I have enjoyed the services of the community and there convenience.The environment is so clean and quiet. I have not heard any case of insecurity and so I believe there is security.There is a free car wash,a gym with most important equipment and two beautiful pool. The apartments are in a convenient position next to the highway and around stores and shopping centers.

I just started at this community a week back . It has all the facilities . I had few work orders which have to be fixed . The apartment has all the facilities but the laundary and trash is quite far away from my apartment . would be better if we have one closer as well .

no problems.. maintenance crew on grounds very professional.. I love the apartment complex and the office staff has great customer service. I have not had any problems with the community everyone is caring and friendly.. Great place for family to live.

Great management team. Complex is clean and maintenance orders are always filled in a timely manner. Noise level is very quiet (for apartment living) and rules are enforced if an issue occurs. Because the complex is off of the "main" road, the outside noise level is reduced tremendously!

I am long standing resident and living in the same apartment more than 12 years, i will recomond to my friends. Main draw back is cockroaches, we can not able to control cockroaches even requested lot of Pest control treaded apartment. Please in clude Fans in bed rooms is recomended.

I have been living on the property since 2013. The staff are really personable and try to accommodate all of your needs. The property is well kept and new changes are always taking place. If any problems arise, they ensure that they are taken care of immediately. I really enjoy this community.

So far this community is wonderful compared to the apartments I've been in the past. The neighborhood is awesome and everything. Although I wish the washing machines were a little bigger in the laundry area. Other than that, it's really great.

I really love this place, but you need to keep our laundry room and gym in good working order, there are times where driers or washers go out of service for long time. Don't let people go into the swimming pool with sacks or full dressed, its nasty and ugly.

What the staff expressed verbally does not match the documentation I signed. They are very deceptive of all the fees involved with being a resident at Lincoln at Southwind. My rent payment is never the same and is way higher than the rent I was told to expect.

It is very quite neighborhood. I love the location. So many things they do. Food Truck Friday is awesome. Getting ready to Easter Egg hunt and the bake sale coming up too. I have lived here 2 years and it is a great location to shopping.

Always have a fast response from maintenance. Everything has been great, I have no complaints. The only thing that I would suggest more decurity due to cars being vandalized and propert being stolen. Other than that everything is great. It has been a pleasure staying here so far.

love this place!! I hate my ant issue tho! the pest control came out, but the ants won't leave.... I won't be moving out no time soon. JUST PLEASE GET ALL TEH ANT OUT OF MY APARTMENT HOME.. THE STAFF IS LOVLEY AND SO FRIENDLY EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE IS..

My experience with this community so far has been very satisfying. The management staff is very nice and helpful, the apartment is in overall great shape, and there is not much noise. The only downside I have seen so far is my shower. The water does not come out all the way, and it is sporadic.

I like my apartment and the diversity of my neighbors. When I first moved in I was unhappy with my neighbor above me. She has recently moved so its more qiet now. The apartments are safe and I enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Safety is very important to me. My apartment is also beautiful.

The manager is the sweetest and professional . She helped me out a lot and she is one of the reasons I picked Lincoln on the green . Just want my problems to be fixed in my apartment without problems or issues . I know the wheather is bad , so I wait . Great appartments though ..

Overall, Lincoln on the Green is a good apartment complex. The grounds are kept clean and bushes trimmed. The staff are usually always friendly and helpful. Maintenance is usually done in a timely manner and the guys are always friendly based on my experience.

Overall your just paying for the area your staying in, the apartments are overpriced, the community has nice aesthetics though. The trash area could be improved and the cable fee could be dropped for people that don't even watch television.

Lincoln on the green Apartment is good option to live. This is accessible to shopping restaurants and India bazaar. Office staff are respecting the residents. Speed and quality that service requests are handled by the maintenance staff is poor.

I love Lincoln on the Green! The office staff has been extremely helpful throughout my process of choosing the correct unit to fit my needs both physically and financially. I am extremely happy with my apartment and happy I decided to make LOG my new home!

This community is Very quite. The staff is very nice. They let you know within ten minutes was you approved for a unit. Great schools in the district. That picks and droops the kids up in front of the apartments. Maintance is always fast and great.

Looking for a home environment for children that is safe and accessible to anywhere you need to travel at a cost that is reasonable, is what you get in LOTG. The staff is always available, whether it's face-to-face, email, telephone, or after hours (when applicable).

I've been in this complex for three years. My experience has been mostly good. There have been some break-ins, not only into apartments--in fact right across from me was one, but into cars. Only recently did I feel quite uneasy with people sitting in their cars and loud music. The hallways need to be cleaned. The cleanup of apartment before move in needs a lot of help. People need to pick up after their pets. The maintenance team need workers who can do quality work. The office team are great and helpful people and I appreciate them.
