Overall, a new ce community. I feel very safe here and love my floor plan However, there were several maintenance problems I found the day I moved in. Some maintenance issues have never been addressed as promised and I finally just gave up.

I just moved in on 10/03/2022 so I haven't really had a chance to experience the community as of yet. But I can say the area is very nice and quiet, the people here are friendly. I do wish the had a indoor or outdoor basketball court.

My first 2 years any issues were handled timely. Safe neighborhood and there was a sense of community. New management now. The property is deteriorating, no washer & dryer due to low staffing for 8 months.

The complex is clean and relatively well maintained. There have been recent updates including hallway lighting and paining of all of the buildings. Office staff has been courteous and professional when interacting with me. Maintenance staff have been awesome the few times I've had to contact them officially and are friendly when going about their duties when I haven't called them, too. Community events have happened regularly, usually including a food truck being present for purchases to go along with reminders the event will be happening. There are a variety of people in the complex, including dogs and children that don't cause issues (in the building I am in, at least).

Staying here will turn into a nightmare.
Staff is mainly unprofessional and lacks a decent amount of training. They are susceptible to making alot of errors alot, which is fine because the only people that their mistakes affect are you. You can provide proof of them being at fault over something and they won't care. They have messed up my balance, violated my space (if I kept going I would have pages of examples). They have taken methods in structuring their lease agreement that prevents you from fighting back. They have clauses in the agreement that prevent residents from filing a class-action suit. What that means is that they have a reasonable assumption that at any given time they can create harm on multiple residents, so to make sure they avoid that, they put it in the lease agreement. Most lease agreements are structured that long with legal verbiage that would require you to get an attorney to decipher. If I was any tenant I would record every conversation and save every email correspondence if you decide to sign with them.

Living here was quite possibly the worst living situation that I have ever been in. I would have been better off at a tailor home. Maint was efficient, but it was the office staff that got me. They lost my move in paper work, (always copy that for yourself), then charged me for previous damage to the home after I moved out. They were also quick to charge me additional fess for my insurance expiring x3 in one month. ( it never expired.) This happened a total of 5 times in one year. There's a lot more, but these are the main things that got me. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, if i had one.

At this time, I would not recommend artisan. While the apartments are nice and rent is low, you get what you pay for. Management is not very concerned with a customer. There seems to be very little responsiveness when something goes wrong. When I first moved in I was without a washer and dryer for the first two weeks, they were supposed to give me a break on my rent because of that, never heard back from that again. The maintenance guys are the ones that sorted out that issue. When you AC died, management was unhelpful, maintenance helped promptly once they were made aware. It seems like management blocks and maintenance helps.

At the beginning is was good but after a year service has lacked. To be fair they are short staffed in the maintenance area but the maintenance people they do have are awesome. It's just little things that break down and several things that are outdated to be classified luxury apartments.

Good for the most part. The only issue here is lack of security. I have had two of my vehicles broken into and someone stole my boat. I know another neighbor who had his car stolen here as well. The camera systems were of no help so that should be addressed. Other than that I am very happy here.

Really nice apartments but staff gave me the wrong keys when I moved in but maintenance is pretty okay with completing the task at hand whenever they can. I would recommend 7/10 for anyone looking around

The experience has been great so far! The move in process was a lot smoother than I had anticipated which I loved. The bathroom was a little dirty when we first moved in and there was paint spots around the apartment.

I like this community It's quite and pretty And near to the so many where like mall , hospital, school, Lake line park and ride, grocery shopping like HEB, target, and emergency services?. I have been this aria for 8 years and this community for 4 years.

I haven't had much to experience but the tenants I have come across are very nice. There is someone above me who has heavy footsteps and sound travels far in these apartments which I do not like. My washer shakes a lot as well. There's just a bunch of little things that bother me because I am paying so much for these but overall everything is okay.

Lindsay business manager is horrible we are in the middle of a pandemic and she is out of control and has no tact and could careless about the tenants or if they have kids or family the lady won't take my money I'm sole provider for family of 4 . I have never received any unemployment no rental assistance no medicade no section 8 . I asked to have the amount of my full lease so I can go to bank get a loan she won't even tell me the amount her answer is to throw me and my sick kids street side over 200$ . Keeps sharing they have exhausted resources on me and yet I haven't used any resources at all . I'm not asking to be here free just asking not be thrown out In the streets while kids are sick . Worst part is I owe the money wether I'm here or not . I feel this is character flaw and discrimination/ racism. Historic pandemic throwing family's out over 200$ ?

The bones of this place are great. The finish and service need some work. Great floorplans, Nice area, and cute little street. Not very luxurious appliances in my apartment. And I had to hound the maint. department to get things fixed.

Fine until this past year, maintenance does not get done and office people do not follow up. Been here 10 years and never had such awful experience. Seems like there isn't any management or simple communication.

With the new change things look alot better with the painting of building, hallways ect. The only concern is the trash compactor, while the compactors empty residents still leave trash outside the compactor for no reason at all. I move boxes to just get to the door to throw my trash away. Later that day I went back to throw away trash again and people just pile on more trash on the floors while I had left room to get to the compactor door to throw away inside the container not leave it outside. Residents just keep leaving trash on the concrete making the complex look dirty and I've a bad impression. It would be nice to send out emails to everyone just to remind all tenants to make sure trash is thrown away inside these compactors.

I love the community. Everyone seem really nice and the office staff is friendly and helpful. I love how close I am to the Lake Creek trail. My apartment is very big and spacious and I'm already planning to renew.

I have lives here for almost 10 years. The office staff is great and we have the best maintenance staff. The curb appeal had gone down considerably but it seems like they are trying to make it look better. The greenery around is still dead due to the snow storm earlier this year. It's very quiet around here and the neighbors are friendly.

Mold in the air conditioning unit They painted over it to hid it. Maintenance inhals perfusly. Staff up front don't listen and they are very uneducated. They ignored all of my maintenance request and now being sued

Nice / courteous people at management office, but little action is taken to address maintenance issues without constant follow up. Appearance and maintenance of facade seems to be a focus for improvement. Gym in disrepair, lack of key fobs to access common areas. Not what I expected.

Artisan has been my home for almost 15 years. Much has changed sadly, not for the best. Office management and staff have been a revolving door, leaving residents to feel abandoned and unattended. Having said that, I now feel hopeful. LIndsay Medina ( Office Manager)is bringing hope and dignity back to the community. I look forward to the repairs, updates, and facelift the complex is presently getting. The office staff is welcoming. Work orders are done in a timely manner! A sense of community is on the horizon!

The complex is clean and quiet. We've never had any issues. There is always more than enough parking. They've done some updates recently which makes the exterior feel nicer. Good place if you are looking for quiet.

I really enjoy the community. The availability of the amenities - like the pool - are inconsistent and not always easily accessible which is a bit frustrating since we pay for the amenities. The office staff is not well organized and communicative.
