I am a 22 yr old male who recently graduated college and was moving to Memphis from Indiana. I looked at about a dozen apartments that were within 20 minutes of my place of work and Lincoln on the Green was the best bang for its buck. The apartment is nice, albeit some minor issues here and there, but the office seems to be doing their best to address my issues and concerns. The two deciding factors for moving here where: the dog policy (allowing me to get my German Shepherd) and how safe I feel in this community. I feel that I can walk around at night in this community and neighborhood and feel at ease. I've only been living here a few weeks now, but I think this will be a place I stay for a few more years.

    TERRIBLE. The request was put in as an emergency!! I even called emergency maintenance line. The threat was this person intended to burn my apt. Instead they helped themselves to $1000's of my personal belongings. I feel as maintenance and management contributed to this robbery.

      I have encounter many conversation with ------- and read other post on different sites regarding this community. So upon moving there I like to give everyone the benefit and not judge. But she was and is very rude, impolite, very loud when you speak with her. And clearly knows because she is the Manager nothing will happen to her. Which is wrong we are human beings but to be treated the way she treat the teanats are not acceptable. While trying to have a simple conversation she interrupts ,speaks over you instead of listening to the reason why you were inquiry about certain things. I will not recommend anyone from FEDEX to move here. She thinks because we work blue collar we will pay anything after they messed up and took a month to figure it out.

        The apartment complex is great. It's a quiet out of the way area, but it's location is so convenient for a lot of restaurants . I love how quickly the leasing office handles any complaints and concerns in a timely manner! All in all I give this place 5/ stars

          I saw a ton of roaches on my first day. All appliances are old. Wood in bathroom cabinet is swollen and has fallen apart in few places. Bathtub faucet is leaking. There was a stain on the living room carpet. I was told I would receive special discount when I was signing paperwork then next day I was told it no it won't apply to me.

            I recently moved into the complex. So far it has been good . The only negative thing is the parking. If not home by a certain time ...Good luck finding a parking spot. This community is really congested. My neighhors seem to be nice and thats a plus.

              The cabinets were in need of replace due to some type of infestation. The maintenance crew is nice and always friendly. The trash compactor is full from time to time and you have to throw your trash in front of the compactor. The community is not well lit at all.

                  A+ very smooth transition, very friendly office staff. All the amenities that you could ever want is right at your fingertips. These apartments are close to everyt all the amenities that you could ever want is right at your fingertips.                     Absolutely the most attentive and friendly staff (office and maintenance) that I have dealt with. Love the way the property guys come around and regularly blow the leaves off the walkways. I love the community opportunities they offer (such as bringing in Walgreens to do flu shots and also the food trucks).

                        When moving in when had a pest problem. Also we couldn't get out Internet connected and the wiring set up. Other than that I really love it here. I just wish that the maintenance staff would be honest with us about getting the Internet up and running.

                          It has been nice and peaceful so far. I have had no problems with the neighbors or facilities and staff. It has been a nice pace of change to come home after working outside of the community. I am very pleased with the office staff. They are quite friendly and helpful.

                            I feel as though the quality / appearance of the complex has gone down a bit since I moved in ( October 2015). I have noticed that some things have fallen to the wayside since I moved in. And that is disappointing since my rent has increased since I re-signed my lease. I have noticed broken lights outside of the buildings, trash building up in the trash area as well as trash throughout the complex.

                              Average. The apartment complex grounds and exterior is well kept. However the interior of my apartment interior, carpet, appliances, Windows, lighting is dated. Maintenance is prompt however I have had an issue with ants. I'm not sure if it's just my unit that is near the lush landscape.

                                When I moved in someone broke into my apartment after 3 days. Someone in the leasing staff told me when I called, terrified, that I must have busted in my own door...which is so likely since I'm a 117 lb female...there have been numerous maintenance issues, sometimes maintenance requests are not finished in a timely manner AT ALL. I waited 8 days for a part to my dishwasher and was told something completely different each day. I like the complex ok but it's very ------, due to the demographic.

                                  I am living in the community from 2015 and I my experience is very good. But from last couple of Month, crime is increasing in the Community, safety is the main concern in this community. It would be good if gate and fence installed around the community.

The parking lots need a little more light. And maybe if we could add some roving security that would be nice as well.

                                          I move here a little over 4 mos ago and everything was just great until I got some neighbors above me. They have a child that appears to be around 3 or 4 in age. Don't get me wrong I have grand kids and that is why I chose a downstairs apartment. This child jumps of furniture all day along and I work 3rd shift and when I get home at 11 am it is pure hell for me until around 10 at night and I guess this is when he is asleep and it almost time for me to get up for work but I haven't had but about 3 hrs sleep total. I really would like to go and speak with them but I don't want any problems until my lease is up. I have also brought this to Management's attention and I can only assume nothing has been said or done. A letter would to them would really be nice, because all I am asking is for them to be more mindful or the occupants below. That is not much to ask. Also, I am constantly having to secure my chandelier so that it doesn't fall on me or my guest while we are having dinner. I am bldg 20 3597 #104 and they are right above me. Please Please help. Thanks

                                              I just moved in 80/07/15.I haven't had any bad experiences so far.The only thing that i dont like is that some of the residents walk in the parking and will keep walking when they see that you are trying to go by.Also, small children should not be allowed to play or walk in rhe parking lot alone. Other then that, I really don't have any concerns.I hope that it continues to stay that way.

                                                  LOG community old phase aprtments not good at all. you will find so many issues , these are old apartments and LOG don't do proper check before renting it. You have to do follow up for maintence request Un necessary they charge for TV connection, Trash ,pest control -75 $
