I've been living in the same apartment since 6/2012 and I love my apartment. It's in the back of bldg 13 and it's very quiet outside. I've been fortunate to have and had great neighbors. My apartment faces North and that's good because I'm in the shade most of each day.

The buildings are nice. The community is beautiful. The parks are nice. The landscapers do a great job on keeping up. The maintenance is absolutely horrible. They are sitting in their golf carts, not doing their job smoking cigarettes and saying that they completed work orders that they did not complete. The front desk is not making them do their job no matter how many times people complain that they're not doing their job and they're not letting us get in contact with a higher up who can take care of the problem. I probably will not stay another year as soon as my lease is up I will be out of here. Maintenance can't even do a simple thing like change out broken screens so now I have an ant problem because they can't do their job. They need to find new maintenance people.

I donot have any other concerns regarding this community accept when yard workers come out and blow leaves on the patio, they should remove them . And thus section need to be changed to an option, not a requirement

Good over all , quite and spacious parking is good and not too complicated, Valet Trash is complicated but i am sure it will be fix soon since I am trying to adapt, carpet is barbara so its good quality i was expecting floor but its ok

I like this community, the maintenance is great they're always responsive and on time. The leasing office is great too they keep in touch and order if there is any packages or any other residents related stuff

I like my neighbors on my floor. The neighbors above me are very loud at all hours. The gym needs to be updated and the business center has been closed for months due to painting?? The area is dog friendly. The landscapers need to do some serious work and someone needs to collect the trash/litter that is around all the buildings/sidewalks.

This community has been amazing in the 3 years we've lived here. Staff is so quick to respond to any question or issue we've had. They are so amazingly friendly as well. Maintenance had been quick and efficient. Neighbors are friendly and considerate. We've had no issues with noise either which is extremely nice as my partner works nights.

The only major issue I have with the complex is some of the apartments, like mine, have a noisy air condition unit in the bedroom. When it kicks on, it wakes me up in the middle of the night. It seems like a design flaw.

We recently moved into the Artisan Apts. The community has a lot to offer, a variety of floor plans, spacious community, generous amenities, lots of green space, and ample parking. Family friendly.

I love my apartments they are reasonable and the apartments are huge love that been here 3 years the only thing I wish is that they would take the outdated white appliances out of the apartment already but other than that apartments are quiet for the most part and nobody bothers you, everyone, is friendly love it here

Awful Application Experience

I AM WARNING YOU, DO NOT APPLY HERE. What I thought was going to be an easy, quick application process turned into a confusing nightmare. Firstly, the leasing office team does not know anything. They constantly had miscommunication issues with their managers and with me, but instead of having patience or any understanding, they continually threatened to cancel my application and not refund my $200, even though all the issues were due to mistakes on their side. I uploaded my pay stubs, but then they wanted access to my entire bank account to look at my history. After debating with them how this violates my financial privacy, they finally agreed to an alternative method, but once I gave that proof, they required even more. They showed not an ounce of competence or empathy before I was even a resident, so I can't imagine how they treat people whom they have already ensnared.

I don't know exactly when I moved in this complex. I can tell you that management has changed hands so many times and the folks in the office downstairs don't know anything. They are flying by the seat of their pants. They are trying to do a good job, but I have a feeling that the corporation is the problem. Get your ---- together. This is not luxury apartment living in my opinion. I am very clean and my place looks like crap.

Good place overall. Has issues like any apartment complex, but overall they respond relatively quickly to urgent issues and don't bug residents too much. But they also have their downsides things staying out of service in the community for long periods of time etc.

Community is good. Maintenance doesn't tell you when they are coming to work on work orders even when told to do so in the memos on work order. There is no security unless when something happens in the complex.

I enjoy living in the Artisan community. It fulfills what I was looking for: quiet neighborhood, walkable nearby park (Lake Creek Trail), close to Lakeline, and quick access to the roads such as Parmer Ln. I would strongly recommend living here.

I've lived here for over 3 years. They have made my life an absolute nightmare on more than one occasion. The heat and air conditioning have gone down at least 6 times across two apartments in that time frame. The office almost never answers their phone and the people in the office seem to have absolutely no ability to help you with anything above the absolute smallest of things. They require you to use their online maintenance system to put in requests yet for every request I've had in the last year I've had to have the office put it in on their end because mine was never responded to (and I had put them in multiple times). When I first moved into the old apartment it had multiple leaks in the walls that we could not see. About a year later a high pressure line broke in the wall and flooded the entirety of our place (see pictures). They took over two weeks to do anything about it. They also randomly change how they do things or who you need to provide your insurance to and then charge your exorbitant fees beyond what the insurance even costs and they do this without telling you until you see it on your bills. I sincerely hope that if you are reading this and considering moving into this place that I have convinced you otherwise. The apartments look decent but you will live to regret it. This is the worst apartment complex I've lived in in Austin and I've lived in this city for over 15 years.

Great community. Just think that the management should take complaints more seriously and fine neighbors whom break the leasing rules for noise, cleaning at first. Outside of that the place is great and the maintenance guys are very professional.

Still learning about the community. Just move here, but so far it seems like a fairly safe place to live. It's pretty quiet during the day and nights. I have not have a chance to visit the gym yet, but it seems nice from across the street.

I love it here. Is quiet and great amenities. Thai Lada is best Thai in Austin. It's the perfect location as well. Close to the Domain. Cedar Park and Round Rock. Uber rides aren't very costly. It is a resort!
