I've had an ok experience while living here. I have pleasant and respectful neighbors. The change of management was unexpected, but not much difference has been experienced between the 2. I never heard from either management team when I inquired about a garage.

Overall a great community, I really like living here. My only issues at all have been with leasing office staff. Communication with them has often been disorganized, as I will talk to one person via phone or email, and then nothing is communicated to other staff, leading to issues that I have already dealt with coming up multiple times from their end. Maintenance staff is good and has taken care of all issues promptly and correctly. It's only the office staff that has any disorganization. They are courteous and friendly whenever I do speak to them, just bad about sharing their info with each other apparently.

Great price for the size apartment! We renewed after 1 year because we had such a good deal, and love our apartment so much! The maintenance team is super friendly and quick. I recommend these apartments to anyone!

Nice and quiet community. Apartments are spacious for the price. Maintenence is pretty good and usually prompt. My only complaint would be no playground for smaller kids, especially having so many young families within the community. Plenty of landscape area and they've included a dog park but can't seem to find space for a small play area, and when asked their response is that there's a park with playground 3 miles away. Other than that, perfect place to raise a family.

Where do I begin, when we moved in we were blatantly lied to about having a washing and dryer already in unit and ended up having to go out and buy a washer/dryer, they also denied my service animal and actively violated hippa by calling my doctors office directly and asked about my disabilities and what my animals tasks are. The manager also called me a "crazy -----" the day of move in because all of the stress caused me to have a panic attack. They also tried to hide the fact that there was a stabbing downstairs from us, but they didn't do a good job considering it took MONTHS for them to clean the blood off the stairwell. This company will do everything thing in its power to steal from you and screw you over. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

The staff is horrible ! Very unpleasant, hangs up in your face, or no one answers, rent changes every year drastically and when it's time to move out they add so much extra charges for absolutely nothing.

I made a biggest mistake ever by moving into artisan apartments. The staff will always make you frustrated every time, and they always make sure you will pay for nothing. They impose certain charges even though you are not suppose to pay. The staff are the worst people I ever seen. The management is totally greedy and the leasing office filled with the worst people

It hasn't been a great experience. It's one of the reasons I'm trying to buy a house. It made me realize spending money where your business is appreciated, spending money towards something that is yours, and where you are building equity really is important. Things are often broke or need to be replaced in my unit. I've had to call maintenance to fix the same issues repeatedly. My son and I went w/o proper AC for nearly a month in the summertime. The front office staff changes more than the weather. A simple lease renewal has taken 3mos or more to get straightened out, and misinformation is provided often. The walls and floors are thin so you can hear what goes on in the other units. The water has been shut off one too many times for repairs. The sewer and water bill costs more than it does to live in a house. I'm still here because I have to be here. The hot water heater is controlled by the city. The thermostat was too until I begged for it to be replaced. Having someone else control your AC in the summertime, even though you're bill is not being lowered isn't right. Truly disappointed living here. The only upside is the size of the units and that some have attached garages.

I have really enjoyed living here at these apartments. The facilities are in great shape despite their age. The pool was perfect this past summer. The workout area fit my needs for exercise. The staff was always really helpful.

I have not had any issues or problems since moving in to the artisan, they make things very easy for renters, and the complex is peaceful, clean, and pretty. I love my place and all the stuff we have access to.

I signed and paid for my lease 2 months ahead of start date. The day of my move in, these guys gave me the wrong apartment key and found out it's because they never changed the locks to match the new keys. 2 weeks after moving in my stove blew smoke and maintenance wouldn't bother come until I made a fuss at the front office. A month after moving in a few outlets blew out. And not to mention the HORRIBLE office staff and their attempt to ILLEGALLY give me my husbands mail claiming it's because "other residents split up and steal mail" causing me to call the police department and verifying my marriage rights. After confirming my legal marriage rights, the office assistant manager still gave me a nasty attitude but was forced to give me my husbands mail. This apartment complex needs a FULL upgrade all the way around. Would not recommend

Awesome, I found it great and well managed. I have been living here for a while and they are always professional and extremely knowledgeable. I wish the price would decrease because it's very expensive and they are some similar places that are few hundreds cheaper. Other than that I love living here.

