I am a current resident on this community - this community especially has high crime rates and many incidents are happening here continuously. When we raised this concern to the management, they are not interested to listen or implement any new preventive actions. Safety is something that I am worried more in this community. If you are looking for a safe and hassle free living then I do not recommend Lincoln on the Green. I am trying to move out this community asap for the safety reasons.

The apartments are nicely laid out, spacious and up to date. The grounds are kept clean and staff is attentive. AWESOME gym, with sauna. Love the pool areas and grilling. The only downside to living here is the crime which can't be stopped however I feel there should be better attempts at controlling it. We had security however all they did was stay parked up front with their flashers on all night no real patrolling. Rent is high enough that a security gate should be an option. This a really a family style complex but the amount of break ins have been ridiculous, it's very unsettling to keep getting emails about constant break ins. You should feel safer especially for what these apartments cost. GET IT TOGETHER .. GET A SECURITY GATE!!!! And a GUARD at the gate! I'm afraid if I hear about one more break in I'm leaving .. I've only been here since November and there has been about 5 so far

So far it's been great. I know there's been a low amount of crime, but it always seems bad when it happens. Leasing office is accommodating and puts on great events for the community. Only request is to have a gate that only residents can get through. Even an increase in rent would be okay to feel that much safer. Thank you.

1st thing you need to Know Cable is mandatory $45, Trash is $9, Pest control $5, water $15 So what ever the rent price add $75 and that's the true rent of the apartment. The Grounds are maintained & the main pool stays clean. The work out facility is clean with up to date equipment. The apartment does offer Food truck Friday, seasonal flu shot program thru a local pharmacy & other activates thru out the year. Usually takes maintenance 1-3 days to fix issue & they do honest work (not the patch & run stuff). For price & location I would give LOG 3.5 stars.

Everything is great...Very quiet so far...Have only been here a week but never hear my neighbors...Parking is great...This is a busy area but the apartments are not on a Main Street so they are just fine

My experience at my new house was not so good as the moist had on my glass and it starts leaking the whole house. I told the maintenance but its the same, they say they will come and check , but nothing gets fixed.

Horrible would not reccomend this facility . staff is not friendly tenants play loud music all times of night and early morning. Many neighbors have shared they have rodents or bed bugs . its not a family environment

I'm usually better at expressing a survey like the above, but through photography. You would have to see Lincoln on the Green to appreciate its beauty. I consider it similar to the shire on lord of the rings, and in a modern sense, a really thought out, that stands the test of time in style, space used, and did I mention beautiful? The architecture is earthquake proof. The staff is like interacting with a 5 star ?? resort staff of individuals who are charming, serious, and really keep this community in shape and looking great!

A great place to live in. Friendly environment. Very well kept. It's always clean and neat. Very safe and quiet. Good management and services. I'm happy I moved here, and will stay as long as possible.

I do not feel safe in this community. I was robbed at gun point getting into my car for work early one morning. Several armed robberies and break ins have occured while Ive lived here and it seems as if the office doesn't care. They hire security to patrol in a car for about a month then they are no longer working. I love my actual apartment and how it is set up. They always complete maintenance requests in a timely manner. The only issue I have is the safety and security. Cameras and/or a gate would help. And I know they can afford it because the rent is outrageous and it goes up every year.

It has been great. They have been very helpful if and when any service has been asked for. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I personally like that they remember your name. That shows a genuine interest in their residents.

Things have well so far, no issues. The staff here have been very responsive to any comments or service request that I have. I have submitted three service tickets and the each service request was handled in a timely manner

The community is good and it's next to FedEx WHQ that's they plus point and friend staff,and other amenities are good .now they had night petroling security which makes neighborhood more safe and secure .

I like it. Close to everything I need. The amenities are the best I could find for the money. I can swim, go to the gym, play tennis, and do all my laundry without leaving the property. The stag has been friendly and so helpful

A great apartment complex in a great location. It's right on the golf course and in a close proximity to shopping centers, schools, etc. Everyone I have met here is very friendly and welcoming and the staff and management team make you feel at home and are willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have. This is an outstanding apartment complex and I would recommend it to anyone looking to rent.

I have moved to this community from Westbury Apartments its been a month and half .But since I moved here there has been many crime's going on in the community and robberies .Now I am feeling that these apartments are not that safe .

I loved the community initially. The first year was great. The subsequent years has had its share of issues due to car break-ins, not so great or considerate neighbors allowing their animals to deficate on the side walks and breezeways, trash in the lot, noise, etc. I am looking forward to moving. The environment is changing.

Lincole On The Green is a Wonderful Community to belong to.I feel right at home.They had Great Move-in Specials to offer. Apt Community grounds Kept very nice and Tidy. New Up to date appliances in my new apartment and Apt Very Clean!! Great Move in Experience!!! Everyone of the staff was Very Helpful and Friendly!!

It's nice. Residents need to be more aware of trash in the parking lot, and parking their auto properly !! The office employees are nice; as well as efficient. The maintenance crew is very good about keeping everything working in a timely manner.

Great customer service. Fast turnaround on communication! Would love more "rent incentive" opportunities. Also, some units group families and singles into seperate buildings; would love this option in the future.

This is an great coummuntiy here in Memphis,TN. I couldn't have chosen an better place to stay as an first time resident of the great city of Memphis. The office hours are great as well as the people that work inside the office are such friendly people.

I moved to this community on February 2016 and is very nice community to live in. The services requests are address on time always with good quality. The apartment is very clean and has play area for the kids to enjoy.
