I love the staff, and the dislike is that it is too dark on the property at night, and causes the community to become a target for criminals. It would be nice to have vacuums added to car wash center. The safety in the community is my main concern.

    My experience has been decent. I do not like the lack of security within the last year, numerous break ins and vandalism to vehicles. The price for renting the apartments are a bit expensive for the quality of the apartments.

      I am experiencing several issues with my unit. I just want everything taken care of without having to take on the financial responsibility. Water poured through my roof for nearly 2 weeks. I had to contact the office several times regarding the emergency. I waited 3 months for a ceiling fan and 6 months for kitchen caucking and bathroom drain stoppers. I returned from a weekend vacation to find that my outlets in my living area and guest bedroom were not working. Jay, said that the breaker had been turned off; possible to do the leak repairs. Everything turned back on except two TVs. Shortly after he left, I noticed that my food was spoiled in my deep freezer. I am still awaiting repairs promised to me 7 months ago when I moved in. (Carpet near fireplace, patio door window and trim, and master bathroom tile work). This is a lot over 7months. I have been very understanding and patient with the property. I only ask that I receive the same consideration throughout this continued process. I pay for a fully repaired apartment each month, and I love the apartment and staff. Things happen, and as long as they are made right, I am still a happy tenant.

        I haven't been here long. Had some hiccups with maintenance issues but I don't expect that to be a problem in the future. I have enjoyed my time here and the amenities are great! The apartments offer many things to do which is nice! Look forward to the future!

          Very nice staff and apartments ..... family friendly.....maintenance staff is outstanding....rents though are very high.....the compulsory cable fees need to be taken away....outsiders use the pool and tennis facilities way too often......occasional car break-inns are concerning

            The staff is extremely polite and have great customer service as we as the maintenance staff. Unfortunately my apartment has a pest problem that is not being treated correctly. I've been fighting thief ants since I moved in. The contracted extermination company apparently is unconcerned about actually resolving the problem. I'm hopeful the ants won't move us out. I have put in numerous request for the pest problem to be resolved unfortunately it has not been resolved. The ants are in places where food is not. Even with constant cleaning the ants still remain and seem to relocate to different areas. Hopefully the ants will be eliminated one day.

              I have had outlandish issues with maintenance already, and have lived at the community for less than two weeks. They have stood me up several times, and there are several issues that have yet to be resolved. It took multiple phone calls and emails and about a week past my agreed move-in date to have the A/C fixed, and nothing offered to ease the inconvenience. The community itself seems great so far. It's quiet, and neighbors seem very pleasant. It's just astonishing that they are comfortable giving a new resident such a terrible experience right at move-in.

                Maintenance is poor, you need to do multiple followups with leasing office before someone from maintenance will turn in. Quality of maintenance work is not good. Things i like about community is kids play area and convenient access to shopping.

                  I love staying here. The area feels secure and like a true community. The people are friendly and approachable. I would definitely recommend this complex to other people. In fact, I have. If I have a problem, they are quick to respond and fix it.

                    I've enjoyed my experience thus far. The office staff are extremely helpful, professional and welcoming. Although I am awaiting a couple of maintenance request I am patient in the process. The complex is well kept and a nice place to call home.

                      My biggest complaint is the parking and the lack of space. The community stays nice and clean for the most part. I was disapointed that one of the staff called DCS about my grandkids before speaking with me. Now I am in the middle of a big mess!!!

                        The young lady that assisted me throughout my leasing process deserves all the credit. She was very persistent on getting me situated and actually helped move some of my things into the apartment. I believe that this apartment complex is under great management.

                          My experience here at Lincoln on the Green has been nice. However, security is needed due to the theft of vehicle tires, and more lighting is needed in the parking lots. Overall, the stay here has been great so far. Security will be a plus here.

                            Overall experience has been fair. We absolutely love the lay out of our apartment. Our only concern is the leadership or lack there of. Having had several issues as of late. I would expect the property manager to reach out to us given how long we have been residents. However that has not occurred until it is time to renew our lease.

                              I absolutely LOVE leaving here. I am going on my third year. The office staff is amazing, professional, and prompt. The complex is extremely well kept. Very safe community, any problems you have the ofc gets RIGHT ON IT. Cannot say enough good things about this complex and the staff.

                                I moved here from Texas. I did not know anyone when I moved here, but I was glad I chose this apartment complex. The office staff is very friendly and quick to help. Only once did I have a maintenance issue, and that problem was taken care of the same day, on a weekend.

                                  Service requests are getting ignored. My current service request closed with out completing it. There is no point in raising service request online. Safety is also not good these days, so many incidents happening. Noise from Neighbors and huge music from cars on weekends are becoming common.

                                      I have lived heard at LOG for about 2 years now. I don't think I will be renewing after this one. I will keep the reason's to myself. Wouldn't want to deter someone else from considering living here. I would say that I am 85% satisfied with my living experience so far.

                                        The complex location is great and the staff is friendly. There are a very minor issues (mostly cosmetic) to be addressed. I've met some of my neighbors all seem nice and there is absolutely no noise at night, my apartment is very spacious and I really appreciate the updated finishes in th bathroom (wood floors are excellent) great stay so far!

                                            These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others

                                              The community and the apartments are well maintained. Lot of trees and clean environment. I liked to way requests are handled and promptly worked on. I moved just 2 weeks back and I think, I am going to love to stay at LOG. The School and other facilities are very near.

                                                Overall, very unsatisfied! Management has a solid lack of genuine customer service. Apartments are poorly designed and built, lacking necessary major upgrades to kitchen appliances, bathrooms and most of all, climate control unit... Outrageous electricity bills being received every month due to the extremely inefficient climate control unit acting like it was built back in the 60's. Only thing that would keep me as a future resident is if MODERN kitchen appliances are installed, at least. A full check of the AC unit would also be necessary. Tired of paying premium rents for outdated stuff.

                                                  I moved from Little Rock, AR back to Memphis, I didn't want to change rental companies being that I was moving because of my job. So I talked with the Manager in Little Rock and she told me that I would be able to transfer my lease. I was excited that I didn't have to start the enyire process over.
