It a nice place to live. I would recommend some of my friends to live here. It quiet for someone that has childerns. The staff is very helpful if you have any question that you are not sure about they are very patient.

    I love this apartment complex. Maintenance and office staff are wonderful. Morgan is extremely helpful, patient and professional. The apartment complex is neat & fairly quiet. I feel super safe and at home.

      It has too many faults to be able to compromise. There just no a place to to stay temporarily. Too much crime in the apartment because there are no precautions for safety. Please be prepared to pay for some security system.

          The staff in the leasing office is wonderful, especially Ms. Felicia. They care about their residents. So far my apartment is great. And the best part of it all... MPD lives right across the hall from me so I really feel safe.

            Wonderful leasing staff! All of the ladies in the office are very kind and helpful. Shamari is a Doll! She's super helpful. The community is nice. My only concern would be the cars speeding through the property. Other then that it's fairly quiet. My apartment wasn't very clean when I received it. The shelf in the laundry area was covered in dust, other than that it's ok. Have a few issues that I will Address with the office, like leaky faucet and loose towel rack but I'm sure they will correct that quickly.

              My experience at this community has been wonderful. I love my neighbors. The gym is very useful to me and I get a good workout everyday. The pool is wonderful and spacious. The food trucks every Friday are delicious.

                Great staff. Friendly community. Great upkeep of the place. A lot of dryers are down in the laundry room though. Love the car wash! Great perk!!! Happy to be a new member of the community. Food Truck Friday was a great idea as well!!

                  Overall, it's been ok. I like the size of the rooms, but you can tell there's a ton of layers of paint on the wall that looks tacky and causes several doors to not close. I'm also very disappointed with the garbage situation. It's really unattractive and I have not heard anything about it. I would welcome at least an email to the residents letting us know how the problem is going to be handled and what we can do in the meantime. I did not sign up for a beautiful sunroom overlooking garbage bags and old furniture. Also, the work orders are typically ok, but I've had one out since my move in date and haven't heard anything back. The last work order they did come and work on wasn't actually fixed. I tried calling the office during business hours and got the after hours message. I'm just very disappointed by these issues and lack of communication from the complex.

                    My apartment unit is old, things fall apart, maintenance comes to fix quickly most times. I just can't believe for what I pay a month, this is the apartment I'm stuck with. I can't wait to move, I've been praying for the 3x rent needed to break my lease.

                      Nothing but trouble. I dont feel safe hear. I moved here for a piece of mind all I've gotten is trouble. Things are missing from my apartment and its not maintenance that's doing it. Its the security that I'm concerned about now.

                        I lived at Lincoln on the green for a year. I was in the back corner building so it was usually rather quiet which was nice. The complex went VERY downhill in that year. Not even halfway through, I began feeling very unsafe walking from my car to my apartment, or even taking my dog on a walk after work. I always felt like I was being watched. From the girl screaming and completely drugged out on something in the parking lot trying to chase and bite people (can't make this up) to hearing gun shots in the middle of the night, I do not recommend this place. The office staff was great when I moved in over a year ago, but went downhill tremendously. I notified them of my move out date well in advance and talked to them 3 times within 30 days of my move out and asked what all needed to be done. I was told to just schedule a move out inspection and that was all. So I did. Come to find that on the day my lease was up and I got a call from the manger who was very rude asking me where my keys were. My inspection was 2 days later. I was at work and couldn't get there so she charged me. NOBODY told me my keys needed to be there. I would've made sure they were. Make sure you communicate things to your residents.

                          It is a very nice apartment I love the kitchen and the sliding door in the bedroom it's very nice . I moved here because I thought it was around my budget but once the other things get added to rent it's expensive for me .

                            Good so far. Maintenance and the leasing office both need to be more prompt, accessible, efficient, and clear in relaying information and completing tasks on time. I also believe that there should be a better system to confirm that work has been completed for the resident.

                                This community is a great place to live. I'm very comfortable here. The staff here are wonderful. My new neighbors are courtesy and quiet. The parking is not overwhelming. I feel safe with all of the security measurements that have been taken. The pools and the gym fantastic.

                                      I got all four tires and wheels stolen while living here, and even though they hired "security" to patrol "all night" they said that they had no idea it happened and even denied that they were patrolling that night. This along with an email every other week about a break in and multiple other reported cases of car theft should have prompted manegment to invest in a simple gate for the community. I even emailed to voice my concerns and was told that safety was of top priority. Still no action on a gate. The Sauna has not been functional the ENTIRE lease, even though they made it a big selling point for the walkthrough. The rent is super high, and you don't get much in return, other than super high fees and random charges. We got charged 1500 in Move our fees, and did not get our deposit back. I would not recommend this unsafe property to anyone.

                                          Since I have moved in, I have been very pleased. I love the gym, tanning and pool and I look forward to the rest of my stay. My only complaint is the fact that one person has a muffler delete on a Dodge Challenger and it is extremely loud. Nothing is perfect.
