Very outgoing staff and...
Very outgoing staff and community in general. I've lived here a year and love the place. I've met some good friends here and don't plan on moving out anytime soon. I would highly recommend this complex and have done so to a few friends two of which has already moved in. You can't beat the price, the staff, or the community.

The neighbors above me...
The neighbors above me can be noisy at times, and the of a four way stop sign in our phase that connects to the houses is greatly needed. Otherwise I love the property.

So far so good, much better than our last apartment community. I just wish the office staff would A. stop changing so often and B. take my requests seriously.

It's been a smooth transition...
It's been a smooth transition coming here. The staff was very informative and friendly. Friends like coming to visit me here, they often say "it's like a real neighborhood." The location is great, I love the pool and being able to walk to dinner.

Living in this community...
Living in this community has been great. I love how it looks inside and out. The fitness center and pool is also nice. The only complaint is that I wish there was more parking for the residents.

I have lived here for nearly ten years and haven't had any major issues. The apartments are located in a great neighborhood and are pretty quiet. I have sometimes had issues with maintenance requests being done timely, but it's not anything major. This place feels like home to me which is why I've stayed so long.

We have lived here for...
We have lived here for three years and we have met a lot of great people who have become great friends. We love the volleyball court and was one of the main reasons we moved here!! Overall a great community, beautiful grounds, and great staff!

Very nice community....
Very nice community. Nice layout. Beautiful pool area. Nice neighbors throughout the community. Nice and professional staff. Perfect location. If I had to change anything, it would be the availability of parking.

We have been very happy with our stay at Artisan. Our only compliant would be the fact that our pool is often full on weekends with people from the adjoining neighborhood. The maintenance staff is always timely in fixing any issues we have. Our neighbors have been great. Natasha and Oscar go above and beyond anytime we have a request.
