It has consistently gone downhill with every change of management we have had. The current management has been very blatant about the fact they do not care what the residents think. The current management is unwilling to put any money into upkeep or upgrades to the apartment.

Awesome community, new dog park is amazing. The office people are fantastic and helpful. The property is close to everything. The gym is a great feature could be updated some but it's nice. The pool is one of the best features at the complex. The valet trash is a nice feature.

Worst apartments to live in Austin! They never fix anything or maintain the gym, pool, or anything. Don't ask them to fix anything cause it'll never ever ever happen! And the people who work in the office treat us like idiots. Ridiculous..... the end.

This community is a great place to live, friendly neighbors, clean, and quiet. Easy access to all major highways, tolls, shopping, and entertainment. In Round Rock School district which offers some of the best schools in the area. Thanks!

Everyone has been incredibly professional and responsive. I appreciate it so much. The only question I have is what are the hours for the business center? I tried going in around 5 on Sunday and it was locked. I'm assuming the hours for this is the same as the office?

I haven't lived here long but so far the complex appears clean, the neighbors are friendly, the staff is accommodating and I really like the trees. Wish the patio was bigger but it's not necessary to make me happy. I did notice a few things needed fixing when I moved in, but foremost my kitten pointed out a flaw that wasn't technically something broken. The humidity vent under the kitchen cabinetry did not have a grill or grating and he fit right in there, so I had to get maintenance to stopper the hole.

I'm very dissatisfied with the quality of work from the maintenance staff. I have had issues with things being done correctly since the day I moved in. I love these apartments and the amenities but I'm very hesitant to renew my lease due to all of the problems I've had.

I have just moved in but so far the community is very presentable. Apartments are very nice and really like layouts. The staff (Jenny) was very friendly and helpful throughout the move in process. So far very satisfied with the move in process.

Artisan is clean and professional. Neighbors are great. Love living here! The staff is responsive. The maintenance staff is prompt an courteous. Everyone is friendly here. Everyone has dogs and the noise is still minimal. Grounds are well kept. I highly recommend.

My experience has been great so far. Jenny has been really helpful and prompt to answer my questions. We had a little issue with the person who rented my garage, she has still not turned in the keys yet, but that't not Jenny's fault; she gave me the key to another garage nearby and is doing a good job trying to get the garage vacated and cleaned up for me.

We love the layout and LARGE rooms, especially the closets, and have found no other complex compares in sq. ft. vs. price - NONE. Staff is extremely responsive to our needs. Having retail and food shops we within walking distance is definitely a plus.

Best property I've lived in. The property and amenities are top notch and well maintained. But the staff is by far the best. They are friendly and eager to help and they take care of any needs and issues in a prompt and professional manner. Leslie and natasha and oscar are top notch.

Great living experience. Both staff downstairs and maintenance staff go out of their ways to be accommodating to residents, at least in my experience. Only issue I've ever had was 'late' rent on Sunday a.m., in box before office opened on the 4th - she got me on a technicality (rent is late after midnight on 3rd per lease, not if not in box by open of business on 4th as I was told on several occasions). That and maybe some persistent water staining on ceiling of my 3rd floor unit following heavy rains.

