nice but a little scary about safety. Need improve security during the night time. The security vans has to stay there all the time and make continueous rounds all through the night. Need to send the maintenance people quickly when we asked the service by person at the office.

It is great! Our experience at Lincoln on Green is wonderful. The management and the maitainance staff are very friendly, prompt amd accurate in all of their responsibilities. We enjoy all the amenities like gym, tennis courts and swimming pools in the fecility.

The trash compactor was always overflowing. There was trash all over the property. When i first moved in there was cock roaches everywhere inside and out. The office never answers the phone. It can take weeks to get a work order completed.

These apartments are trash. Nothing works. Everyday it's something. Too much money to be in some apartments that do not work. I would not dare rent here again. Do not rent here until they remodel their entire community!

My overvall experience at this community has been nice. Some of the leasing staff are really respectful with positive attitude. The community stays clean, they have activities for residents and do their best to ensure our safety and happiness with our unit.

We've been here a week and so far we're loving it. The only negatives are the amount of parking and the occasional loud music being played at night and the occasional smell of marijuana that has since gone away

Ok value for the area. They will hike your rent up every year more than most though. Lots of extra charges. Base rent may say 775/but with mandatory comcast fee, water, trash, etc. You will really pay closer to 850.

This community has a Great location. You are literally minutes from tons of shopping including grocery, home improvement, electronics, etc. You are a few blocks from the expressway with access to other parts of the city as well.

The apartment complex is nice and up to date. Maintenance is great, they usually come a day after I have submitted my request. Overall I have had no problems living in the apartment complex. It is a great location.

katelyn was very knowledgeable about everything as far as specials. She put in any issues with the apartment with a work order immediately. However the upstairs noise is a complaint that i do have. The sound bounces off of the walls. Other than that very satisfied

So far I have no issues with the apartment. They are quick to handles issues that come with normal wear and tear. I don't have many issues with the people around the apartment. It is a pet friendly environment

I am very satisfied with my apartment complex. The neighborhood of very quite and nice. Maintenance team does their job when needed. The apartment also come with a lot thing such as car wash area ,park,24hr gym. Multiple stores ,grocery stores and restaurants are around when needed

Moving in was quite easy from finding the apartment online to scheduling and walkthrough of the apartment I selected. For the most part the apartment complex is good. But the trash builds up fast and the compactor has been busted the last few months. The community laundry room is a pain too. People leave their clothes in the dry for long periods of time and they take a long time to dry too. I suggest buying or renting your own.

So far it's been great. Had a few hiccups in the beginning of the lease, but he staff (Trisha) was more than helpful in correcting the issues that occurred. The community is quiet and close to shopping centers for Collierville and multiple grocery stores and my gym so I'm loving it!

The original apartment that I was supposed to move into wasn't what I was expecting, however they did a wonderful job with resolving the issue and I am happy with the unit that I have now. In the end it was more than what I was expecting.

great office staff, secure and nice apartments! Definitely considering renewing my lease , my apartment is free of pest and Noise isn't an issue. Parking could be better, I have to park a good distance from my building at times.

It has been a quiet community. Employees have been very helpful. The only issue has been the build up of the trash area over the holiday, which wasn't necessarily the apartment complex's fault. In which the apartment complex did make up to ALL guests.

I moved here from Los Angeles in 2017.I booked it online and leasing coordinator was very helpful. It was not that great what I expected but overall I like it here. 1 bedroom apartments needs to be renovated .

It's quite, the apartments are amazing, and the staff are so welcoming and really care for you. There are never any problems that go on around me. I love the effectiveness that the staff at the front desk have and making sure you have everything you need when you move in.

Well,I thought it was a good place to live until on of the apartments in my building was broken into safety is my #1 concern,haven't heard what happened or did they catch who did it ,and cars speeding through the parking lot even though they have speed bumps drivers go tooo fast .but all in all I like my place

The property managers and lease agents have gone above and beyond on several occasions from my transition here to Memphis and the level of service has been amazing. It is convienetly located near great shopping and restaraunts. And I love being in the Germantown school district.

Rent increases every year but so does crime. They only do landscaping to the front of the complex. The trash compactor hasn't worked in over a year. We oh for pest control but I've never seen anyone spray for bugs, I've had to use my own methods.
