Very nice and beautifull community. Pleanty of place and space for kids and adults to play and enjoy out door activities. I like this community and refer to friends if they improve maintenance and saftey conditions. Need to improve trash pick-up.

Living by the pool with very little sound dampening through the windows is rough. I don't like the required tv charge on the monthly bill. The yearly rent increase with out being able to negotiate longer terms for lower rent did not make me happy.

I was very pleased with the staff here at Lincoln On the Green. They did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and to process all paperwork in a timely fashion. The Leasing Consultant was very professional with her job performance and handled it very well.

Every thing was great except the TV service. The requirements to use Comcast was extremely bad for me because Comcast issued old boxes to apt complex residents, and most of them was out datete and didn't work. The problem was Fixed for me, but unknown if the practice was corrected.

the appartments are really in good conditions and i will definitely refer this to my friends. Cleaning and maintaince activity is also carried out regularly which is quite appreciating. quick response to service request and resolution on the same.

My experience has been a great one! From applying to moving in the staff has been extremely helpful. I came to the office an hour or so before closing and was helped. I would like to see the garbage system refined. Very often trash is piled high. That is my only complaint---the garbage.

The community is pretty neat and clean. However the mandatory charges of $45 for the Comcast cast cable is a day robbery. Maintenance requests are poorly addressed and you would have to do multiple followups for them to work on the maintenance request. Add atleast 100$ on top of your monthly rent for other charges including useless comcast basic cable.

Noce community. Grounds needs to be improved. Good if we had a badminton court. Also it's not well maintained in some places. Dogs waste not cleaned and it's difficult to walk in the lawn. It's better to put a board requesting owners to clean the waste or fine them.

I have enjoyed my stay here at Lincoln on the Green. One thing that drew me to it in 2007 was the awesome atmosphere- very quiet and diverse unlike many apartments that I toured nearby. The staff was professional and helpful. Seven years later, I can say that I'm still impressed by the very things that drew me here. Of course many people have come and gone but the atmosphere is still diverse and not noisy at all. The current staff is still professional and helpful but much better! The apartments are very spacious and beautiful as well as the landscape. Whenever I have a maintenance request (which you can request and monitor online), the job gets done quickly and I am usually satisfied with the results. The landscape, pool area, fitness center, laundry facility, etc. are very clean and well-kept.Also, if you have children they will love the sand park area and the excellent school district. Did I mention that the location of these wonderful apartments are within close proximity to many restaurants, grocery stores, etc? I also like Lincoln on the green because they have many activities for residents and crime is not a big issue here. It's a wonderful place to live!

Almost every single problem requires >3 work orders, phone calls, and trips to the office to get someone to do something. Every room has flooded at least once. Emergency work orders are ignored. Sewage backs up, toilet dumps water on floor.

Neighbors are very caring. Maintenance is deplorable. Staff are smiling and sometimes helpful. Getting bugs sprayed (inside/outside), or something fixed or replaced is a joke. You pay for Comcast whether you use it out not. Not a good deal!

Been in one and the same apartment for about 3-1/2 years now. Responses to service requests are quite prompt. Complex is regularly maintained. Facilities made available to residents are quite good. Close proximity to grocery & convenience stores.

It has been great. The complex is well maintained and the staff is great. I had a couple of problems with my apartment that required maintenance to fix. The problem was always taken care of quickly and they always left a note on who came into the apartment and that problem had been fixed.

very bad ,Staff not helpful,charging huge money for within complex transfers,carpet condition is very bad,Not sure weather pool water has been changed got allergic reactions after using the pool Although i have a lease till Jan 2015 but no cooperation from staff for providing me options to move into 2 bedroom apt from 1 bedroom

Lincoln on the green location everybody is polite and courteous always available and able to reach someone whenever you need them the grounds are wonderfully maintained and clean and the Maintanence staff are kind and come right out whenever you need them .Cristen and Beth are wonderful in the office supervising everyone truly a great team

Great place to live. No loud or nosey neighbor. Felted safe at all times on matter how late or early you went in or out.The ground was alway cut. No waste loose to be notice. Everone made you wecome your concern was their concern if you had one and they never was to busy to stop to help.

I have enjoyed my apartment in this community for almost 4 years. I have not had any major problems and the rent is affordable. All request for repairs, spraying for bugs were carried out without any hesitation. The only thing that I see that could improve is the trash pickup could be twice a week instead of once a week.
