My first week of living in this apartment community is very bad as we have to deal with flea bites and hard time sleeping for a week. Good part is the apartment community has all other amenities, located near by all the shopping places, grocery stores. Office staff is very very slow in responding to any maintenance/service requests.

Sometime service request takes time We have tennis courts and volleyball courts in the community that is very nice, but management never focuses on what are the present condition examples volleyball net is so bad and we complained twice, but they did not care and two of the lights in tennis courts are not working from two weeks

I've lived here a little over a year and let me tell you...I'm excited to be leaving in the next couple months. While it's been an easy and convenient place to live, I've consistently had problems that seem to stem from either cheap appliances or neglect from apartment staff. Don't get me wrong, there are some great staff here but overall they just don't seem to care. I live very close to the trash compactor, which is good and bad. It's very convenient but the trash regularly gets back up onto the sidewalk, and occasionally onto the road. I've personally gone out there to clean it up myself. Once I found a dead (huge) rat, I decided I've done enough. The worst part was the carpets when I moved in. They say they check the carpets...I doubt it. Two months in with a lingering smell, I found pee stains everywhere under the carpet. The office said the past 5 Tennant's didn't have pets, but it's evident they did. Granted, they did replace it free of charge, but the neglect I spoke of previously was evident. Also, the fees they charge us seem to be pretty heavy considering that most of the serves the fees pay for seem nonexistent. The pest fee is useless. Also, the trash fee isn't being used in an efficient manner (see my description above about the lack of trash service). I should also mention the increase in criminal activity lately. My neighbors smoke weed and party consistently. Even after telling the office, they never responded, much less do anything about it. Also there have been several break ins lately. I even had to call the police for domestic violence once for a woman who came banging and screaming at my door for help. Overall, I would advise to stay away from this apartment.

The staff and my neighbors are the best. I have never had a problem with noise. It's very peaceful and safe for families and individuals whom live alone. There are community events and the staff keeps us updated on the community via email weekly.

All of the property management staff and leasing agents are very professional and caring. Maintenance does a good job when you need repairs. There does seem to be a problem with noise from tenants and their guests yelling,etc.

Lincoln on the Green is excellent! The location is perfect, the staff is always super nice and helpful. Any service requests I have submitted are taken care of within 24 hours, maximum, usually on the same day I submit the request. I highly recommend Lincoln on the Green! :)

Very quiet area, everyone minds their business and stay to themselves. Maintenance however take their time completing orders. I called and expressed my concern for my heater and hot water going in and out and the male leasing agent told me my heat probably wouldn't get any hotter and that i should continue to use my space heater to keep myself and my babies warm.

I moved in during the final days of August 2016. I moved here from the Midtown Memphis area to be closer to my work which is off Players Club Pkwy. This has so far saved me so many minutes commuting to work. I also have enjoyed using the grill at the pool.

Clean, great staff, great amenities, convenient location to work as well as shopping, nice neighbors, affordable rent and utilities (so far). The staff does a great job in organizing community events like Food Truck Fridays. Further, the gym and pool areas are kept clean and accessible.

Overall the community is fine but over priced considering you are not in the downtown core The grounds are upkept but there have been break ins and other reported incidences. This was rectified by having some security on site. The garbage compacter does also overflow often.

I have been a resident for 4 years and I have NEVER had an issue with staff. They have always been prompt and kind whenever I've paid a visit to the office. Maintenance is always propt as well. Overall, I am highly satisfied with Lincoln on the Green.

The only reason I'm giving this place one star is because of the way the property manager Beth Bridges has handled concerns about the very recent crimes that have occurred. The apartments themselves are a good value for the rent price and the area of town is great. There have been break ins and a recent armed robbery and sexually assault that have cause resident concern. The property manager was very accommodating with my concerns. She was very insistent on making sure to emphasis that "this could happen anywhere" and that "this didn't happen to one of our residents, it happened to one of their guests". The promises of a larger police presence and security patrols have been very lack luster at best. Community safety is a big issue here.

I have enjoyed the staff and my apartment. I wish the community respected the trash bin. Also, I wish that my neighbors would respect stairways and keep them clean from debris and/or bodily fluids. I love the pool, but the high chlorine content limits my frequency. This has an overall high rating for an ungated community.

I just moved in so not much to tell. Been there for a week. Only been here for a few weeks, seems quiet and well managed. Building are a little on the old style , yet management is looking like they are trying to keep up with the newer versions of apartment home that are coming up. One detail I think they should concern putting flooring in there units instead of carpet. Overall, they are good for the price charged. Especially since the rooms are larger than the newer complexes around the area. So it all balances out. Maybe installing security units in would also be a plus.

Good location. Can be referred to come friends. Still we can see some parking areas are very Dark with out lights. If we fix that, it will be helpful. Also they car washing area is not working properly. Some times we have Vacuum issue, and some time we have pipe leakage.

It's a relatively quiet place to live. The problem is all of the fees that they charge!! I'm paying $40 for cable and paying Comcast an extra $30. Also, my apartment living room does not have a ceiling fan. I was told that i would have to pay $70 to have one installed!! I have never seen anything like that.
