This community is a very quiet one. The staff and neighbors are very friendly and professional. Most people are almost like family. I enjoy the quiet atmosphere because I am able to go to the gym, pool, or just sit around in the different amenities.

    My living arrangement here was great. No complaints until last year. I'm starting to notice the change in people that are moving in. Which kinda makes me concerned. I notice the cameras have been placed which is good.

        This apartment complex needs more security, and badly needs it. I do not ever feel safe walking to and from my car, and I don't even feel safe enough to walk my dog in the apt complex. I always have to take her to a park outside of the apt complex due to the fact that I don't feel safe here. This community needs to be gated with a security guard that works 24/7 at the gate. We also need cameras that are NOT just in the common areas but all over the apt complex. These apt complexes are so so nice! The location, ammenities, and the apartments themselves are very beautiful. All it needs is more security and this place would be so much better.

          I moved in on November 1 and it has been quite pleasant thus far. I've had some work order somes of which have yet to be completed to my satisfaction, but they did come out. I have been enjoying the community and the workout facility.

            Fairly quiet, diverse community. Repair requests may take two or more reminders. Most repairs done in timely manner. The trash situation is a weekly issue. Overall fairly comfortable living environment.

                  Listen, the place is great to live, however, it does have the feeling of a place that is in decline. Lately, new residents have left dogs on the patio barking all night, neighbors outside shirtless leaving thousands of cigarette butts and empty corona bottles behind our building; and the general feeling of community decline is apparent. I can't bring myself to give the place a bad review because staff and maitenance are timely and friendly. Anyone who says otherwise is lying. They do need to bring the hammer down on problem tenants though. This is a nice community and the people in the leasing office need to fight harder to make sure it stays one.

                    It's ok. Good amenities and close to a lot of shops and things. It is not gated though which I didn't think would be as big of a deal as it has ended up being since the staff doesn't do anything when something happens, which is more on upper management than the nice folks that work in the offices.

                        Great place to live. Quiet and friendly. Some of the neighborhoods are rude., but besides that hickup everything else is fine. They have different types of food trucks that come by nearly every friday if you dont feel like cooking that day. Overall good experience.

                          My Insurance company recommended this Apartment complex because it was close to my home. I love the atmosphere and the floor plan. The office was very nice and worked with my insurance company to make this a pleasant moving experience

                            I think these apartments are over priced. Despite a "security guard" multiple break-ins. Constant trash overflow into the parking lot. Horribly managed. Also " amenities" are not included, they are extra charges so don't be fooled when they say at signing rent includes these things. I like the are but hate the complex and plan on moving. Had I had more time before initially moving to Memphis to investigate I would not likely have chosen to live here.

                              I have had a very pleasant experience at Lincoln on the Green since I've been here the last 2 years. My neighbors are friendly and respectful of each other. My maintenance issues are always addressed in a timely fashion. And it's nice that things are continuously being touched up and upgraded.

                              Been running and jumping above my apt. Get obnoxious . Especially late at nightevening and into late hours of the bad chandelier rattles and has blown light bulbs out in bedrooms and fixture rattles at times depending on how bad there using there room for a playground.

                                So far so good. Great and friendly staff. Every time I make a maintenance request it is answered in timely manner. There does seem to be a bug problem I went to Home Depot because I wasn't sure of the efficiency of the pest control on property.

                                    No WiFi or cable connection has been in my apartment still and I am being charged for cable / WiFi usage. Comcast can't come out until the 18th and we have been in the apartment since the 6th. I also hate the fact that none of the living rooms have lights.

I've only been here a little over a month, but they show promise to uphold their new standards and consistently accommodate my needs as I adjust into my new home! I've monitored their resident ratings before moving in and over the course of 2 years they've TREMENDOUSLY improved! I'm so excited to be here!                                             I had some issues with previous management before, but the trash has been an ongoing issue.                                                 My experience at Lincoln on the Green has been great. Maintenance responds in record time, the office staff is helpful and I've never had an issues with neighbors or anything else unpleasant. They also host community events frequently. My only concern is that for a complex so large, we only have one trash receptacle.
