From the beginning everything was going well, they have been attentive at the time of making the contract and very helpful.     Beautiful commintoy, but there are mandatory cable fees and hidden fees as well that aren't listed online. Also, online it says the units feature washer and dryer but they don't, unless you rent ???..

        I was made to feel welcome. Lisa was very knowledgeable and courteous. I did a self guided tour of the apartment and it was very neat and orderly. The grounds seemed to be well kept. I would definitely consider calling this home.

          I haven't had any personal bad experiences living at Lincoln on the Green... I would recommend a friend/family to rent here... .I have bee renting here since 2021...my issues have always been addressed and fixed quickly as possible!

            Khiala was the sweetest person Ive ever met. She showed alot a passion for what she was doing and was patience with explaining everything I needed to know. She was very helpful! From the beginning of the tour to me being approved within a 5 min time span, she was on point.

                    My experience started off well but then with the constant changes in office staff the new ones that came in were lackadaisical. The apartment above me flooded and the job was half done. I still have water spots in my ceilings and my vents are full of mold.

                        Apartment model was nice and features were as well. The apartment was clean excep for evictions that were going on which had items in parking spaces. I did not like that a decoy security vehicle was parked but no actual security on property especially with rent being as expensive as it is. I believe security shpuld be added on the premises

                            I have no comments but overall looking for an apartment has been very easy. It would be nice to have current rent prices up to date. I looked at a unit online but when I got to the complex, I was told a different price and I know that's due to the demand of things.

                                Nice apartment complex, safe community- but needs a consistent night security vehicle to monitor the area because there a some incidents of car thefts. Maintenance and Leasing agents handle issues in a timely manner.

                                  Great Apartment to live in. Enjoy my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Whatever little situations arise that needs fixing it is usually handle within a day or two. It has been pleasant since I have been here. No issues with neighbors. Good community !

                                    The first couple of years that I lived on the property were good. The last two years have been a nightmare. No sense of security, no privacy, maintenance enters the apartment whenever they'd like with no prior notice, parking is horrible, noisy neighbors, ridiculous rent increases, etc. The only reason why I'm still here is honestly because I'm too lazy to move.

                                        Much different than when I moved in 2020. The community has taken a turn for the worse. People are not concerned about their neighbors. They leave trash and animal feces on the grounds. The noise level from the family above me is ridiculous. Families with small children should be placed on the lower level.

                                          Not an overall bad experience. Pretty decent area to live in. Spacious apartment. It's just you have to continuously contact maintenance for minor/major things even a day after you've signed a lease. Im still waiting on my tub to be re painted in my master bedroom.

                                            I have had issues with this apartment since day one. The apartment was never inspected properly prior to us moving in. Our leasing agent just wanted to secure a lease because we never really talked to her again after. When we would place complaints and call back to follow up on them, she would be confused as ti what we were talking about as if she never even addressed this. Apartment bathroom flooded twice with no real reason and the second time, I was told it was my fault (it wasn't). My carpet was never shampooed which is disgusting. The apartment is not worth HALF of what we pay. We were told that there was a "courtesy" officer on the property just to find out that was a lie. Neighbors are EXTREMELY loud and have no respect for others to the point where I literally have to leave the home in order to study. We were told that it was being handled?it never was. The only option they had was for us to move units (at our expense) as if we were the problem instead of just addressing it. We were offered to break our lease and I had a family death in the family and ended up forgetting to contact the manager back in the requested time period so they rescinded the offer and told us we had to pay 2 months of rent in order to break the lease (we only have 3 left in our lease). This MAA property is bottom of the barrel. I have stayed at another MAA property and had NO issues so I had high expectations. Do your self a favor and find some where else to stay. Management does not do follow ups when they tell you they will and a lot of the office staff is just flat out RUDE! There will be times when the office phones are off or they simply won't answer, but you go to the office and staff is just sitting on their phones doing NOTHING. There has not been a single month that I have lived in this apartment that I have not had a complaint. Save yourself the stress and the money and find somewhere else to stay!

                                                BRING OLD MANGERS BACK

                                                Earlier this year the old property manager and old assistant manager left and its been downhill since. lots of crime, water shut off, office ALWAYS CLOSED, no resident events, office staff has a "no care" attitude. The whole summer, pool was overran by non residents. trash everywhere, broke down cars everywhere. The only thing good here, is the maintenance. BRING MISSY AND RACHEL BACK

                                                  I've enjoyed my apartment and being a tenant here. It is extremely more pricey compared to where my intial cost for the apartment by but overall it's well worth the price considering the area. The management is nice.
