Has been good, service requests have been remedied promptly. Apartment staff are courteous, polite, and shows a willingness to be helpful. The complex is generally without excessive noise. The complex has great amenities; I personally enjoy the gym.

I moved in only couple weeks ago and as for now Lincoln on the Green appears nice to me. Maintenance is very professional and helpful. Office staff members are nice and friendly. I'm hoping that the experience with this apartments complex will be good for the rest of the year.

I do not like the building I'm in. The occupant in --- flushes water or turns shower on whenever I use restroom. It became obvious after so many times. Even when I pray he continuously runs the shower. When II'm through he stops. There is also fumes coming through my vent in my bedroom that burns my eyes and usually I am ----- when this occurs. It puts me to sleep. Occurs mostly late night. Reported it Friday tochelsea. Dometumes its very hard to get the office; goes to voicemail. This has been a problem when I was in ---. At the end of my lease I will have been here over 3 years. I love location and property. Trash is a problem at it sometimes overflows to ground level. That includes stays full of trash. Even when there is a large receptacle available. Handicap parking not always available guest use it. I requested a dedicated spit because sometimes cars park there for days. Not as base as earlier. However people who are handicap park there that is why I asked for dedicated spot. The manager said she would kook into it but I have not heard from her. Too many people using pool who do not live here. They were asked to leave. All of them did not once security left.

I used ApartmentRaings.com because I am from out of state and I would have liked for more accurate and plentiful photos of the property. Such as the laundry room, etc. I also was unaware my unit had no washer/dryer connections prior to signing my lease.

Nice community, well kept, but limited parking for the tenants. When come home at midnight from work and you got to a mile to your apartment. There is no one live to watch for your safety. In unit 19 there should no cover parking is needed because the small area.

Really don't want to spend time on anything but have management consider every reasonable way to make life easier and more enjoyable for all your tenants. It will take some creativity but can be achieved. I don't know what else to tell you beyond what was already said.

Mom has been very happy at LOG and pleased wirh her apartment and all the staff over the past 61/2 years! She met several neighbors who were very kind to her. I have been pleased with the new refresh the complex has been getting recently. I felt she was very safe.

My overall is satisfied. Although it is not as fantastic as other apartments that I lived in while in Charlotte or Atlanta, it is good. I can not say that I enjoy the alarm Carter of expenses or the fact that I am required to have cable since it prevents me from having a bundle deal & makes it more expensive to have the cable service that I prefer..

I have lived in the complex for 2 years and am going to renew my lease for a 3rd year. It is quiet and safe and the employees are friendly. The rates are good for what you get and I like living on this side of town. I just wish the road was better paved.

Experience has improved greatly since the new security firm was hired. Crime was a concern previously, and has gotTen better. Landscaping is beautiful, and it is always clean and relativity quiet. Maintenance does well.

The community is great overall. It is close to grocery stores, clothing stores, target and much more. The grounds are well kept and maintained regularly. Lot of Indian community around. Apartment falls into Germantown school district which his the biggest plus point. School bus arrives at the colony hence quite safe for children. Common laundry is also good idea. Playing ground however is a bit smaller but nevertheless useful amenity for the children

Awesome apartment homes! Great staff, great amenities and a beautiful complex in general. Very diverse community, very quiet and peaceful. Located close to everything you need. Grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and clothing stores. Almost perfect.

Love the community and the staff is amazing! We went and looked and we able to move in on the same day. The office had amazing staff members and they were very helpful and understanding. The maintence team got in and fixed two things that were a little broken very quickly!

I just looooooooove LOG! I really hate that my lease is up & I have to find some where else to go. I feel very safe over here & my apartment haven't had any problems with a break in. Yet I still remain aware of my surroundings. Reason I'm moving is my rent is going up, to were its way to expensive for the one bedroom that I have. If I could move into another unit with washer & dryer at the price that they going up too then it wouldn't be a problem. They keep everything up far a grass cut, working on new roofs, remodeling the parking lot and just working period. Everybody is friendly in this neighborhood. Only problem I feel like I will have is the moving out process, far as the charges I hope to not get billed for. I had roaches when I first moved in but they started to die off during my stay. I got pest control out every time. The nets are really bad in the summer. Washer & Dryers should be updated. I spend too much money trying to get my clothes dry. & the washer has took my money before. Overall GREAT STAY! Wish I could get a deal since my rent has never ever been late.

This is my second month in my very nice apartment. I love my unit. I can hear alot of traffic coming and going. That would be my only issue at this time. It does disturb my sleep at times because the cars are hitting the speed bumps hard. Loud music sometimes

Before doing a review, I wanted to experience the community for a few months. I've been living here for a few months. The pros are that maintenance is Awesome and very quick so far.(normally 2 days or less). I actually feel safe in this community. The grounds are kept, and I've only seen the trash compactor over filled once. Marquitta was my leasing consultant, she's awesome! The CONS that make me consider a buy-out out of my lease are THE PARKING and paper thin WALLS, absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I get off work and home by 10:20pm or earlier and have to park around the corner from my building. They should have assigned parking for residents and visitor parking for visitors! They only have covered parking for one area of the complex. I shouldn't have to park around the corner for the price I pay for rent!!! The walls are THIN and I can hear almost every word my neighbor says and every time someone takes a bath/shower the loud water drainage noise.

I'm satisfied with the services.Staff is quite responsive.I'd recommend to others to move in this society. I have only one issue which is related to Cable expense.Since majority of people are Indian in Lincoln on the green and they have to waste their 45 $ each month on cable connection because of the English channels. Usually they don't watch the channels which are included in current package.

Everyone around me is polite, it's a fairly quiet place to live, and it is in a great location. The team here at Lincoln on the Green was more than helpful from touring the apartment up until move in day. I would recommend this place to anyone of my friends.
