The apartment is not updated. It's not well kept or taken care of. Rent is overpriced. Receptionist in the office are not friendly or seem to be organized. I am deaf and I have been here for two years. Constantly have to remind them to allow for accommodations to text or email. I cannot speak on the telephone due to my profound hearing loss.

It's cheap, the apartment is huge, everything's reasonably clean, and the proximity to local businesses is awesome. I love being able to take a short walk down to Miyo to grab some Chicken Katsu Don and some sushi. However, when we moved in, we noticed that the lock to the garage we're renting wasn't installed properly. It took a month for maintenance to fix it, during which the garage was 'broken' into twice and our car was rummaged through. Nothing was taken, but still.

Honestly, not great. The biggest issue is the bugs... My apartment has been infested with fruit flies since I've moved in. I've asked multiple times for them to have someone spray my apartment but they always just mark the order as completed, even when they haven't done it. Speaking of, hopefully you have no maintenance issues while you're here because it takes them a minimum of a week to get to it, if they ever do... I've had multiple maintenance requests marked as completed even though no one showed up. I've also had maintenance requests where the maintenance men said they needed to order a part and simply never came back.

Not great. Dog poop everywhere, leasing office always closed, maintenance never fixes issues, amenities always broken, dog park gate broken, Hallways full of trash, fire extinguishers out of date, hallway doors and lights broken.

Great community. Accessible management and maintenance. Love my apartment. Hoping for reasonable rent increase so I don't have to move. Pest control could be more involved in my German roach problem. They have only come once even thought I'm on the schedule.

The pool and gym have conveniently only ever been open in the most unpopular months Residents here are so used to them being constantly broken that they are never used. Will seek lease renewal here because the rent did not increase

Laziness has kept me at the property, but there are so many better options in this area. Management has been a mess and you definitely get what you pay for. These apartments would be ok for a beginner unit, but once you're established, you should explore. These units are old and it's obvious. Everything breaks down

I have been here for a few days, it seems to be a nice community, however the move in and application process was painful. Artisan shared my personal information with 3rd party vendors, unsolicited emails keep flowing to my inbox. I did not need any of the services they signed me up for, now it will take several hours to undo the damage Artisan did. They also no not accept cash despite a note "THIS NOTE IS A LEGAL TENDER FOR ALL DEBTS, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE" printer on US dollars. They did not accept cash for security reason, yet that shared my private information with several internet companies. Very irresponsible.

The office staff is really nice and they try to help out as best they can. They don't always have the answer but they will do their best. We love the apartment itself. Have some things still try to get fixed or figured out but overall it's great!!

Very professional staff, great location for shopping. Amenities are great in the units. Nice visual layout of the complex. There are multiple parking opportunities, open, covered or garages. Over all night time experience is excellent.

It was and still is a nice place to live. The apartment was beyond what we expected to see, like it was designed just for myself and my sister. They had event coordinators that made living here even more fun to stay hear.

Terrible experience. My upstairs neighbor is so loud that I had to move out of my master bedroom and into the guest bedroom just to get some sleep. My downstairs neighbor practices an instrument for hours each day and I work from home. When I've contacted management about these two issues I was basically told that since it was not during "quiet hours" and if I didn't have video proof there's nothing they can do. The worst of all my problems are the continuous issues with my AC not cooling. I've submitted countless requests but still the problem is not fixed and this has been going on for over 2 months.

Apartment complex is conveniently located, nice quiet neighborhood. Rents are reasonable, apartments are spacious, large bathroom, washer and dryer are furnished, and has nice size of balcony. Appliances are old.

Poor Management and terrible maintenance

I moved in here 6 months back. The community is great and nice place to live but the management delivers a solid negative experience. To give you 2 examples as evidence to my claim. First Example - When I booked apartment here from their website, just 2 weeks before they told me that the apartment is not going to be ready because of the washer dryer not being available. I had to figure out my way and spend money on airbnb and then come back to this. Second Example - My Fan had been broken and I had been complaining for a long time. Artisan's Management style being - Dont listen to residents and their problems go away, They never fixed it. Somehow, after 3 months of waiting to get it fixed, I got a wonderful email from management, saying "Since we are short on staff for service, we are cancelling all the work orders" - Pathetic ! For all those who cannot read this long review and want some quick feedback on this community, I have 3 words for you. DONT COME HERE

The people living here are mostly quiet. The gym and pool meet the bare minimum requirement of being usable. Leasing office has a high turn over rate but as long as you don't need anything from them you'll be fine

The apartment is clean and very spacious. Quiet community with lots of open space. Staff was friendly and helpful during the leasing process. The only minor drawback is that it is not accessible without a car.

Do not move here. Don't think I could ever say that enough. I filled out the application online, paid a $350 deposit (which I figured was the security deposit), as well as other fees in order to apply for the apartment. After that I there was a surprise of a $2000 security deposit which made absolutely no sense to myself or anyone I told about, I sort of needed a place to live, so I really had no other option to pay it. Now if we go back a bit, I was originally supposed to get my keys on December 23 because that's the date the lease I signed had originally said, but I was not able to go get them that day, so what does the leasing office do? Without any attempt at communicating, they straight up cancel the lease. I had to go sign another lease which caused the apartment to cost more per month than it did on the previous lease that I signed. So now I see the new lease agreement and what I need to pay in order to finally get my keys, and that amount was over $4900. $2000 for the security deposit about $2100 for the next month's rent, $400 for the pet deposit, and some other nonsense fees. At least I have my keys now, so to my apartment I went. I immediately noticed a strange smell as if they were trying to cover something up, not sure whether it's smoke or something else I'm not sure. Having the inventory and condition form, I go around checking everything out. A few things I noticed was mold being on just about every window as well as in the closet the water heater is in. The kitchen, I would say was pretty far from "luxurious" as the apartments describe themselves, the screens on quite a few windows are bent, the window frames couldn't possibly be any older than they are, the light switches look absolutely disgusting, and the doors somehow have the wrong doorknobs on them (the doorknob to the front door with the key hole is on the door to the master bedroom). I managed to get the from filled out and handed to the office, I mentioned there being mold and I was told it would be taken care of, several days later it is still there. That's where I'm at right now and I don't exactly have high hopes of anything improving.

The Artisan is a beautiful place to live. Nice neighborhood and neighbors. Your mail will never get stolen. Noise proof apartment. Restaurant and hair salon, tailor and dental service in close proximity. COFEE SHOP and so much more within walking distances.

Great place to live!! Loved the staff and the people that lived in the community!! Great restaurants as well!! Loved the pool and gym as well!! I would highly recommend moving to the Artisan Luxury Apartments!!
