I have only lived in this community for a week (at the time of this review). However, my younger sister has been living here for 2yrs and my oldest sister lived here for 5yrs about 13yrs ago. So most of my experiences aren't my own as a resident but a visitor. I love the layout of the apartment (2br 2ba). It has TONS of storage space. The closets are very spacious also (as you can tell, space is a big deal to me lol). The ONLY things I wish were better were the parking and another drop site for trash. I get why there is only 1 trash compactor on the property. Keeps the rodents at bay and lots of trash bins are an eyesore. However, it's very inconvenient to have to drive around the complex multiple times just to throw garbage away. Again, I totally get the reason, but that doesn't mean I agree lol. Secondly, the parking is rough. I wish there were assigned parking. At least 1 spot per household assigned. We have parking permits, but it still sucks to have to park so far away from your apartment. It's not terrible and it's expected with a big complex. Maybe they could add MORE parking spaces somehow. Overall, I've enjoyed being apart of the community for over a decade. I'm glad I'm now a resident!

I've had an overall pleasant experience at this community. I use the gym regularly and enjoy the machines offered. My apartment does not have a washer/dryer hookup. I tried to use the laundry area, but realized I would not be able to just use my own coins/funds and did not end up checking back on that. The trash area is usually contained; though, at times it is overflowing. My opinion on that, however, is that the area for trash is just too small for the size of the community. Parking is acceptable.

When I first moved here I was happy and loved it... then the manager team change and the community start going down... they don't take care of the property they wrongful charge things to people account don't complete work orders and very unprofessional... the grass is so brown ain't nothing green about these apartments it's more like Lincoln on the dirt or Lincoln in the desert

I have called Lincoln on the Green home for over 11 years and absolutely love it! One of my favorite community features is the landscaping! Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Great hidden gem tucked away from the busy streets!

Great experience. Clean. Quiet for the most part. If there's a problem they come quick to fix. Move in process was smooth. Apartment was clean and easy to maintain. I exercise/jog thru the community as well.

So far the staff and mainance men have been very helpful and pleasant. Grounds are kept beautiful. The only problem I see is garbage. There should be more than one drop off. Looking forward to the summer and the use of the pool.

Looked at it back in November 2019, decided to be near the office and also from FedEx. So far so good. Need to have cleaner area for trash, to clean gym more often, to clean the front area of my door..always dusty since I moved

I have been a resident since 2017. It was a great community and had minor issues. During my 2nd year here, the community has changed dramatically. Neighbors driving erratic throughout the area, blasting there music between 10pm to 2am. Have had issues with the front door and and wasps entering the apartment for over a year and maintenance keeps telling us that the issues have been fixed when it hasn't. Overall it's a decent apartment in Memphis, but I would recommend going to a different apartment if you can afford it

I love the staff. The community is very quiet and I cancel my gym membership because they have everything that a gym has on site. Oh my God the pool area is the best you can barbecue and host a small get together for your family. I LOVE LINCOLN ON THE GREEN!!!

Over all great apartments.services should be included in the rent (cable, trash, and pest control). Amenities are some of the best I've seen in most apartments, only things missing is a garage and entry gate. Would definitely consider renewing my lease.

Overrall experience with apartment personnel, the gym, maintenance, receiving mail excellent. I've only had a couple of issues with neighbors leaving trash out in front of their door along with the overflowing trash in the back.

Pests infestation needs to be looked into. Amenities needs to be updated. Trash compactor is always broken. This community needs a gate around it. Always receiving emails of theft and robbery. Not a safe place to live.

Uncertain at the moment. I have been contacted to complete a survey for service that was requested. I am finding that the dates the service was requested is entered in as though it was taken days before. Seems to be done to make issues appear to be addressed in a more timely manner than they are. So far my experience has been good. Except someone in the complex hit 4 parked cars which included mine and the apartment complex couldn't do anything about a drunk living in the apartment complex. Now I have to pay for car damages and no one has given an apology or concern.

I love the apartment. The only thing is when I come in late from my job late at night, there is hardly no where to park. I have to walk a long distance from my vehicle to my apartment. Also, I stay in the front and I do not like the fact that I have to drive in the middle of the apartments to go to the dumpster.
