Big Time Liars and Fronters

My dtr leased an apt from Lincoln for two yrs. The initial move in date a big fat rat ran between my legs and then one jumped out of the bathroom cabinet. Finally they sent a man over that spoke little english and he told us that rodents were bad at Lincoln. Later the bugs over took the apartment. They put up a big front esp when you drive up to the entrance, just a front the apts are awful. Now this is the kicker, they make there money baby, by pretending that you haven't paid your rent then they will file for you to go to court with court cost on tenant and later apologize for losing your rent records. They did this to my dtr on several different times. She turned in her renewal and they said she didn't and told her to move and refused to give her a deposit. She has records of renewal then they lied and said she didn't pay rent in July still trying to keep deposit. My child has all of her receipts and they will hopefully learn from what we have planned for them. The bugs dance all night and so the security guys...he refuses to come out when called, although they post that there property is a safe environment. They lie, cheat and steal. I regret that we helped our dtr choose this dump of a place. No one is ever availabe when you need them. If you have a dtr never allow her to live at this location or rent from the owners this is a complete joke. Never forget the guy ------ who apologizes and then --------------------------------- in the office. What are they doing with the rent money that they claim to have misplaced. Cannot wait to see these clowns in court.

Well maintained Apts with prompt service

I have been living at Lincoln on the Green for the last 5 years. This is a great place and well maintained. Associate Manager James and the LOG service team are very good. Most of my service requests were taken care quickly and efficiently. Most of the tenants work at FedEx. So, this is a safe place.

Not a Safe Place to Live

This place is not secure to live. We had a break-in in our apartment recently. Most of our expensive stuff has been stolen. I heard after the incident that there has been 3-4 break-ins in last 6 months and tenants are moving out as soon as they can. The apartments are right around the corner of the road and there is no surveillance. It has been an overall horrible stay experience in this apartment complex.

        Miss it there.

I lived at L.O.G. for four years, and only moved because I left Memphis to complete my degree at a different school. While there were some problems, I thought that all in all it was a great place to live. My apartment was well-built and rarely had any problems. Maintenance was usually there promptly. For full disclosure, I did have a broken drawer in the kitchen that never got fixed despite numerous requests, but any time there was a serious issue (plumbing, A/C, etc...) the guys were there immediately. In my time living there I had some noisy neighbors, some quiet neighbors, some friendly neighbors, and some rude neighbors, people just vary. However, I always felt like it was a safe community. When I moved out Jimmy, Glenda, and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Lincoln on the Green to anyone.

          Bad

I lived at Lincoln on the Green for seven years. I watched the property go downhill steadily. While the landscaping is immaculate, that is about all you can enjoy with this apartment complex. In my experience it went from proactive maintenance like changing air conditioning filters and spraying for pests to none. The staff who manage the property went from people who cared about residents to people focused on "commodity"... "get as many people in as we can so we can get our bonuses". They used to do things like pool parties once a year which they catered food. In the time I lived there they have since covered the hot tub, cut down the gazebo in the pool area, done away with events, and consistently raised rent. Be prepared for that. Move in and next year they will raise your rent when your lease expires. Today Lincoln on the Green is not the classy property it used to be. The management staff is beyond rude and in my opinion the staff should be fired and replaced by people who treat residents not as a commission check but as respectful, hard-working people who rent homes from them. I would definitely not recommend living at Lincoln on the Green. The leasing agents will be smiles before you sign a lease. But take my word for it as a longtime former resident, they will turn into rude, cheap, neglectful, and uncaring. All they want you for is your rent.

              Not so great at all.