This complex has a lot of nuisance, pointless fees for a quick money grab; or that's how it comes across. When you call the front desk and ask questions regarding anything about the complex in general: the staff 8/10 times won't answer your question.(because they don't even know the answer.) In regards to excessive fees and the lack of communication leading to these fines, they use this line: "We have a new system, and everyone is just now getting used to everything." That is this complexes explanation for why they don't communicate with you before you miss a date etc* etc. before getting the fine.

Apartment is good but management service is really bad. Asked for couple of things to repair but never completed. Leasing office took extra charges because they couldn't verify the document in one day though it's their problem

The office staff is forever changing and don't know what's going on ever. I don't need them often? but when I do it's like pulling teeth to get the correct answer. That is frustrating. Please try to keep the same staff

Pros - nice location, nice aesthetic layout, love having the two restaurants nearby, love my apartment (high ceilings and space especially), generally quiet and comfy atmosphere inside and outside Cons - staff at front office seem inexperienced and often can't answer my questions, facilities in general don't appear to be cleaned very well/often (gym, hallways), buildings are generally old, I was disappointed that the paint on my patio is cracking and peeling when I moved in - I will eventually put in a service request to fix it, lack of engagement from my neighbors or neighbors with one another makes me sad

My make ready wasn't done holes in sink missing all ceiling fans. I ended up doing myself work order get done pretty quickly and the leasing staff is pretty helpful prices are cheap for the area and has food places here

Overall, maintenance staff is pretty friendly. I did have an issue where the motor on my fridge was going out and making a large banging sound every 30 minutes. They refused to change it and said I had to get used to it. It was so bad that items above the fridge would constantly be knocked over and it would wake me up at night. I was promised a ceiling fan with my renewal in September. It is now January and it hasn't been done. Rachel the property manager, contacted my doctor about my service animal and threatened to sue me saying it wasn't legitimate. At the end she was proved wrong. She never apologized. I have photos of the nasty emails and messages she left on my door. She threatened to have my service animal removed while I was at work which led to a panic attack and hospitalization. The only reason I have stayed is due to the high cost and inconvenience of moving. I rarely even do maintenance requests to avoid dealing with the staff. They are fine when getting you to sign, then they don't care at all.

I dont have good things to say about the Artisan Luxury Apartments. Beginning with the costumer service over the phone when I was renting the apartment. Very rude people. The inside finish of the apartment wasn't well done. The floor had scratches, the kitchen sink faucet had lots of pressure so was water everywhere, the oven wasn't well cleaned, the microwave until today doesn't have the screens to hold the grease from the stove, the paint job on the master bedroom wasn't t good, the front door had scratches. The water usage + garbage rates + other charges add at least 200.00 monthly.(We are family of 5). The water boiler is small for a 3 bed apartment so there is not enough hot water if everybody takes shower after the others. We did change renters insurance and I didn't know that I was suppost to give them a copy of the new insurance so they charged us even not having gaps between insurance. I didn't like at all. Looking for other apartment for rent. Also the school district on the region is not good. Not a good expirience.

Walls are thin so you can hear noises from other people. Don't like living onto of a garage where people use it to party as the noise makes it difficult to sleep at night. Residents with dogs don't pick up their feces and have even left it in the middle of the hallway or on the stairs.

I haven't gotten my move in checklist and other maintenance issues fixed since I moved in (it's been 5 months). Other than that, floor plans are great and so are prices. Staff is nice, but leasing is always changing and they never give you clear answers. They all have different answers to your question.

My family and I love the community! Everyone has been very helpful and are quick to tend to pressing matters. The maintenance personnel and staff are always friendly and make sure that our needs/concerns are addressed. Another plus is free filters for the A/C every month!

there is a lot of noise in the front area of the property, particularly in front of the leasing office. People speak very loudly in the early morning, and there's noise from ground maintenance early as well. The unit I live in does not ventilate will in the master room and bedroom, it is up to 4 degrees hotter in the summer or 4 degrees colder during the cold season than the rest of the apt. The unit is not very energy efficient as I can feel the heat or draft just standing next to the doors or windows. Management is always responsive and willing to help. Maintenance has honored my work orders requests with respect and in a relatively prompt manner. I have nothing to complain about in regards to the other residents, then again I have only met a couple of people. I'd say the property has very good dollar value in regards to space, available resources, appearance, and apt amenities. My main complaint is the noise.

It's a nice community. The staff here are always pleasant and helpful . The maintenance crew always fixes any problem or situation in a timely manner. The grounds crew does a good job maintain the area.
