Really looking forward to the community room and gym renovations! They recently have updated the courtyard area and grills which is nice and I believe are working on a dog washing station as well. Maintenance staff have always been insanely helpful and kind.

The Griffis Apartments are beautiful ! I love the pools in all the communities, along with the other areas that are available just for lounging. Buildings are kept clean, and even the "classics" were nice with some modern finishes. The Community staff are really nice! Overall, I'm exited to become a Griffis Resident and explore the Domain !

I just arrived. The employee at the leasing office where kind and efficient. The apartment is newly renovated and very nice, although a bit expensive for the surface. Everything is working well so far.

Accessible to a lot of stores. Nice environment and neighborhood. I'd like to have a pool view with bathroom entrance that's not thru bedroom. No available slot since they are nearly occupied. We're staying for Corporate housing and we loved our 1 month stay.

Great location and great amenities! The other residents are friendly and having an animal this apt complex has proper areas for the animals as well as plenty doggie bags. Having the high ceilings is great and we all have a small yard which very nice.

So far the complex has been a good place to live - we like how close it is to the dog park. Maintenance is great - very quick. That said the gym is very small with old equipment and sometimes the gates for the complex don't work.

Moving into Griffis at the Domain from across the Country was a snap. Leasing office was transparent, responsive and very helpful. I was not able to see my unit prior to moving in, but I did see a demo unit. My apartment was exactly as I expected it to be. Thusfar, building is very quiet. Everything is super clean.

Love the apartment but maintenance workers don't believe me when I say there is a problem. It is hard to communicate issues when I'm gone all day at work. I give as many details as possible, but they still can't seem to fix the problem. I shouldn't have to wait several weeks for something to get done.

I'm loving this community so far! Lisa and Ariana have been a great help. Even though some paperwork wasn't uploaded for my move-in, both ladies were quick on their feet and ensured that the hiccups were addressed. I really appreciate their hard work and efforts to create a great community!

The staff was super friendly, and they were accommodating. The maintenance team is on point. . Whole Foods is right down the street and has an Excellent location for walkability! I will be sad when I move out.

The Domain is a great area! Thus area offers everything... Shopping, Bars, Restaurants, Movies, Grocery and more. Living in this area is great, because you can walk to everything. I highly recommend both the Domain and the Griffis apartment complex.

Griffis is the worst. Everything has steadily gone downhill since they took over. They closed the business center and gym in Phase 1. They forced tenants to use the disastrous and incompetent Fetch delivery service. And the community is just a complete pig sty as they no longer clean anymore. Stay away.

leasing office is closed or by appt only on weekends. currently in a temporary location quite a bit away from the original leasing office. signs can be misdirected. apartment was is good condition on move in. Fetch is required and an additional $10/month. Decent service.

The associate was very nice and professional. Also very courteous. The Fetch delivery service is the only major issue I have had with this complex. The Griffis at the Domain requires you to pay $10 a month for a useless delivery service that has lost and damaged many of my packages. The Griffis at the Domain will tell you that you can choose to not use Fetch as a delivery service, but you still have to pay the $10 a month fee anyways. They also include many other fees on top of your monthly rate. You should expect an additional $200-$300 charge on top of your monthly rent.

Very convenient location, there's no wifi in the buildings, no public working spaces like other properties. Not completely happy with the gaps between promotion ads and the reality. The promise on the portal that I can get $1000 one-time discount if I move in a 1 bedroom within 5 days was not fulfilled.

Griffis is a great community to live in all the staff are really courteous and nice and it was actually their hospitality that was the deciding factor between Griffis and some other living communities. The apartments are clean and gorgeous, maintenance requests are handled promptly and effectively and any issues whatsoever are handled with the upmost professional! Love it here