I moved to these apartments about 2 years ago. The apartments looked decent, the office employees were nice, and it was in a decent area. I quickly found out that the sunny disposition of the office employees was fake and the apartments themselves are not so great. I have liked in two different apartments in this complex. The first apartment was a second floor unit in the older section. There was never any parking spots near our apartment, we always had some kind of bug randomly in our apartment, the walls and ceiling are paper thin, and the air conditioner blew out HOT HOT air. We had a family of three living above us, they were typically quiet but we could hear them walking around. The family below us, had about 5 people living there, would always sing beginning super early in the morning... This stuff is understandable--I mean it is an apartment and your neighbors are literally right on top of you. The problem with this came February 14th 2009, when (all in the same day) the family of 3 upstairs moved out and was replaced by a family of at least 5 (we were never sure because there were constantly people in and out). There were always kids running and screaming up there, so much so that after 3 complaints to the office, I had to call the police because our apartment was literally shaking and things were falling off the walls and table. The office did absolutely NOTHING! After headaches and no assistance from the office, we decided to wait it out for another month and transfer to a different unit (in the lease it states that for a $200 deposit fee, a tenant can transfer to a different unit within the community as long as you are within 2 months of your lease ending). That was another huge argument. The office manager tried to tell me that that isn't one of their policies anymore and we couldn't do it even if it is in our lease. So after arguing for about two weeks, they finally let us transfer to a third floor unit in the new section. The apartment we moved into had disgusting carpet and just felt dirty, but that can be cleaned--again, its a used apartment, you cant expect too much. We made a few maintenance requests which took almost two weeks for them to send someone to look at the problems. We had a water tank leak, torn screens in our windows, and we wanted to air filter in the apartment changed. The tank was changed, but the other requests were ignored. It took almost six months before they came and put new screens in our windows and the air filter was never changed. We also called several times about spots of mold that had developed in the dining room area and in our outside storage closet. We were told to scrub the walls with bleach and then tell them if it was still there. After living here for almost 10 months we decided it would be worth it just to find another apartment and pay rent at both places for a month. We moved out in February of this year. When all our stuff was out of the apartment, you could see a thick black outline on the wall where our couch was, where the tv was, and anything else that was against the wall... Pretty gross. The entire time we were in that apartment, my boyfriend had terrible breathing problems which he was told was probably caused by mold. The final thing, if you plan on using the laundry facilities make sure you bring a cleaning towel and a broom because it is always a disaster... Crime wise- We never had any problems with our personal belongings, but cars in the parking lot were broke into quite frequently and rims were stolen off of several vehicles. There are no cameras, gates, or security. So thats a summary of our time there. The good things... the landscaping is pretty and the pool is fun most of the time.

                NO WAY!

I'm sorry but I have to say no to these apartments. The office personnel is great as well as the floor plans! The security is pretty much nonexistent, my cousin lived there for 6 months and her apartment was broken into, my sister and her husband lived there for one year and his car was broken into 3 times!! The sad part is when the officer came to do the report for the last break in, he told us that this was happening on a regular basis in the apartment complex and the office was doing nothing to take extra security precautions! I'd rather pay way less money to live an area where I'm getting robbed on the regular. So my advice would be to stay away!

Living here for the last 3 years and plan to continue living here!

We have been living in our one bedroom apartment at the Lincoln on the Green for the last 3 years and we are very happy with our apartment. The neighbors are very friendly and quiet. The rent is low as compared to the other apartment complexes and the proximity to FedEx world headquarters is very convenient. Yes, we have had some problems with the appliances, but the office always sends the maintenance technician the same day. The maintenance guys and the office person(Glenda) who handles these complaints, are very professional. We always get a call to verify our availability and to provide updates on our maintenance requests. Overall, we would definitely recommend this apartment complex, especially to folks who work for FedEx and neighboring businesses.

                    Don't waste your money here

After living here for a year I decided to go ahead and renew my lease. Two weeks after turning it in I got a call from the office asking when I would be turning it in. It seems the guys that I turned it in to didn't file it or enter it, he just set it down somewhere and it was forgotten about. When it cam time to renew again it was discovered that they had entered the wrong date into their computer for when my lease was to end. When they gave me my new lease to sign it would have overlapped with my current lease by a month so I returned it to the lady responsible for leases to be corrected. We sat down and spoke about it and she told me that she was going to give me 2 months of free cable and would speak to the manager about possibly more. After a few weeks of not hearing anything back from them I woke up one morning to find a letter on my door stating that lease was ending (it had the wrong date on it) and that I had failed to provide them with my notice as to whether I was staying or leaving. I called the office from work and explained the situation (I will say that I did raise my voice because I was angry at this point) and I also e-mailed the manager (whom I had never met in my 2 years here) to let her know what was going on. Later that afternoon I received a reply from her simply stating that there was a letter on my door and that id I had any questions about it to call her. When I got the letter it stated "your offer of renewal has been rescinded and tenancy will not be renewed at it's expiration". When I asked the manager what the reason for this was she simply looked at me and replied "no reason". To me this is not an acceptable reason for kicking someone out of their home so please be very careful before you move here. As far as everything else goes, the buildings are old although they seem to be pretty well kept up. The walls and floors are thin and I can hear my neighbor's TV at night and I wake up to the sound of the guy upstairs using the bathroom every morning. While there is plenty of parking the people in my building and those around me choose to park on the side of the roadway behind parking spots making it difficult for people with large vehicles to back out. As is the case with most apartments they use very cheap paint that rubs off when you wipe down the walls and after a few month of living here I could see ink marks from children who lived here before me starting to come through (I have no doubt that I will have to pay some sort of repainting fee for that). The carpet was worn down when I moved in and probably should have been replaced. The appliances are in good working condition but are outdated, along with everything else in the place (cabinets, lighting fixtures, etc.) DO yourself a favor and be very very careful before you choose to move here.

