This property is spacious , the leasing office / management teams are very polite and efficient. The community in general is very quiet and peaceful. Respectful neighbors and just all around I feel like it's a great place to stay.

It's been very good. I myself have not had any issues with either the staff or building. I think the community center needs to be remodeled. Especially the gym, but other than that I have not had any issues during the time I have stayed here.

I like the community, appreciate the fact that there are shops within the community The environment is clean For now the security is okay because the other time I mistakenly leave my car windows down from night till morning and my computer bag and other stuff was in When I saw it from a distance I shouted OMG!!! When I get to the car everything was safe Then I said thank God????

Loving the community so far just hoping to get these minor fix ups done quick. The community is nice and clean and very walk friendly. We do wish there were lights at the dog park. I know it's a holiday week but maintance has been slow

I wouldn't recommend moving into this apartment complex. There's nothing terrible about it, the spaces are generally clean, but the staff has really let the place go. The maintenance will take months to respond to any issue you have and typically not even fix it when they do stop by. The apartments have visible damage when you move in. You can just tell the staff does not care about the quality of the apartments.

The leasing staff has not been the most helpful. The office is not open during the posted hours shown online and at the door of the leasing office. The emergency number listed on the door is the same as the regular number.

It's nice and calming area in the Austin/ Cedar Park neighborhood. It's close to my job so not a long commute drive for or my girlfriend. There two things that I can complain about is the neighbor above us stomps super hard and at various of times. And the second issue is there is random pieces of trash along the stair way.

Do have quite a few maintenance issues. There are also a lot of regulations to keep up with. Upstairs neighbors are pretty loud throughtout the day and night. We have complained to them about being noisy but they blame is on the floors

Maintenance is very slow and work is not upto the mark. We raised an issue with the dishwasher issue but they worked on it but the issue remains same, please work on the issue and rectify the problem for future issues.

The community is having a good location, very near to my work place. Maybe a grocery store inside the community will improve experience of living here. And This place needs to really take care of insects. Pest control is every Thursday but not sure if it's enough.

I just moved to Austin from Louisiana. I had this particular apartment in mind because I'm familiar with the area. My cousin used to live here and I always loved how it was setup. It's so quiet and everybody is so friendly. The office team is super friendly as well and will help with anything you need. I'm glad I chose The Artisan as my home.

I would not move here

They lie a lot and they are not helpful. They will charge you for every little thing. They will send you a random bill months later that who knows what it is from. They make up charges. I’ve heard they are towing random cars from the parking lot.

Nice place but needs some garbage cans near street. Maybe people would quit leaving trash by where the parked their car. All in all it's a safe place. Some questionable people are here but that's normal.

Everything was great, have a few problems and the beginning, but it all got fix. And I'm very happy about that now . Hopefully I want have to get anything else done in. But as of today 3/20/2024 I'm very happy with everything.

This is one of the worst places to live in. I stayed here for the last three years. I feel the management is not cordial at all. There are many issues with the apartment but they don't address anything at all.

It's quiet and peaceful for the most part. Maintenance is responsive for most small to medium issues. I feel safe here, and while the cost is not cheap, I have seen worse. The walls take care of most noise, and there is a good amount of storage.

I'm very happy, but would like to be able to rent the club house for parties. Also some of the gym equipment need to be upgraded. It will be also nice if the kitchen appliances can be upgraded. In general I like the community and the surroundings.

Love these apartments, the community is clean and kept. The units are clean and modern, high ceilings make the already large units feel even larger and the pool is great! This location has a nice pool, a nice gym and some amazing shops in the front as well. Walking down the stairs for food or a coffee or even a pedicure has been a very sleep and luxurious experience!

The apartments are good but if you happen to get a bad unit with persistent issues then you're out of luck. Our first apartment at the complex was a wonderful 3 bedroom, however, our AC rarely worked correctly, which was a problem during the Texas summers. Our second apartment is much better and has no AC issues, although, whenever running the heater, the vents always shoot out this black soot that stains everything so we have to keep a blanket over our new couch. It also took 9 days to get our water heater replaced during cold winter days. The maintenance staff is great but they are overworked and likely following unintuitive corporate processes which led me to go 9 days without hot water. Again, the maintenance staff is great. All of my complaints are related to how corporate management runs the place. The staff is only as effective as the processes they are made to follow and that is not their fault.

The community is aging but the price is very reasonable. The new management company is upping its game with improvements around the community but still watching for more improvements over the next few months. The staff are amazing. Highly recommend Vanessa!

I understand that managing rental rates is a complex task, and I appreciate the efforts the leasing office already puts into providing a fair and competitive pricing structure. However, if there's an opportunity to explore special pricing, exclusive discounts, or promotional packages for residents who have chosen to make this community their home over an extended period, it would undoubtedly be well-received.
