decent but I wish units already came with a washer/dryer.

                                                  Everything was great!!! Morgan was awesome with helping me with all my needs.The other staff were very helpful and attentive when everytime I was in the office. My neighbors are quiet and nice so far. I'm enjoying my first in my apartment .
