I fell in love with the...
I fell in love with the layout and variety at The Artisan. It reminds me of the Manhattan, NY streets as you enter the community. The professionalism of the staff is great. I felt at home as soon as I stepped foot in the leasing office. The day I moved in their was a pool party going on and everyone in the community seemed to be in attendance, it is truly a "neighborhood" experience.

The apartment was in good move-in condition. A copy of the lease was not given to us until some days after move in. We paid the amount requested at move in by the rental agents. A few days later I received a voice mail to pay an additional amount.. We requested a statement which we received with calculation errors. The parking can be an issue at times. I have not slept through the night due to the air conditioning unit below the bedroom window.

The apartment was not...
The apartment was not in a satisfactory state at move in. They also kept promising that someone would show up to fix the items I requested and after 3 different days of "he will be there today" they finally showed up.

We love it here. This is our second year at the Artisan. The upkeep is very good, and yes parking is a problem for some, but I always find a slot open near my apartment, never fails.

Aweful. Apartment was...
Aweful. Apartment was unclean upon moving in, missing bulbs and tile coming up from the bathroom floor. Had packages stolen from my doorstep and cannot get a single nights rest because the AC is so loud that it shakes the entire bedroom. Extreme lack of parking. Have had to walk 1/4 of a mile from the commercial parking at the front of the lot to get to my apartment because all other spots were taken.

I absolutely love this...
I absolutely love this place. Though, since construction has begun behind this complex, it is hard to get to where I'm going with ease. The place is quiet, well-kept, and despite the fact that parking can be an issue at times, I would defiantly recommend this place to family, friends and co-workers.

The enviroment of the...
The enviroment of the community is great. It is close to the shopping area. The staff are always nice and glad to help you with any questions. The maintainence team is efficient. But the parking lot is not enough to current residents. It is hard to find a parking spot after midnight.

I have lived here since...
I have lived here since March 2011. I had one major maintenance issue, other than that. The office and maintenance staff have been great. I would be staying if rent was comparable to where I am moving to.

Very enjoyable, I love...
Very enjoyable, I love showing off where I live to family and friends. Lately some have asked when there will be more to show off. This is a nice place and being here is a good fit for me. I think this complex fits my personality. I still feel like I'm waiting for that big announcement, kind of like when they said we were getting a Mexican restaurant, that was really cool and my girlfriend was excited and she doesn't even live here. I think we both just liked the thought of visible progress and growth. Keep up the good work and thanks

So far it has been very...
So far it has been very welcoming and pleasant. I had a scary encounter with a possum, (not sure if that can be fixed) but residents and staff are all very welcoming. However, as I've stated I really wish there was a dog park and/or more dog stations.

While we absolutely love...
While we absolutely love living at the Artisan, it can get a bit noisy at times, and we feel that the pool area is a bit too open to the public. The staff is fantastic, and our immediate neighbors are great. We would probably stay here longer if the larger apartments were a bit more affordable and there wasn't somehow so much thru-traffic/noise.

All of my issues have...
All of my issues have been dealt with promptly. I like the price I pay in rent. The complex is very quiet. I like the open space of my apartment, my large bathroom/shower tub, my large walk-in closet and that I have a washer/dryer room in my apartment.
