I love this area and the ease of getting in and out. Love my apartment, my private entrance, the parking in the front and back. The pool is beautiful and the workout room is well kept. The office staff is always so mice.

Poor quality units, out-dated, unprofessional staff. This place may be priced a bit lower than most places in Austin, but I would pay a bit more just to get a better living experience. I have lived at the Artisan for less than 6 months and I am already counting down the days until my lease term ends. The staff doesn't care about your living experience and just gives you the run around every time you submit a maintenance request. Overall, these properties aren't worth your time or money.

I have been here for almost 7 years. I love it here. They made transferring to a new apartment a very smooth process. The office staff are always very helpful. Usually Maintenance request are completed within 24 hours.

My experience at this community has been a mixed bag. First, the positive. The apartments themselves are good. We are satisfied with the living space, the parking, the overall quality for the money, and the ammenities provided. Generally speaking, the bad has been not quite big enough to justify moving, but has been stuff you'd rather live without. One of the major deficiencies is communication. There are enough working parts between the leasing office, maintenance, and the parent company that they report to that communication gaffs happen frequently (once every few months), and no system has been put in place to remedy them. Getting a lease renewal can be a bit like pulling teeth, with us experiencing major headaches two years ago, and then general laziness out of them this summer. The burden for continued communication frequently falls on the resident, with infrequent call-backs or returned communication. Because you are likely to see different people in the office when you visit or call, the requests are not always communicated between staff members well. At the moment, we're going to stay, but until these communication issues get resolved, I cannot in good conscience recommend that new lessees consider the Artisan Apartments.

It started out great. It has slowly deteriorated. Last year I spent almost a month without AC in the middle of summer. I have to stay at a hotel for 2-3 nights because it was too hot to sleep in my own apartment. The hallways are so dirty and never get cleaned. People place items on the balcony making the place look trashy

We have renewed our lease two times already, very nice apartments to live and love that staff takes care of any needs immeadietly. Have only had one down moment and it was couple months after move in, i had new born and they were testing out fire alarm in the apartments and that noise woke us up it was way too loud for i dont even know how long..but called the office and since then havent heard that again.

I have enjoyed my time living here. The apartment is updated and well kept. Office staff are attentive, and always willing to help. It is a big apartment community, so sometimes it is difficult to find parking, but otherwise an excellent place to live!

Office maintenance is not helpful. Have had things stolen out of truck. Packages I didn't know were coming will sit in front office and not be notified about. Next door neighbors had cockroach problem..they put a poison sign up on their door, but never told us there was an issue. Could smell the chemicals come through our vents and cockroaches then came into our apartment. Hidden fees such as valet trash and pest control...you do not know until the day of signing the lease you are required to have them.

The community is okay overall. Not many complaints on the property itself. Leasing staff is a little frustrating to deal with at times. I have to call multiple times to get them to answer the phone, they are not professional in there conversation, and I get different answers to the same question from different people.

Do yourself a favor and keep looking. Staff is friendly but will forget to put in your maintenance requests. And maintenance will do as little as possible to complete a work order rather than fixing the issue correctly the first time. They also will leave your apartment a mess. The only thing luxury about this complex is what they charge for rent.

Everything has been great! Apartments are clean great community and great location. 10 minutes to domain 15-20 minutes to downtown. Only problem is parking space. Totally it's worth the price. It's the cheapest apartment complex in the area.

Overall not a bad place to live. Some things need some work but it's been a decent community and area for us to live. I like the amenities for the community and the pool and gym are also nice. Lots of options for dog walking areas too.

This complex is a great value for the price and for what you get. You can always see them doing landscaping and taking care of the amenities and such. the apartments themselves are great and the staff is great for the most part. have had issues with maintenance getting done but it does get done eventually. overall I would always recommend this place to a friend

Parking is an ongoing issue, I am consistently parking up by the pool if I come home past 10pm, which is nearly two blocks from my building, leaving me walking alone at night. This is not a gated community, so walking alone at night to my building is a huge safety concern. Management seems to have no desire to fix this issue, I was met with a very dismissive attitude when I brought this concern to them. Overall, it is a nice apartment, the maintenance staff is kind and fixes issues as quickly as they can. Neighbors are sometimes loud, but not too much of an issue. I will not be renewing a lease here.

If you are on a budget this is the place for you. You get what you pay for. One of the unfortunate fee's is the valet trash service. $25.00 just to have someone pick up trash at your door step when you can easily do this for free by yourself. Valet trash does not take all of the trash for you, the bin is small.

Great property! I especially enjoy being able to walk through the community as if it were a neighborhood. Sidewalks don't end abruptly and you never have to walk in the street. The streets are tree lined and well lit. It is located right next to the Town & Country Fields which gives you access to tons of walking and biking paths. The area around the pool is shaded by trees so you do not ever have to sit in direct sun but there is still plenty of room for sunning. The pool has grills if you want to make it an all day event. I love my floor plan. It is approximately 1400 sq feet, and he rental rate is less than $1 a sq foot. It is an open floor plan which is helpful with two boys and all the windows have tinted screens that cuts down the power of the sun and saves money on electricity. I have been here 2+ years and am always trying to get my friends to move in.

You can live here if you like to live at quiet and safe community. The community amenities are pretty well maintained and have many social events that provide food or fun activities. Of course, there are cons. Some of office staffs are aggressively answering about your concerns

The community locates in north Austin which is close to Apple and Oracle. It is a pet-friendly community--it has a big dog park inside the community. It located on Parmer Ln, but is surprisingly quite. The apartment has a large living room.