                      moderate apartment for the price

I have been living @ Lincoln for roughly a year now. I will applaud them that their policy on breaking the lease is superb compared to most. In my particular experience, it is one months rent and they require a 60 day notice. All in all the place is not bad for the price you pay. The walls are decently soundproof (although I can hear my neighbor snoring, but he is an exceptionally loud snorer) and appliances seem to work well (although don't expect to have two people showering at the same time). Parking is great. The neighbors keep to themselves for the most part and don't make a ton of noise. Plus the apartment itself is a nice size (especially the walk in closets). My main complaints are lack of storage in the bathrooms and the broken back gate. I live in the back portion of the complex and use the back gate for most of my coming and going. I have been here now for roughly 10 months and the gate never follows the times listed for operation, until the last month when it completely broke and is never open. A small sign was placed on it indicating it's broken status, however it was not visible from your vehicle. Also, we were promised that our porch railings would be fixed when we moved in and 10 months later nothing has been said to us. This isn't a huge problem for me, however if you have small children it would be very dangerous. The only other thing I could complain about is the staff in the front office. I don't want to judge all on the acts of few. Some of them are amazing to deal with (i.e. Glinda) but unfortunately there are a few that are not willing to deal with you (in fact I had a door slammed in my face once). Once the office gets busy, just turn around and come back later. Also, many residents do have dogs. Not many of them clean up after them. This can be quite a sore spot for some people. As I said before, it really isn't a terrible place considering the cost. Very affordable in a relatively calm place with easy access to 240. You just have to be fairly patient.

Living at LOG is a hellish experience.

Management employs leaf-blowers, who are there on an almost daily basis, sometimes all day. The leaf-blowing noise is extremely loud and stress-inducing. If you are at home for any part of the day, this makes for a very unpleasant experience. If you work nights and must sleep during the day, you will never get an uninterrupted 7-8 hours, except on the weekends, as you will be awakened by the noise at some point, which sometimes begins at 7:30 am. Management also turns off the water for hours at a time with no notice. And this place has the worst insect problem I have ever seen. If you complain about it, management will imply that you are to blame and that nobody has ever complained about such a thing before. They obviously care more about what the place looks like on the outside than about the people who actually live there. And if you get packages in the mail, management most likely will not accept them (check the lease; it actually says that), and there are no boxes big enough to hold them. This policy is in keeping with the lack of respect they consistently show their tenants.

Good apartment for location and the money, a few negatives, though.

