Please fix the exterior Light next to the dog park behind apt ----. I have been told numerous times that this would be fixed and now management says that they are aware of the issue but have still not done anything about it.

My experience so far with artisan has been positive. Any maintenance requests I have had have been answered promptly and efficiently. The office is very helpful and kind. The only critics I would give would be the apartments need new paint on exterior.

The Artisan is a unique apartment complex. It offers in-complex shops and stores. This can be convenient if you need the services those shops offer. One great loss was the closing of one in particular... a general convenience store. Other than that, the staff are generally helpful. The maintenance crew is competent and kind. Rachel is the star of keeping it all running well.

LOVE living at The Artisan!!!! Service request are done in a timely manner, office staff is wonderful, and a social team that plan events for residents! Who could want more?!?!? Awesome gym and pool as well

I have actually had the worst move in experience and if i hadn't signed a lease, i would not live here. I have a registered service animal with NSAR and ADA as a PTSD Aid, these national registrations are apparently not enough proof for you and have had nothing but issues resolving this. Then within the first week my apartment flooded due to a maintenance persons error and had to miss work to get it resolved and no one apologized. Then i woke up one morning to my car being towed because the person who leased to me forgot to give me a parking tag that the office people didn't even know we needed for the covered parking. This caused me to have to Uber to a Doctors appointment i could not miss and i had to miss 4 hrs of work retrieving my car. I have asked for follow ups and do not receive adequate communication on what is being done to resolve or compensate me For the things i have had to endure. There have been more issues but those are my top three impactful ones. I would never recommend this place to live.

Great area to live. It's quiet and is near shopping areas. The apartments are great. We moved about a month ago and it was the best move we have ever made so far. Office staff and maintenance staff are respectful and will do what they can to make the experience a positive one.

Has been okay. Parking lot is too dark. Not good parking. Have to park a ways off. Vehicles that never move take up front parking spaces. Maintenance has greatly approved since their is a new safe. Looks so bad when people dump furniture, etc out side that trash can.

There are a lot of community activities which appear to be nice. I haven't been able to attend any yet, because of my schedule but I want to. I have had several issues within my unit and it tends to take a long time for them to be resolved.

It's been nice. I love my apartment. The amenities aren't great, but I'm mostly satisfied. The pool is nice. Sometimes it's dirty though. The gym is extremely outdated. The carpet is very dirty, and I don't want to touch it. The office staff is nice, but they turn over quickly, which leads me to think that maybe they're not paid or trained well. Overall though, most of the issues that I have are taken care of quickly, the rent is reasonable, and I am happy here.

I love apartment but I do have a few issue. We have been seeing little roaches when we cut thw lights on. Also I called an order on the guest bathroom about the sink stopper not working it still has not been fixed.

Overall it's okay. I think you all do a great job once work is handled, but it take such a long time to get work order fulfilled. Additionally, you all never came to do the upgrades in my apartment post resigning. I love all the activities offered throughout the year, but I think we can do better at keeping the grounds clean as well. The water being shut off on rent day was a major kick in the face.

Satisfying for me and my son. We have never had any reason to feel unsafe. The staff is friendly and makes us feel at home. It neighborhood is very quiet and I enjoy walking even late at nights with no fear

There has been a lot of changes in the office and management. While they are friendly , the experience has not been positive. There is never any communication when it pertains to individuals. However, when there is an issue among many renters, an email is sent with phrases such as , "It is not our responsibility to..." and "If you don't...we will...." Emails and communication haven't been in the most professional manner and quite honestly makes renters feel as though we aren't important and valued. The new management seems worse thus far unfortunately.

It's been pretty great so far. The staff is really nice as well. Out of 5 stars, I give the place 4 and I'll specify why I docked a star. 1. The breezeways: They need to be cleaned regularly. We also have people that pick up our trash 5 out of 7 days of the week. People SHOULD be throwing their trash in the trash can (whether in the dumpster or inside their apartments), but they continuously store them on the steps. The people who are picking up trash should be picking this up or the complex should have someone come around and clean up. Because of this, the stairs and hallways are disgusting. The floors are concrete so powerwashing shouldn't be a problem. 2. Even though the staff is very nice and typically, pretty responsive, they haven't been responsive with my upgrades. Twice, I've had to sign paperwork for them to come and clean the carpet and install a ceiling fan. Twice, they haven't showed up. When I asked them about it, they said they'd get back to me and never did. I'm pretty patient with apartment living because it's not my home, I don't own the property. BUT, if I am paying to live here, the place should look nice and the staff should be more responsive.

Paper thin walls which is annoying if your apartment is near the stairwell (where kids often play) or have disrespectful neighbors. The complex also does stress quiet hours like it used to. The best part about my apartment is the open kitchen and living room. I also love my garage access. For these reasons, I have stayed but the noise is out of control lately and the complex does not seem to care.

Unfortunately there is a very long turn around time on work order requests. Also, the give incentives on renewing you lease but once that new lease begins it take a couple of months (maybe more) for that incentive to be provided.

Rough start but seems to be ok now. Pending the rent doesn't jump up I plan to stay longer. As unhappy as I was when I first moved in I'm glad I did. I wish the hours to the clubhouse was longer. I wish the buildings were repainted as promised.

Worst apartments I've ever lived in! The office people are so rude and unprofessional! If you move here you will regret it! The list of what's wrong with these apartments is too long! You basically pay too much for nothing!! There apartments aren't luxurious at all.

This complex may look nice from afar but, it is far from being a good place to live. We have had issues with the management changing no less than 3 times, during the 4 years we lived here, and each time it seemed to get much worse. You can put a fresh coat of paint on anything, and make it look better, but as you can see from the picture below you can really mess it up too. Do not allow the pretty facade to trick you, as you will have issues, and will have trouble getting them fixed. Avoid renting here if at all possible.

I moved in with missing door handles, burned lights, no privacy or peep hole in the front door, dirty floors, clogged sinks in the bathrooms, broken and missing light switches, scuffed walls, uneven floors in the main balcony, broken ice maker, old refrigerator filter, rotten doors and door frames in every balcony (I have 4 and a Terrace) among other issues, overall a horrible and disappointing experience to say the least. as of today almost 4 months into our lease we still don't have a ice maker that works, a major flooding issue that has flood my kitchen, living room and master bedroom due to rotted doors and door frames countless times. The terrace is uneven and floods with every rain as well damaging our patio furniture. I have enter numerous work orders and have contacted the office with no resolution as of today. I have requested for the community manager to contact me at least 4 times and I have yet to receive a call from her.

There are thieves everywhere. Your stuff is not safe. You could lock it up or put it in the garage and they will still find a way to break in. So if you don't have any valuables feel free to move in. Good luck

Inexpensive, no parking after 6:00pm. Maintenance requests take forever sometimes. Office staff is cool. The gym is ok. Pool is ok. Game room is ok. It's pretty much a mediocre B property but if you can get a good deal it's worth it.

Before I moved in to my apartment that I waited for two months before moving in I went through three different managers due to turn over. My apartment was dirty when moving in. Dog or cat hair in the washer and dryer. I really like the apartment. I just wish it wasn't such a hassle to live here.

Quiet. Great price for the size. Close to the Domain and the staff is friendly and courteous. Other than a few maintenance issues, I have had no Issues with the property. Great amenities in the unit as well as the community.
