The community is good and the front desk people at the office are nice but the major problem here is, they don't respond to your work order even if they respond the technicians will not work on it but leaves a note that the work order completed.

They made me feel very comfortable and i like the area. You are a round the store's and restaurants, gas station, banks ect. There's a 24 hour gym it's quite around here and it is a good neighborhood to live in.

I have not experienced anything negative since the time I lived here. Everything is cool. Only thing is some people let their pet wonder in apt complex without a leach but other than that everything is fine

LOG has a bad pest control problem, which we are charged monthly for even if the unprofessional pest control comes out to spray. The staff clearly read or know about the issues and instead sending emails regarding the break ins,take care of the residents that are here by doing something so small. Send a professional pest control to EVERYONE apartment it only makes sense. We are paying 4.99 a month, mines even had 49.99 one month not sure why but if we all are paying then that should cover the labor to hire a company. Instead of telling me these bugs are only water bugs. I do not CARE what kind they are...I do not want them in my place. We all should send emails to MMA informing them of these horrible living conditions.

I have really enjoyed my living experience! The complex is nice, and quite. Any and all issues, I have ever encountered were handled in a professional manner by the office staff and manager. Grounds are maintained.

Great just wish we had a security gate and one more trash compactor. We could even have an extra charge for valet trash as an option. Also if the trash area could get power washed just clean it up a little

It's an okay area to live in, but the community itself is not all that good. There is to many extra things to pay for that's unnecessary. I have to pay for things I don't need nor use. I also I have to pay for bug spray every month but I have to request for someone to do it. Which it's not being done to it's full extent.

The staff is horrible. They sit and screen all calls and just lie. Please avoid living here by any means. Rhonda is one of the mgr, who just lie and forgets she lies. I'm at the point of writing corporate sending my proof just to get out of my lease and leave. How do you sleep at night knowing you done nothing right.

The apartments is in a great location , great school district. The office staff is the best in town , very caring and always welcome you with a warm smile.They keep the grounds clean. You will feel safe.

The experience at Lincoln on the Green started out fantastic, but has slowly declined in quality. I had visitors come and stay in the guest suite and there was problem after problem with it. Continual pest problem at the property as well.

Lincoln on the Green is a pretty good apartment complex. A one bedroom is exactly the size that works for me. The workout facility is one of the best I have seen personally at an apartment complex. The main pool is also in really good shape and is not crowded most of the time.

So far so good! No Complaints at this moment in time. Seems nice the same day they came a fixed some of the problems that were wrong in the apartment. Which was great fast service, But at the same time it was when we were moving in so also kind of hectic. The guy Who came though was really awesome about everything really understanding.

The apartment was in pretty good condition. Overall it was a good experience. For the price we pay it is how I would expect my place to look. I do however wish that new carpet could have been put in. But I will be fine.

Love living here! Lincoln on the green is an amazing lovation close to food and shopping. Neighbors are wonderful. Office staff is very helpful. Overall great experience here. Definitely would recommend this area to my friends and family.

From the very first day I looked at these apartments as a possibility of calling it home, the staff has been outstanding. They are very responsive to my requests for service and very efficient. They are like my little family.

I can't say enough how I love living here the only thing that would make it better is if I had a larger patio and garage, however the grounds are always kept clean. The staff is uber friendly and always willing to help. This has been the best complex I've lived in even coming from Dallas, TX LOVE IT HERE

Very satisfied with the community and management staff. The community is very quiet. I have hardly had any maintenance issues. The community is kept very clean as well as landscaping being well maintained.

Office staff is very friendly and help. Whenever I call the task gets completed the same day. It's very quiet though out the day and night. The toughest thing I've noticed so far is parking. If you come home early then STAY or you'll be parking farther then.

Are you being charged monthly for pest control. Do they come a spray your apartment monthly? Do you have bugs of any kind and if so are you that comfortable not to call and complain. Well I have had bugs(ants and cockroaches) but the office staff seems to call theses huge cockroaches water bugs. Me personally I don't care what they are called I don't want them where I leave. And the fact is I been here a year and they are seen off and on my place is always kept clean so I know for sure they not here cause of me. But the fact is I have to call to get on a list, done that last week. Called again today and change my work hours to make sure am home,(because pest control does not leave anything stating they have been in your home) then to wait all day and nobody shows up. Then to call the office and to be told he did not have a key... hmm another excuse. But this is getting out of hand and someone need to be held accountability to this situation. I choose to be here and pay my rent but I did not ask to have bugs as a roommate.

I was excited to move into the apts. however certain prices I was quoted was not what I was given . I have put in one service request and it was taken care the very next day . Cons are my upstairs neighbor are extremely loud so I here constant running all throughout the day and when they use their water I can even hear that. Pros I like the location I'm close to everything and the apartments are nice.