I've been living at Lincoln on the Green for 4.5 years now, 4 years in a 2 bedroom 2nd floor, and now in a 1 bedroom 1st floor. The leasing lady back then (Glenda, I think) ok to work with, although her inability to hold a 1st floor apartment for 4 hours like she promised ticked me off. When me and my roommate returned, she said she has a 2nd floor apartment available and looked at use like we were crazy when we asked about the 1st floor one. The parking is fine, I've never not found a spot, and only on occasions did I have to park further away, and that is because people sometimes would have guests, that's apartment life. While I couldn't ever hear my neighbors, the ones above us could hear us. We were not loud, but even watching the TV on medium volume drove her crazy and she would stomp on her floor. I'm not sure what her problem was, but prior tenants never complained. Maybe she was just crazy. Overall, the neighbors are not bothersome, there is a large Indian community which are not disruptive, albeit a bit unfriendly or unsocial. I'd say the racial make-up is about 40% Indian, 40% White, 20% black, if that is important to you. I've only been aware of 2 vehicle break-ins, and haven't heard of any apartment break-ins (I'm sure there have been some at some point, this IS Memphis, after all). The grounds are attractive enough. There are 2 pools, one which is crowded with noisy kids all the time, but that's apartment life. The other is kind of out of the way and quieter but closed most of the time without reason. The tennis court is pretty much monopolized 24/7, but it's nice to see that it's being used and kept up and actively used. The playground is well kept and there is a volleyball sand lot. The landscaping is well kept and nice to look at. The inside of the apartment is about what you'd expect to pay for. Linoleum flooring in the bathroom and kitchen, generic apartment cheap fixtures, etc. I am not hard to please, but overall I think they are good apartments. One complaint I did have in the 2 bedroom unit was that the air conditioner would freeze up the coils all the time, which then led to an overflowing water tray, which means the air would not turn on. I became a pro at emptying that stupid thing of water, and should not have had to deal with it. A few times the stupid thing just broke, but maintenance personnel were responsive. Reporting problems or just generally interacting with the office staff wasn't particularly pleasant. Several of the girls were rude, and acted like I'd offended them when asking for something. I think that is just their type of office girl mentality, though, so whatever. When my roommate moved away, I was tasked with moving from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom. The staff allowed me to move units with a simple $200 transfer fee and signing a new 12 month lease (I had 4 months to go on the 2 bedroom one), which I thought was a fair deal, especially since I pretty much got a fresh, clean new apartment out of it. The one bedroom has a GREAT layout, with a great view of the golf course. I wish I'd lived here the entire time. I'll say that if you are on the first floor, prepare for bugs. I'm not sure what I'm paying for when it comes to pest control. When moving into the new unit, there were some loose fixtures, and 2 drawers that would not stay on their rails, and I reported in writing these issues during the walk through, but nothing was ever done. Since this is probably my last year here, I never bothered following up with them on why they were not fixed because I don't like dealing with the staff and it's not a deal-breaker. The location I still think is pretty good, overall. Tons of restaurants, and shopping areas very close by. I had reservations initially, as Hickory Hill (not the best area) is not far away, but over the past 4.5 years, I've not seen the it encroach much into this area. It's a stone's throw from Germantown and Collierville and I feel relatively safe. It's also not on a main road, so I think that has a lot to do with the low crime due to low opportunistic appeal with respect to break-ins. The traffic is generally corporate comings and goings from the nearby office complexes and corporate parks (International Paper, FedEx, Thomas and Betts) but is not bad beyond rush hour. I would recommend this as a good temporary apartment and have enjoyed my time here. EDIT: After giving notice of moving out, the staff became even ruder. I didn't even think that was possible. Still recommend this place for the price, just don't expect much from the staff in terms of niceness.

