It has been a great and peaceful community. The complex and staff are very friendly and did an amazing job throughout the pandemic and winter storm. Anything needed from the office or maintenance requests were addressed immediately. And community events are always a pleasure to be apart of.

Everything good except the neighbor air conditioner noise. Sometimes there's a lot of noise coming from upstairs. You can hear big noise coming from upstairs a lot. Sometimes there are vehicles playing loud music

Horrible, very Very Disappointed with the apartment . Apartment was never clean and plumbing issues were encountered. Had no Hot water for several days. I met with the Manager of the Artisan Luxury apartments and we held a meeting outside the office on the sidewalk instead of her office inside. Very unprofessional of becoming a Supervisor or Manager to hold a Concerned meeting with your New Tenant. I never saw any Results or answers from the Manager of Compensation for my apartment issues and not to mention not staying there for a week until they resolved the problems with the apartment.

My experience with the community is overall kind of neutral. I like having access to restaurants if I need it, having access to the trail, getting a friendly wave from the maintenance guys on carts and being near other amenities. But I don't really like how run down the community is looking as of late. There aren't enough recycling bins so I personally chose to let my recycling pile up in my apartment so I don't contribute to the eyesore that the overflowing bins are. Same with the dumpsters; I can understand that there is going to be the occasional bulk item left outside of the dumpster but it's gross to see dozens of bagged trash laying outside of the dumpster or even littered hallways in the buildings.

I like the area. I like that you can walk down the middle at night n it's well lit. The kitchen is really nice with an island, many cabinets that are very nice. I do not like that my apt was not really ready when I moved in. The carpet was not put down fully n is still not. It's the worst carpet I've had in an apt. The maintenance is very slow. I had a bug problem that took 6 weeks to get fixed n a dishwasher that took 2 months to get looked at and get it replaced. The dog poop problem is really bad. It was not like this when I first moved in. The security cameras have been broken for years.

Love everything except for the limited parking spaces. People pay too much money in rent and bills to not be able to park where they pay rent at. I don't know if having limited free parking spaces is a way to get people to rent out garages, but it's not fair having to park far or not having anywhere to park at all in a community where you pay rent at.

Overall good, but being a post pandemic world of mail ordering and shipping more products, your property has no system to let tenants know when packages are delivered to the office. It has been a challenge receiving vital packages, many of them being very important.

It has been absolutely wonderful. I am very happy with the unit, the amenities, and the staff. Although my family and I have not gotten to use the amenities during covid since we just moved in in September, we have had safely had the ability and the staff has ensured our continual safety throughout any interaction or community event. The community has been wonderful and very quiet.

I love the community, it's in a great location and the apartments are so nice. However, I have been having a ver difficult time with one of my neighbors. I've called time and again to the office who assure me they've talked to them. Which I do believe they have, but nothing improves. I would really appreciate if administration put more effort into keeping their tenants happy and comfortable in our homes. My neighbors are making noise at all hours. I wake up at 3:00am to feed my new born and I hear noise coming from upstairs. It's quite ridiculous, and I don't know what else to do. On top of this hardly anyone respects the speed limit around the community and don't know how to use a round about. I would say it's dangerous to walk around the community, especially at night. Someone will eventually be ran over with the way people drive here. I wish I had something nice to say but unfortunately we've been having a hard time. In regards to the apartment itself, I love it, I love the layout and it's affordable. However, don't be fooled, the allocated water will get you. And some random sewer charge of 75 a month. Yeah, no one mentioned that when signing. Oh well, those are my comments.

My neighbors are loud throughout the night. I have told you guys a couple times and still nothing has been done. I have asked to move but yall just hit me with "well you have to wait even though your neighbor's are waking your kid up with the noise."

I like my apartment. BUT when I go outside i wish I'd never moved here. Hallways are stained and dirty, fans in the hallway are old and bent and dirty. The hallways basically look like a rundown dirty hotel. People don't pick up after their dogs so the entire property is littered with dog poop. There is ZERO control on non residents breaking into the pool and all of the neighbors from the adjoining homes come swim in our pool. People walking and driving around at all hours of the day and night. It feels unsafe at times. Front office NEVER lets you know when you have a package.

Everything is cool in this Apartment. The google review seems less but I never felt anything bad here, except the response time of the front office/ leasing team. Office staffs seems to be less educated on the processes and it usually take time for them to contact someone and get back to us. Other than that, this apartment is the best- spacious, high roof, maintenance in almost all appliances and even replacing light bulbs. I have had checked multiple apartments before moving here and this one is far better than all other I checked. I will recommend.

So far my experience has been pretty good. The grounds are clean, it's quiet and the leasing staff is friendly. My particular unit is well designed and feels much more spacious than my last apartment and it's only about 50sqft larger. The large kitchen is what sold the deal for me. The appliances are aging but they work fine. Only two real complaints: First, my move-in inspection issues were not fixed as only emergency maintenance due to Covid, but I didn't actually move in the first day. Second, the garage doors are pretty loud as I have one below me.

The leasing office was quit friendly. Even though we are currently dealing with an epidemic the leasing office was scheduling appointments. I was thrilled about that because I was able to take a tour of the complex and view a sample of the floor plan I was interested in.

Major lack of communication between front office members making move in process difficult. Late fees were added to our account due to a glitch in their software according to an employee. If you hope to get any leasing issues resolved, receive a call back or email response from management office, you must keep hounding them and then continue to do so. If fortunate enough to reach the Manager by email be prepared to receive an out of the office auto reply regularly.

Its been great for the most part. No issues with neighbors, or apartment amenities breaking or not working. We've only had small issues with stuff in our unit not working, but was quickly fixed after a request was put in. Sadly due to covid the gym, and pool have been severly limited as far as access goes, it would be nice if they just opened it back up and put up some kinda signage "use at ones own risk" or something along those lines. But it is what it is on that front, but other than that its been great! The location is great, 25 mins give or take to down town Austin, 10 mins or more to get to Round Rock, Cedar Park and other cool areas in and around Austin. There is one security officer present at night but you hardly ever see her/him.

As a renter I look for: clean and silent environment, accurate maintenance and prompt intervention to fix, very competitive price (especially for long term tenants) and good customer care, in general .

We have enjoyed our stay here so far. However due to the age of the complex it needs some upgrades to more efficient toilets and air conditioners need to be upgraded to more efficient models. One major point of contention is the water bill is higher than what is comparable to other complexes. I believe this is due to many different water leaks that this property has and the office has been notified of this on numerous occasions. They are still not repaired.

The community is very nice, all the neighbors seem like good people. The planned social activities are a nice amenity. Maintenance takes a long time to get back to you and fix problems. The front desk does not let you know when your delivery is at the front.
