I love this community! It's quiet and well kept from an appearance stand point. The staff is great! They're friendly and quick to resolve any issues that I've had. I also love all of the ammentities that are available to the residents.

Thus far my experience has been good as far as the complex, however my apartment wasn't ready upon my arrival which has been stressful. Overall my experience hasn't been bad besides my apartment not being ready.

So far it seems that the front office is professional, but maintenance issues are not resolved in an acceptable manner and/or timeframe. There are multiple issues that should have been identified and corrected prior to moving in or at very least identified and had service requests opened so they would be completed at the soonest.

Becoming to much for 1 bedroom plus there is a 2 spot roof leak that was almost damaging the carpet. I reported this problem back last year and again week ago when the leak started back. Was told by your leasing katelyn that the maintenance supervisor was waiting on a contractor proposal for new roof. Nothing was still done about it

Haven't been here very long but so far my experience is going well. No noise and the property is well kept. Convenient to the mall and grocery store. Also security that patrols during the night which is a plus.

I have been living at LOG in various apartments/buildings over the years since 2002. We love this place and the amenities, staff and the location !!! I have been referring and will refer to any of my friends to come live at this community !!!!

Been living here almost a year now. It is a nice community in a great location. Office staff is very nice and friendly. Repairs are easy to report and get serviced. Love having access to car wash, pools, tennis court, exercise facility, playground, and nature walk. Defiantly one of my top apartment homes. Only negatives I have are trash getting overfilled at times, noisy neighbors some nights, and the frequency of break-ins. Other than that, great place to live.

Overall the apartment complex is nice and family friendly. I have not experienced any issues as far as security or maintenance. It is animal friendly and the staff is very helpful whenever I go into the office. With every business there are always hiccups which you learn from and that's what I like about this property regardless of what happens they have found a solution ..

Friendly leasing staff, very clean property, prompt maintenance requests completed. The amount in rent is very well worth the property and the money! I love living here, I'd recommend to anyone! I also love the updated apartment appearance and the appliances.

Break ins were starting to become a regular thing. Surveillance isn't the best especially if someone can pick the door of a vehicle and take everything from inside without anyone raising a brow. Not deterring potential renters, just was fed up with nothing being done about other than emails and notes to everyone alerting them of the break ins.

A hidden jewel! There is swimming, tennis, volleyball, and even a tot lot for my grandchildren. They have Food Truck Fridays so I don't have to cook if I don't want to. I'm actually torn between wanting people to know about this place, and keeping it a secret!!

When I moved in, the office workers were friendly & quick about solving my issues. Lately, I have had to call to follow up on orders. The trash compactor keeps breaking. My car was hit & they couldn't help in any way & seemed to not really care. There is a security car that drives around. However, it seems like there is a robbery every other week. There are cameras on the property, but not enough in the right places. When I moved in, my apartment was still being renovated. I really like my apartment. The apartment complex is in a very nice location. However, there needs to be an increase in security & cameras.

My experience at this apartment has had its ups and downs. The walls are thin. it needs more trash compactor's and the parking here is ridiculous unless you have covered parking. The walls are thin as well.

Lincoln on the Green has been great to us so far. We are new tenants but we have had nothing but awesome and attentive service from the staff in the office and the maintenance team. I do advise anyone with children to request the 1st floor. I have a child and I am upstairs. My neighbor who lives under us can't take the constant sounds on of my child's feet and she is making this a lot less enjoyable than I would like.

I personally love this community because I like the service and maintenance. Especially in summer may people come to play sports like volleyball and tennis we will have great fun during summer season and we can see many kids playing in kids area too.

It's ok but for the prices and fees it should be better I have experienced a pest problem as well as faulty appliances that need to be replaced, list goes on... staff is polite but drop the ball sometimes

I've had a great experience at the community since I moved in last August. The staff is friendly and they let you know of any changes and updates with the community in a timely manner. The only thing that I will complain about it the new neighbors that just moved in. They are always loud and very messy around their apartment door. They will keep trash and dirty diapers around their door for days and a broken, dirty table has been sitting at the door since they moved in which is not presentable. Everyone else respects each other but being nasty is very disrespectful and something needs to be done.

Very nice and quiet community. The office staff are very professional and friendly. Have not had any issues at all. I do wish there were better security options for safety.. (ex. gated entry to community, alarm systems in each unit with resident responsibility to pay for service.