Everything you need to know about Lincoln on the Green

First things first: I do recommend LOG. For the price I paid, the apartment and location were excellent. More on that later. Just wanted to make sure that was clear, because much of the rest of the review will be listing negatives. Also, I lived in the new apartments, so some of this may not apply to the older ones. The Pool: They advertise the pool as one of the good benefits of living there. Just hope you don't try to use it. On any given weekend (and most summer weeknights), you'll find it packed. The guests are usually breaking most of the rules - smoking, drinking (and using breakable glass bottles), loud music, etc. This makes the pool practically unusable for the rest of us. Reporting it to the staff did absolutely nothing - they didn't even venture out to ask them to stop. The good news is, there's another, smaller pool, which is usually quieter. The bad news is, it's rarely open. Never any explanation as to why it's closed, it just is. This was honestly my biggest complaint about LOG - I love to swim, and the pool situation was just completely disappointing almost every time. The Noise: This was actually quite good. I could rarely hear anything from any of my neighbors. The sound insulation was such that I could only tell when they closed the door hard, or were almost yelling - and even then, I definitely couldn't tell what was being said. The only complaint is the windows. They were obviously single pane, and you could hear almost anything that was said in the parking lot below. Some good curtains made it a lot better, but don't expect that any conversation you have outside will actually be private. The Parking: Parking was ok. There was always a spot available, but usually not as close as you'd like. It wasn't unusual for me to have to park in front of another building and walk to mine. This wasn't a real problem for me, but I can only imagine the fun of trying to do that with 2 kids and both arms full of groceries. The Staff: Tried to avoid dealing with the staff as much as possible. They were ok, but not just terribly helpful. The biggest problem was maintenance. If you have more than 1, maybe 2 things that need fixing, don't bother reporting them all. They complete the first task or two, mark it all as finished, and move along. A couple times the maintenance men left the work order in my apartment, and once I saw that the problem was actually the lady at the front desk - she only wrote down the first 2 things! I guess she has her own 2 problem per apartment per report limit. The Neighbors: For the most part, they were decent. I'm going to discuss the subject everyone wants to know, but no one wants to talk about - race. It's probably 30% Black, 25% Indian, 25% White, and 10% Asian. That is, of course, just my impression from the people I saw outside. My neighbors were generally nice, polite people. There were a few loud ones, but not just a ton. The people who lived below me for all but the last month made their own curry every 3 or 4 weeks, so my apartment had an almost unbearable stench on those days. I'd come home, open all the windows, and leave for an hour or two. I was never really afraid, but my girlfriend usually made sure I was available to walk her to her car at night when she'd come over. The Apartment itself: The apartment was fairly well built. I only had a few complaints - a loose floorboard under the carpet, a spot of mold that showed up on the wall of the laundry room, etc. They obviously repaint the walls before each new resident, but they use this horrible flat paint, the texture of which makes you afraid to touch your own walls. The kitchen is nice enough, if small, and the bathrooms are pretty good. There were a few minor issues that were unique to my apartment, so I won't go into them, but you may have a few of your own. I was on the 3rd floor, so I had vaulted ceilings in the living room - I highly recommend it. It made the place feel so much bigger. The air conditioning and heat worked great, and I never ran out of hot water, despite my 30-minute showers. The appliances were all fairly new, and though they had a couple small problems, worked well for the most part. Being on the 3rd floor, I didn't have nearly the bug problem that others have, but I still had at least 1 big one a week. Annoying, but nothing to really cry over. The Price: The price is the main reason I moved here, honestly. For a few dollars more than a 650 sq ft 1 bed, 1 bath across the street, I got a 1224 sq ft 2 bed, 2 bath. Utilities were reasonable - electric was about $120/month in the summer, 80 in the winter. Water was dirt cheap, because it was split through the whole building. The bill was determined based 50% on square footage, and 50% on the number of people living there. There were a few extra charges for trash, pest, etc, but all that plus the water usually came to $25. All in all, a pretty decent place to live. Hopefully it's positioned correctly to not decline over the next few years, as so many complexes further west have. Got any questions? Ask them in a comment. I'll try to remember to check back for the next couple weeks and give you an answer.

                              Bend over and get ready

These apartments are a great place to live. However, if you live on the first floor your apartment WILL be invaded by all kinds of bugs. Also, the biggest thing to know, if you plan to break your lease, be prepared to bend over and take it. They will charge you a full month's rent for breaking your lease plus you are responsible for a full 60 days worth of rent. They will not work with you and expect you to sell a kidney so they can get your money. Just be weary if you are planning to move into these apartments.

L.O.G. is ok, for the price. My chief complaint is that when it's warm outside, (if you're living on the first floor) all kinds of bugs will invade your apartment -- and I do mean all kinds, from earth worms to centipedes to unidentified flying insects. Other than that, you'll love it here!

Three Notices for $2.84 unpaid balance - Warning of Legal costs, Court costs, Attorney Fees

I am a resident living on Lincoln on Green at Southwind since 2003 July. I have received three warning notices within 7 days, first on Saturday 11/8/2008, second on Wednesday 11/12/2008 and the third on Saturday 11/15/2008. The warning notices are for pending balance $2.84. On all three notices, they require payment by money-order or cashier's check, no personal checks or cash are allowed. This is the third notice: Dear Resident: You have failed to pay your full balance according to the terms of your lease. Payment must be made within twenty four (24) hours. Date: 10/27/2008 Description: Utility Admin Fees Charges: $ 2.95 Payments: $ 0.11 Balance Due: $2.84 Total Due: $2.84 If payment is not received at the management office within twenty-four (24) hours your account will be sent to attorney's office for legal action. If you fail to pay, all future correspondence must go through the attorney's office. Accounts that have been sent to the attorney for legal action will incur attorney fees, court costs, and may lead to eviction from your home. Please make arrangements to pay your balance today to avoid legal action and possible eviction. Sincerely, (No Representative Name or signature) Does it make any business sense to shoot out notices to residents for $2.84 in the first place. There are businesses that roll over unpaid balances without threatening legal costs, attorney fees and court costs etc. for up to 2 months. I think there should be a minimum cut off or atleast recording number of times full balance is not paid within 2 months and not the unpaid balance itself. How can a apartment office that treats residents this way can possibly create a home life, cordial, conducive, live and let live atmosphere. How can Mid-America Home Communities the parent organization call such living places with the statement "Creating Great Place to Call Home". From my experience and those of my friends who have lived in the same complex, the apartment office management is notorious for welcoming first-time new residents and treatment with courtesy and dignity. After the first year and as maintenance issues arise the treatment starts to nose-dive. Guess I deserve the treatment for staying 5 years in the LOG apartment complex and paying 600-650 USD rent since 2003, and not moving to a Home or atleast to another nearby apartment complex. There is Preserve at Southwind and FieldStone in 38125 zip code area.

