They are prompt with service requests and get the job done very first time. And you are in the center of Domain. What else do you need folks for a comfortable living. Go Griffis !

The staff is wonderful and 99.9% of my neighbors are cool. We do a lot of community activities, including pool parties, boat outings, and downtown extravaganzas. The staff in the office is extremely helpful at resolving problems and getting maintenance taken care of in a timely manner.

Overall, living at the Griffs has been a great experience. The recent renovations have really improved the grounds. I'm looking forward to renewing my lease if the rent does not go up. This location is a 3 minute walk up the street to my work.

I used an apartment locator who was knowledgeable of Austin and the community. The staff was excellent and very helpful during the move in process. I'm extremely happy with my decision to move to Griffis at the Domain.

Staffing was very accommodating during signing the lease and then everything fell off. When we moved in the apartment was not cleaning - stains over all rugs and splattered paint. We shared those concerns on the paperwork asked to complete and there was no follow up. Next our air conditioner broke during June and July, we did not get a response back for days. After contacting numerous times we received one window unit for a 2 bedroom(with 2 people that work from home). Then 2 days later we received another window unit that did not work. Maintenance forgot to order the part needed and we ended up without ac for 1.5 weeks. During the maintenance they trash our bathroom which yes is where the AC is. During the middle of this I get an email saying that we have violated our renters contract with our dog. I sent in paperwork months ago that was clearly not filed. They apologized but still have not completed the maintenance.

Moved into this apartment with these problems existing. Was pretty disappointed that I had to submit work orders immediately upon moving into the unit. But the maintenance team did a good job fixing the problem

Community would be fine but they force you to use Fetch for package management. This service does nothing but cost money and make packages late. Now you have to tell all your friends and relatives that you have two mailing addresses, one for letters, and one for packages. Also, good luck getting sensitive packages (bank, pharmacy) mailed to an address different than the "one on file". The kicker is that Fetch just leaves the package at your door so it's not any safer than regular delivery.

Love the area and apartment but sometimes don't feel as appreciated as a resident as some of the office staff are not the friendliest. Lisa however is the nicest and friendliest person ever! Even the Managers are not friendly and make you feel uncomfortable as Lisa is upbeat, cheerful and friendly. She is a great representation of the community. So is the Maitenace gentleman with the beard. He is super nice and rather than treating you like a number, he is very friendly and fixes anything I need fixed when I put a request in.

The maintenance team responded fast. They are also very patient with the requests. I would recommend. Now, I have a persistent issue with the fridge which is likely a factory defect. I will let you know how they handle it.

I like people, the quick respond when you have a request, the improvements they have done, the location. I like living here. I just wish they have more security cameras for the parking garage. I recommend this community

I've had my car tampered with, packages stolen, there's always construction that takes months to complete, rent is increasing, there are not enough security cameras in the buildings. Mgmt doesn't care

The complex is very clean and has great amenities. Staff is readily available when needed. Maintenance is always timely and staff is always helpful and great. I have been living there for over 5 years.

Everyone from maintenance to leasing office are knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Griffis, who are the new owners as spring 2021, have upgraded the facilities and have landscaped the grounds and painted the hallway walls. The apartments and grounds look great

Awful. The apartments do not really care about their tenants. From flooded courtyards and hallways to broken gates and doors (to make it more accessible to criminals), this is the last place you'd want to move into.

Moved in only about a month ago. So far, my experience has been extremely positive. The staff at the Leasing Office couldn't be more helpful/friendly. I placed one maintenance request so far and it was taken care of in less than 12 hours. The community is constantly being worked on/improved which I think is a great sign. Parking has been plentiful. No complaints here :)

Since the new management of Griffis the office staff is mostly very hard to communicate with. New management does not seem carting if residents. Fees have gone up. Cannot walk around apartments easily with many off lease dogs and dog poop. Hallways and elevators are often dirty. Maintence request take a while to be answered. Maintence service is great once they come. New lights in hallways were out up.
