It was good I didn't have any problems , everything was nice and how it was sat was nice and quite . The staff was very friendly and kind. Any thing I needed it was at the tips of my fingers I love it

Lincoln on the Green has been a very pleasant experience in the three years I have been in complex. Originally had a two bedroom, then downsized into a one bedroom, and the transition went more smoothly than expected. Any time I have an issue, the office staff is willing to listen and work with you. On occasion, the timeliness may not be the fastest, but they will get you satisfied (sometimes with gentle prodding). Overall, a polite community which feels safe and welcoming to all, albeit not very close knit (said hello to neighbors maybe once in the year I've been at my current unit). People seem to keep to themselves and like it that way. Office tries to have gatherings (parties, Food Truck Fridays, etc) to get more mingling, and I appreciate that effort.

No complaints. some of the neighbors are a little unruly but that's to be expected at any complex. The trash situation can get a little unruly over the weekends and holiday weekends. The walls seem to be a little thin, but nothing that would cause us to want to leave the community.

Everything somewhat ok. Not the best but not the worst. I do believe more can be done about the burglaries. We pay for pest control every month but have to call the first of the month to schedule. Do they spray outside for termites. The dumpster is disgusting!

I have a very pleasant experience with the apt unit, area and staff that work company , style, size , etc good neighborhood very peaceful area I'm very happy so far. I will definitely recommend this complex to my friends to move in

I've been here for about two years without an issue (except someone taking pictures of garbage bags by my door & the office wanting to charge me $50 for them). Parking in the front of the apartments can get annoying if you get home later.

This community will be great if they improve security like gates, security cameras. Also, I had very bad experiences with office staff, sometimes they are very rude and don't pay attention to you. We have to go to them multiple time for your service requests.

Everyone is nice it is convenient and close to shopping and eating at restaurants it is clean in the yard and sidewalks I enjoy living here and any time I have called the office they respond quickly to any problem I have.

From the initial move-in painting/texturing was not completed before moving in, and had to be done after I had already moved in. Also someone had left trash outside my window, and had to do a service request to have it removed. There has been several problems with the plumbing in the bathroom, where the toilet is not flushing properly. There has been problems with the trash at the compactor building up , and was told that the compactor had been fixed, but still had problems with the trash.

Lincoln on the Green is in a pretty good area and I like all the access to shopping. I like all the commuity events that are put on by management. Any time I had an issue in my unit the maintenance team was quick to respond

i love living at Lincoln on the greens, i am very satisfied/happy with the services and community. the people that work in the office are always so helpful and nice. the parking is also great. i never have to worry about a spot since there is room for everyone.

Very quiet, and neighborly. The community is clean, and the management is friendly. Any grievances are taken care of in a timely and courteous manner. My neighbors walk their pets, AND pick up after them! That in itself is one of my pet peeves.

So far the community is nice. My move in experience was terrible. The leasing manager tried to move us into the wrong apartment. We had never seen the apartment before. The leasing manager actually was the person who made the big mistake with our move in.

Ok Apartment. Many apartment units are very old and needs upgrade. Trash compact is always full and is filthy with trash lying outside all around. You have to pay mandatory Comcast fees of $45 which seems incorrect.

Community is well kept, office personnel is always on top of the concerns and to be located in the back safety seems to be in the heart of the residents. Everyone is so friendly and seems to do their part to helping maintain a peaceful area and keeping the place clean.

The apartment could have been cleaner when we moved in. The apartments are old but are well maintained. Maintenance and service requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The amenities are adequate and useful.

Great community very quite and peaceful. Also it is very clean the pools are nice aswell as the gym. The employees are very friendly and so far the it has been and excellent place to live. My kids love it.

The office personnel are wonderful, helpful people. There's been a recent rise in crimes on the property, which is alarming. At night time, I don't feel safe walking from car to apartment. I'm constantly looking over my shoulder to see if someone is there to rob me or do harm. Since I live by myself, I'm extra extra careful especially at night. I don't go outside my apartment at night except for one night when I have to attend my meetings.

Lincoln on the Green is a great apartment complex for me. I am a first time apartment owner who chose Lincoln on the Green based off the location and the price of rent. I have only been here a couple weeks, but I have no complaints. I would like to see the option for recycling to be readily available at some point.

I really like the community. I would prefer a gate as crime is rising rapidly due to it being so open. I have had a break in, and so has my neighbor. The ability to have my dog is a huge plus. I also enjoy the community get together we have.

Very pleasant area to live in. Very convenient and close in location to midtown, downtown, Cordova, collierville, and Germantown areas. The apartments are very nice, but the older buildings need some remodeling to their interiors. I've had the pleasure of living in both the new and old buildings and while they offer great prices, it's worth your while to get into a newer building if you can.

Its very close to my work and i enjoy that. The service can be so much better. If i didn't like moving so much and the fact that I'm minutes away from my job i would of been gone. I wouldnt recommend this place.
