The experience has been nice. Also a little pricey. I ended up paying half my rent about a week before i had to pay the whole next month of rent which wasnt ideal but other than that the experience was good. Great employees and nice area. I'm excited.

Very nice and safe apartment community, right behing FedEx WTC and close to southwind golf course. LOG Staff and maintenance team are great! Thank to Ms. Beth and Ms. Fite for their managing the community well. During my 8+ years of stay, I have not had any major issues and all my maintenance requests were taken care in a timely way. Great place and Great team of people. Thanks LOG

THE OFFICE STAFFS ARE FRIENDLY AND NICE TO ME EVERY TIME I COME IN. I ALSO LIKE THE LANDSCAPING, AMENDITIES, AND MY APARTMENT. I AM VERY PLEASE TO BE A RESIDENT AT LINCOLN ON THE GREEN AND WILL RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE. THE PROPERTY ALSO HAVE RESPECTFUL TENANTS, NO ONE SEEM TO BE DISRUPTIVE OR OUT OF ORDER.

Great place. I have two very important suggestions- 1) Most of the communities are gated so are there any plans for the same in LOG ? 2) The cable charges are high and should be charged only to those who need/ask for cable. Others are paying it unneccesarily

Worst apartment complex in the area. All night bass makes it impossible to sleep through the night uninterrupted. Very poor insulation means you get to listen to your neighbors stomp, cough, and slam. Maintenance staff repeatedly dodges responsibilities. Stay away and spend your hard earned money on a better place. This one leaves MUCH to be desired.....

Safety should be taken care for this community. Please install Cameras and Enterance gate for the safety of LOG families. Request you to take action otherwise you may loose business even though you have best for other facilities . Safety is concern for all.

My experience living in the Lincoln on The Green has been great. The amenities have had a significant impact on my decision to stay. The other residence are very nice and polite for the most part. Parking can be hactic at times, but we manage it

With in day they completed the work... i the lease office they gave properly response.. my 9018318114apartment I have old electric stone that one frequently getting the problem and otherwise everything looK good. Maintence service are responsibility.

The overall experince was great. Cristan Fite was very helpful with making the process easy and meeting all my needs before moving into my apartment. I would highly recommend Lincoln on the green to anybody who is looking for a apartment and great service.

Lincoln on the Green in Memphis, TN is a great place to live. The community is quite, but is close to multiple shopping centers and two malls. I have lived here for a total of 9 years on two separate occasions, and have enjoyed the experience both times. I would recommend it to a friend.

Love living @ LOG. Have lived here since 2013 and I enjoyed it. My first apartment was a 2 bedroom, now I live in a 1 bedroom n I simply enjoy. I would recommend Lincoln on the Green. I interact with my neighbors on a regular.

My experience has been great with this community. The staff are very welcoming and try to find the best apartment that suits your needs. The only issue I have had with the community is communicating with maintenance. Although it is minor things that need to be fixed in my apartment, for instance my cable jack, the maintenance staff have yet to do so. Over the small things, this community has been great. There isn't a lot of loud unnecessary noise. The amenities are great. The location is great as well. Lastly, the moving experience was pleasant. They give you a small token for choosing their community(:

Lord I am reading these reviews concerning safety and loitering all hours of the night and that raises a concern for me. I visited this property a month ago and the lady I worked with was wonderful. The model apartment was gorgeous and immediately reeled me in. I have an application appointment scheduled this week. Now I'm moving from a townhome in Germantown to this apartment complex only because my lease expires at the end of the month and my current landlord has decided to sell. My biggest concern is I am a single mother with two children who will be living alone. Safety is a BIG DEAL for me. Although I know this is Memphis and the way this city has become nowhere is safe. I feel pretty safe where I am now and honestly these reviews are making me reconsider this apartment community. Can anyone suggest a better apartment complex? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated

-------, in the leasing department, must think I am as stupid as she looks. She constantly changed the price of the apartment.Obviously she/they are commissioned. Upon first speaking to her on the phone, she gave me the unit and apartment number. You can go on line to their site and see the details of the available apartments-what floor, what upgrades and what price. It went from 840$ (as it stated on line and she told me the first conversation) and every time I spoke to her it was more, to the point where when she told me 930$ for the same unit, 3 days later, thinking I am stupid. I am not as dumb as you look -------. I would advise you to give a better impression when you are in sales and working with the public. It looks like you slept in your clothes and make up, eyeliner smeared all over, you can't keep your train of thought..saying ummmm looking confused every other sentence forgetting what you were doing and saying. I never proceeded with moving forward, because the way you represented yourself, the way you completely lied to me regarding the price-insulting my intelligence. Even when I called you on it, you continued to lie. I believe all these reviews. I encourage you all to file a class action law suite and read the Landlord Tenant Act, because based on the complaints I have read about this property-there is negligence, willful misconduct and blatant violations of Tennessee Landlord laws -Tenn. Code Ann. § 66-28-101 (2012). There is nothing worse than a corporation/business/employee intentionally taking advantage or neglecting their customers needs, violating their rights, and failing to provide the service(s) they paid for. I encourage you to educate yourself with the landlord tenant laws to see how you are supposed to be treated and to know your rights. Knowledge is power. Here is a small insert of the law... "66-28-304. Maintenance by landlord. (a) The landlord shall: (1) Comply with requirements of applicable building and housing codes materially affecting health and safety; (2) Make all repairs and do whatever is necessary to put and keep the premises in a fit and habitable condition; (3) Keep all common areas of the premises in a clean and safe condition; and (4) In multi-unit complexes of four (4) or more units, provide and maintain appropriate receptacles and conveniences for the removal of ashes, garbage, rubbish and other waste from common points of collection subject to �§ 66-28-401(3)." I am a pre law student, not a sucker. I believe the staff will say anything to make their commission. They must get a residual commission off leasing the property for more than the listed price. I wouldn't pay 930$ to live there, I got a much higher quality apartment, with great reviews, for the same price elsewhere.

there are a lot of hidden fees over here i been here 11 years all the new staff that come go are not like the old staff made sure we was happy and worked deals to keep us happy and loving here I'm i think this will be my last year here just tried over rated here

I enjoy the the location of Lincoln on the Green. It ensures privacy, no traffic, and a friendly environment and community. Another great thing about the location is it is near the best shopping centers. I also love the car wash, the spacious gym, both pools, and the staff.

We are staying in LOG apartments for a long time and that speaks about our experience in LOG, It got a well maintained play area, tennis courts and decent gym and pools, it is close to work,shopping and schools. The service department is good and mostly respond to the work requests and the front office is generally helpful.

Lincoln on the Green is one of the best community in Memphis. Located Near to all shopping, Malls, Resturants and more importantly schools. Apartments are preety big in size in both 1 and 2 Bedroom apts. Ample parking space and preety good play area, swimming, sauna, gym and traffic less area. Good to walk or run in Players Club Pkwy. Highly recommended for the people looking for a decent community with almost everything available within short distance.

New here. Still getting my bearings. I found the office staff to be very helpful. I regret not having the availability of a first floor apartment but the apartment and its layout are excellent. This is a place that one would feel comfortable inviting anyone to visit.

Nothing much, we need fire extinguisher in our apartment for the safety purpose.improve some more safety measurement, need some more equipment like weights and existing one are need to be repaired, please remove the entrance to log, many of them hitting that zigzag curbs and many are getting bursting one of my tire got busted
