It's been an ok experience. I love where I live, but there were too many negatives with administration/property staff. I will not bash them, but communication was not great at all. Pricing is slightly overrated. However, I was willing to pay for location.

Bed experience when moving in and still going through a bad experience just tired if being uncomfortable. Being inconvenience. The office telling me there gonna follow up I didnt get a call .the had to replace a pipe in my wash room hsvent dinr it yet si my washer and dryer is in my dining room unacceptable.

I am a new tenant however when talking to the staff they are very professional and prompt I have only been here since the 28th of June I moved from Chicago when searching for an apartment I looked at the complex on the internet and when my daughter was showed and talked two management I was very impressed

Living here at Lincoln on the Green has been pretty great for the last two years. I have not had any really bad experiences here. The staff is nice & informative and always willing to accommodate you with whatever you need.

Great community. Full gym and pool amenities as well as a very nice outdoor patio area. Staff is awesome and very responsive! I've only been here for 2 weeks but so far it has been a good experience and I would recommend this place to anyone

The complex is beautiful and well groomed. However, the quality of fixtures and maintence of the apartment is unsatisfactory. The complex is listed as Luxury Apartment Homes. Definately not that, there is room for improvement. The rent continues to rise but the quality of the apartment doesn't. I believe in treating people the way I want to be treated, especially in my business.

Most the office and maintenance staff have been very friendly and helpful. I feel safe when I go back to the apartment in the late hours of the night. Neighbors keep to themselves. Have not had any parking issues since living here.`

I haven't been here long but so far so good. Rachelle at the office has been so helpful with assisting me and being patient with my schedule to move in. I love the unit. I travel a lot during the summer so I haven't really been there much but the times I have been home it's been amazing. It's quiet and peaceful.

Overall It has been a good experience staying at these apartments. The office staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns I ever had. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

Over all my experience has been good. I enjoy the look of the community and it's amenities. The staff is friendly as well. I also enjoy the special events the community offers although I'm not able to enjoy them all.

Safety here is a big concern. In the 8 months I've lived at Lincoln on the green, there had been multiple break-ins, car break-ins and robberies at gun point. The quality of the appartments are poor. The unit I stay in is old and run down.

They have great office staff and the best maintenance team ever.The landscaping is beautiful. It is a quiet environment and we have excellent neighbors. We have great amenities and they are always kept up nicely.

I'm satisfied with this apartment complex. There are some things that could be better, such as the overflow of trash! If the trash pick up days could be increased, that would help! Also, the car wash amenity doesn't always work. The water levers fall off the wall and vacuums are falling apart.

--------------- at the office is very rude and very inconsiderate. Doesn't care about you or any of your problems. But everyone else is great. Have roaches all through my apartment. Other then that everything is cool

I am nearing the end of my lease, and I am more than ready to get out of here! The price of the apartment is decent- compared to everything around us. However, the maintenance SUCKS. They are just careless. Problem 1: I had mold growing around my windows from condensation due to windows not sealed properly. The maintenance came quick, but in their cleaning process, moved my dog's kennel, WITH MY DOG IN IT, and did not move him back. This allowed him to get a rubber food mat and eat half of it. Obviously, this made him very sick. While the property manager reached out to me and reimbursed me for the destroyed food mat, the carelessness of the maintenance tech could have seriously injured my dog, and had the potential to wrack up hundreds of dollars in vet bills. Problem 2: There was water leaking from my ceiling, and i had to call a dozen times before someone FINALLY came to look at it, and said, "Just wait it out". When it didn't stop for 3 days, I called again, and their response was. "The leak above you is fixed, it should stop soon". However, now I'm left with a ton of water damage to my ceiling, and nothing has been done to solve this. Overall, the maintenance is careless. While the price is affordable, our 1 bedroom apartment feels TINY. I would really look elsewhere before you jump into a lease with this complex.

Great customer service. Anything that you need they assist you very quickly. Very quiet. The parking isn't the best, but it is an overall great place to stay. I haven't had an issues since I've been here.

This is a great place to consider for an apartment home. The staff are nice and pleasant even the maintenance workers. They maintain the property and the up keep of the community very well. The only thing the community doesn't offer is a clubhouse if you want to host and event.

The overall look of the apartment is nice- the buildings look to be well kept. The apartment complex is also very concerned with its tenants' safety, and many improvements have been made to the community while I have been living there. They have added a security car which drive around during all hours. However, I just don't think it is worth the money- I had a service request put in once, for mold on my windows, and they came to clean it, but in the process, moved my couch, knocked over my Laundry basket, and moved my dogs kennel (with my dog still in it), and did not clean up after themselves. Them moving my dogs kennel allowed him to get a hold of a rubber mat and destroy it, and ingest most of it, which made him very sick. In another maintenance issue, we had water leaking from our ceiling, and they did not respond to my maintence request for over 6 hours... and when they finally did, they just said wait it out. Which caused the water leak to spread. This was a Friday, and the water was still leaking from the ceiling Sunday... when I called them again Monday, they said that the leak above us was fixed, and we should see the water leak stop in the next few hours. There is now a great deal of water damage to my ceiling and No one had contacted us to offer to fix it in any sort of way. Overall, it's just not the best place to spend your money on a place to live.

I have been living in this apartment for over 2 years I've noticed a lot of changes and I feel like the neighborhood is going down I noticed more police in the apartment loud music more people hanging out in the apartment late at night it's not like it used to will be searching for something else soon

This apartment community has been great so far. I have not had any major problems. Kaetlyn has been a great help. I am able to text her with any concerns and she gets right on it and shows empathy. I love it

Everything is great with the exception of the trash compactor which attracts rodents and other vermin I have seen because it is always broken, so trash just sits out for days.I recommend fixing it, it's been almost two years now and installing another one due to the amount of residents in this apartment community.

Nice and peaceful close to the freeways and shopping.perfect routes to work I would recommend this area to most. Not to sure about schools in the area yet, but based on the area i am sure they are nice.

The community is fine, and the office staff are prompt and very punctual. The maintenance team is one of the fastest I've ever seen. I'd put in an issue only to have it resolved within hours instead of days.

Great place to live! It's central to Memphis and is a short distance away from just about every store you would need. The grounds are very clean and the amminaties are very well taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone with a family.