We've lived here for over two years and, for the most part, only have good things to say. PARKING- Parking here is awful. I've lived in a few other complexes in the Austin area and never had a problem like here. You can, of course, pay for a covered spot (which there are PLENTY of), but I refuse to out of spite. In our lot only four of about the twenty or so covered spaces are taken. Take some down and turn them into regular space, please! I know you're just trying to make a buck, but when we don't have any more bucks left to give you, it kind of sucks. OLD VEHICLES- We recently renewed our lease and there's a clause about no vehicles with expired registration, flat tires, or abandoned vehicles are allowed. If you look in our lot I can assure you this is not the case. There is a red Ford that has been in the same spot for a year and a half. All four tires are flat and the inspection has long been expired, and there's a white truck that is the same. So obviously this isn't checked or enforced. DOG OWNERS- We only recently got a dog so I never really walked the grassy areas to see how much dog poop there actually is. There is a lot. To the point that in some areas you can actually smell the poop. They send out nasty emails from time to time reminding people to pick up after their dogs or there's a $50 fine. Pretty sure this isn't enforced, I don't see how it is. To the poop-owners credit, probably more than half the time there isn't any poop bags in the poop-bag station, so it's a little frustrating. However, we buy our own bags so that we're never without. There's also supposed to be a fine for not having your pet leashed, but again, don't think that's ever been enforced. Now for the good. DOG PARK- They just installed a dog park! Yay! So far it's just a fence and a gate, so I'm hoping that they actually put a couple of benches and stuff in there and fix the holes where tiny dogs can slip through. But again, they just put the fencing up this week. APARTMENT- I love our apartment. The finishes are nice (compared to what we came from at Riata, anyway), and we love the floor plan. We've had to call maintenance a few times over various things and they have always been there within a day and are super friendly and helpful so I have nothing but good to say about David and his team. Thankfully we live on the third floor in a corner so our noise level isn't really an issue (except for the four year old downstairs whose favorite past time is screaming). I've seen other people complain about noise issues but like I said, because of where our apartment is we haven't experienced much. RENT- Of course they increase the rent every year, every apartment I've lived at does. Was only about $50 this time (which isn't bad to the $220 Riata wanted when we lived there a few years ago), but it's still frustrating. Especially with the super nice high end apartments that have been built in the area. But the housing market in Austin sucks so it is what it is. OFFICE STAFF- I have never had a problem with the office staff! For a while it did seem like there was always someone new and I could never keep names and faces straight, but for the past few months it's been pretty consistent. Everyone's always been nice and helpful and friendly. SAFETY- Have never not felt safe here, but I would love to see some more lights put up. It can be a little dark at times. All in all our stay here has been fantastic compared to others. That being said this will probably be our last year here if they raise our rent another $50. Moving sucks, but high rent sucks even more.

I was very disappointed with the move in. I had gone to the office early in the week before my Saturday move in. I had the whole day to prepare for all last minute details. I needed some papers signed from the staff. the woman who helped me forgot to have me sign the lease, and she neglected to tell me I would have to pay with a check or money order. I left thinking everthing was good to go. I listened to a voice mail she left stating she had neglected to have me sign my lease, I would need to do it the day of move in. I would have gone that Friday to complete this, but Austin got "iced in" that Friday and it was dangerous to drive. So I signed the lease Saturday and that was when she told me she could not take cash. I had to leave the complex to go to my bank . I told her this was upsetting to me that she did not complete this process the other day. I had my movers here with my belongings and they charge by the hour. I love the Artisan! It's beautiful and clean, and people are really friendly! I recommend it!! :). The staff is friendly and helpful, and I immediately felt at home when I first got here, and continue to ever since then. It is family and pet friendly!

Great staff, great price, great rooms, nice community. Honestly, Artisan holds itself to a high standard that few others can match, which is why it's in demand. I highly recommend you give them a call first and see if they can get you set up with something great.

IT IS GOOD AND V NEAR TO MY DAUGHTERS' SCHOOL(HARMONY).I LIKE ALL THE FACILITIES HERE. STAFF ARE V FRIENDLY. Level of noise heard when inside your apartment home is v less.Exterior lighting of building entryways, community common areas, parking areas, and sidewalks is good.

Enjoyable experience, a great location to business and shopping centers. Everything is just fine, however I do have one regret. That is the unusual loud noise made by one neigbor when the wife and I are trying to rest.

The management has changed a lot since I have moved in to the complex. Maintence was better when I first moved in rather than now. Oscar has been excellent to talk to in the office whenever I have any issues. He makes it feel like home. Whenever money issues arise the management team is not the friendliest when there is a disagreement.Noise lebels have incresed lately, but are addressed promptly.