                                    kind of Okay

I lived in LOG for little over 6 months and found it kind of Okay. I lived there as my office and school were nearby, otherwise the I never really fell in love with it. number of break in were really concerning. Fortunately I never had to deal with staff except for couple of rent related issues which were sorted out to my satisfaction. I only interacted with Donna and Shannon who were good but again I was kind of lucky. I also got my deposit back within 3 weeks. There is one older lady who sit at the reception, man she was such a pain... totally non understanding. Someone told me LOG is cheapest place in and around germantown, that being the case I would say the place is kind of not bad.

I have not had problems with staff members, but with neighbors. The walls are very thin and I can hear EVERYTHING in every apartment around me. I can even hear the plumbing throughout all my walls and people above me using the restroom. Music and T.V.'s are heard easily also.

As a response to the last review... The assistant manager was involved in the last break in they had recently. The door was not busted in. A key was used to get in. I heard she is some how related to a kid that does some kind of work for Lincoln. The kid was involved in the break in. One of my neighbors told me that they found drugs, guns, and items that were stolen from someones apartment. I see people that do not work for Lincoln going in and out of the office at early morning hours and late at night. It seems to me like the office staff should be responsible for the recent break ins, not the maintence. All we ask is to please be careful of our personal information that is held in that office. Beware

The office staff has always been very friendly and eager to help. The maintenance team always responds to me quickly, usually the same day I report a problem. The grounds are beautifully kept- there is so much landscaping you almost forget you are in an apartment community! My apartment is very spaciously designed and I have gorgeous views. There is ample parking and lighting in the community. Also, I have never had any serious bug issues. I am a very happy resident of Lincoln on the Green!

I hope any one who wants to rent an apartment in the community reads this first. The maintenance is the worst I have ever seen. Two weeks before, I companied about an issue in my kitchen and the oven. No one came and then I called next week to see that its not entered into their system. Then they entered it into their system but no one came to repair. I must have called more than 10 times but no response from them. On Saturday, I went and complaint in person and Shanon Mcnatt who took my complaint said she will promptly look into it! But surprise, surprise, I did not here anything from her nor anyone came to fix. Then after painstaking 5 phone calls, finally after almost two weeks ITS FIXED!!! I almost made it my career to call them so many times a day to get this small issue fixed. I fully believe every thing, written by others who complaint about their services. DON'T COME TO THIS APARTMENTS UNLESS YOU HAVE NO WHERE ELSE TO GO !! Almost forgot to tell you, this place has the dirtiest laundry I have ever seen too

wont be long before the apartment community goes down and these ------- loose their jobs, Dana who forsees rental cheque deposit is very tardy and she deposits the checks and sends me late fee notice every month (inspite of my writing apartment name and number) on the cheque-every month I have to send her the deposited checks copy to make her edit her records, Lots of cockroaches on the property, dog poop every where, poor lighting, unsafe and above that you have to cope up with the bi***** who maintain. You can hear your neighbors having s** next door. they are really testing my patience. I am out as soon as my contract ends-Next time they don't attain my complaints, i am going to consumer court. make sure you ask for written acknowledgement everytime you complain about an issue.

I've been following with Ms Glenda for some job to be done in my apartmet, but I don't understand why she is not doing her job for which she is paid. May be she doesn't know that God is watching everything & everyone. I heard earlier that she was the best lady in the office who handles things with care & personally. But I wonder is this the same old lady !! Ms Glenda, God is watching you. Things in LOG are becoming worse day by day.

You have to call atleast 10 times before somebody comes. The carpets are OLD, i guess never replaced since the apartment was built. The staff here is very very rude and just DONT care. But I guess u guys would have figured that out from some of the previous responses to reviews. And of course there are spiders, bugs and roaches in every single apartment and no pest control is done EVER. I am definitely moving as soon as my lease ends.
