Very professional staff and very nice apartment. Never had a bad experience with anyone in the office or neighbors. Quiet clean community. Lots of extra activities going on in the community club house. Nice work out facility and personal trainer if wanted available.

It has been a pleasure living at Artisan so far. The staff is pleasant. Maintenance calls are handled quickly and efficiently. My overall experience with Artisan if giving a grade would be A+.

I am building a house and waiting it out at the Artisan. I would have considered buying here if there were condominium options. The staff especially Jenny is so nice, capable, and professional. I like the community amenities and proximity to 45 Toll, Mopac, and I-35.

This community was a great place to live when we first moved to Austin. We've been here for over 5 years now, it has gone down hill. Professional and caring staff is not found here. If something needs to be done, you have to hound the staff and maintenance to get it done. Free parking is hard to find.

This experience has been ok. Everyone is so friendly. The only issue I have is the I wouldn't recommend living on first floor. The people upstairs are very loud. I was told it is normal because the walls are thin.

The apartment was sold with water damage, window damage, broken thermostat and roaches! Someone did come out for repairs HOWEVER , the window is still not up to par. There is a gap in between the two windows in the bedroom: it?s very noisy and not mention, this is not very efficient for my electricity bill. I called again yesterday ? 10/8/2013. Maintenance came out again however failed to actually repair/fix the gap in between the two window?s. Finally, my package has gone missing. The office does not have it, the carrier UPS shows it was indeed delivered. Signature was not required, but this leaves me to believe that I have leased an apartment with non-secured location.

I like my new apartment! Wanna be home all time because it's a lovely place to be. I would recommend this place to my friends so they can be a part of this beautiful community. The staff member's are so kind and helpful ( especially Oscar)

I have lived in apartments for 11 years. I lived in the same complex for 10 years. I have been at Artisan for 1 month and am very impressed by their professionalism and customer service. You can tell they care about their residents and their property.

Everything went very smoothly. I am so happy with the apartment and staff. They are knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. This was the easiest part of my whole move. I can't wait to show off my new apartment to family and friends.

I am a 50 year old single woman and this is the first time I have ever lived in an apartment. It has been a much more positive experience than I expected. I feel safe and the staff knows who my daughter and I are and offer a degree of protectiveness that we enjoy and appreciate. I love the beautiful grounds and especially the new park that was recently put in. I love the accessibility to highways and parks where I can ride my bike. The Artisan rocks!! I don't even feel antsy to get into my home again...such a blessing.

So far, so good. We moved here for a safer neighborhood with clean grounds, no police in and out, no drug dealing, people who pick up their dogs poop, clean swimming pool, apartment that is up to safety codes, energy efficiant, just to name a few.

1.Lack of lighting by parking shed parallel w/ building 2 has been an opportunity for auto vandalism. 2.Surrounding neighbors don't respect & persist to disturb w/ loud noise past what is acceptable

I have only lived in at this apartment complex for a week and already feel at home. The ground are clean, the apartments are amazing and the staff are extremely helpful! They've also made it easy for me to have my dog move with me and have made it an easy transition for him!

I love this apartment community. As a single woman I feel safe leaving and returning. I do have issues with noise (neighbor) but sometimes that is to be expecting in an apartment. The office staff is great. They are very friendly and nice.

So far it has been a pleasant experience living in this community. I haven't had any issues with maintenance or the staff at Artisian. I will need to decide soon if I want to renew my lease, I don't have the best neighbors, I don't need to be around it.

I've enjoyed my 4 years here at the Artisan. While I am happy with the inside of my apartment, I am starting to see decline in the cleanliness and upkeep of the exterior of the buildings, stairs, and hallways (dirty stairs and hallways that could use a pressure wash and dirty walls with peeling paint). The grounds seem well kept, but the buildings seem to be suffering. Not something that I want visitors to walk past when visiting me. I probably won't renew.

Overall it's a great community and close to my work but I was never given my access keys, so I can't use the facilities ... The restaurants are decent as well as the shopping but I think we need more exterior lights

The apt is fine, I'm not at all happy with the lack of effort from the owners to improve the parking. There are no assigned spots so it is more a crapshoot than a communal approach from the Artisan. Also, should you travel be prepared to take a week's worth of delivery menus and such off of your doors, screaming to anyone that this apt is available for vandalizing. I'm not saying it's happened, I'm saying it is a primer. Frankly I'm here because I'm too lazy to move for the short term.

STAY AWAY!!!! I recently moved into the Artisan (not even a month ago) and then received a job transfer (mandatory). As I work as a state law enforcement officer, I was under the impression the management company would work with me and my agency to find a comprise on getting out of my lease, since other properties have worked with the agency in the past due to our job. Well that was DEF not the case with the Artisan and their owners, Trinity Properties. Not only am I getting charged a "re-letting" fee of $705 to help them "prepare the residence for new occupants (HELLLO, I haven't even unpacked there are NO damages!!), as well as two full months rent I was also told they could move someone in as soon as I move out, indicating they will be receiving rent from TWO people for the SAME apartment. I mean REALLY, some places will do anything for money! Aside from the lack of assistance from the Artisan and Trinity Properties (which I assure will not be forgotten by our agency as well as our counterparts) the complex is not all they crack it up to be. Sure it is convienant having the FEW shops, salons, food places but --- does not make up for the lack of upkept with the actual apartments. My walls have different shades of beige (betweeen the kitchen/dining room there is an obvious line where you can see the diff shades), countertops have missing pieces, and the balcony has paint chips falling off EVERYWHERE. Also the balcony is not even arms length from your neighbor......so if your neighbor smokes, be prepared to smell it!! If you work odd hours, just give up on finding a parking place, just be prepared to walk, and fight off all the stray cats on your way to your apartment. Also the air conditioner in the bedroom sounds like a freaking airplane everytime it turns on.....meaning I have spent most nights on the couch in order to get sleep.
